Lilim Heritage Online - Chapter 238
Chapter 238 – Unintended Infiltration
One of ten slime knights, Gabe Horn, reported back to the other Misha, “We lost most of our men to those players, but we managed to obtain some information about their revival skills.”
Other knights also tried to get some credits, “We have obtained these mysterious VIP Inventory menu, VIP Shop menu, and Inventory menu from the players. I believe if we can convert more players into black slimes, we can take over server one easily.”
“There is this currency called “Diamond” that the VIP Shops use.”
“I got this 3-star artifact thing.”
“It appears that status orbs dropped from our fallen brethren. Players seemed to grow stronger by consuming these.”
Comments went on, but Misha did not participate as she was too confused about what had happened.
[Alright. Good job, all of you. I’ll change my approach to this war against the players. Secure the shore that all of you got on previously and wait for your reinforcement.]
“Yes, my lady!”
“Yes, your majesty!”
“Glory to Misha Bloominglily!”
“Death to the imposter!”
Listening to these maniacs, Misha got scared that Sasha and Natalie might be in trouble soon. She wanted to part from this group and return to the city, but she might get killed in the process.
‘What to do… Should I stay here as a mole? But how can I contact Sasha and everyone. Where is Tama taking my body anyway!?’
Misha scratched her head.
When the group started moving to the shore, where they had left their rafts, Misha followed after them, waiting patiently for a chance to turn this around.
As she was blending in the group of kobolds and knights, someone tabbed her shoulder from the back.
Upon turning around, she found a familiar kobold that she knew.
.
.
.
At the rendezvous point of Wet Banana Guild, Moo, Non, and Des guarded the NPCs and all non-combat players inside the city while they were resting, waiting for the abnormal statuses to disappear.
While they were waiting, a figure appeared in the sky.
Tama brought Misha’s body to Wet Banana Guild’s emergency rendezvous point in town.
“Misha?”
Everyone was surprised that Misha returned without sending them a message. Two felionians and a leporian walked toward Tama.
Before they could say anything, Tama’s tentacle eye extended from Misha’s chest and shed tears.
*Mew Mew!* (Misha is dead! Misha is dead!)
Moo and Non widened their eyes, “WHAT!?”
*Mew Muuuu!* (Misha doesn’t respond! Misha is dead! Waaa!)
“Hold it, Tama! What happened, nya!?” Non got panicked.
Moo frowned and walked closer to Misha’s body. He groped Misha’s b.r.e.a.s.ts and hoped that she could react and punch him in the face.
Yet, she did not react to Moo’s perversion.
“This will not do, nya!”
Natalie, Sasha, and Misha were not the only ones with psionic possession skills. As Moo had a hero class and was trained by his mentor regarding soul space battles, this perverted felionian could also send his soul to enter someone else’s mind space.
Moo entered Misha’s mind space right away, but he only found a core without Misha’s conscience soul.
‘I see. Misha’s soul isn’t here, but she’s technically alive.’
Moo’s conscience retreated from Misha’s mind space. Then, he turned to Des, “Can you message Sasha and others and tell them to come back? Something might have happened to her soul.”
“Her soul?” Des was inexperienced in psionic possession and soul transfer. Furthermore, she did not have a hero class like Moo, who had gone through an ordeal fighting against black slimes.
She was not aware that black slimes in-game were a threat to her real life.
Seeing the confused Des, Moo decided to text Sasha himself.
Moo: “Sasha, Natalie, S.O.S.”
It was a simple text message, but it was efficient for drawing Sasha and Natalie’s attention from the battlefield.
Natalie: “What happened?”
Moo: “Tama brought Misha’s body back, but her conscience soul isn’t with her.”
Natalie: “How do you know?”
Moo: “Long story short, I use psionic possession on Misha, but I didn’t find her soul. Her core is still intact, though.”
Natalie: “Then, what happened to her soul-AH!!”
Natalie recalled an odd conversation with a monster with an error power indicator, who claimed to be Misha. As she connected the two stories, she found out that she might have done something terrible.
Natalie: “Come to think of it. A weird boss monster killed me. He said that he was Misha…”
As soon as Natalie mentioned the weird monster, Sasha immediately joined the conversation.
Sasha: “What did that monster say? Can you screenshot the log message?”
Natalie, drenching in sweat, copied and pasted Misha’s words.
[SILLY GIRL, STOP!! THIS IS MISHA!! I’M USING THIS BODY ATM!!]
Moo read through the conversation and caught the clue. He turned to Tama’s tentacle eye, “Tama, what was the last system message in your notification panel, nya? Can you post a screenshot of it and share it with the guild members?”
Tama sobbed and did what Moo asked.
A screenshot of the latest notification, when Misha devoured Deauc.o.c.k’s soul, appeared the guild chat as Tama operated Misha’s body to share it.
Moo believed that Misha and Tama got separated during the incident, so he asked Tama, hoping to get a solid clue, “Tama, nya. When this monster died, where were you, and where was this monster?”
*Mrrr* (I pressed a random teleport button, and we got away from Deauc.o.c.k. I don’t know how or where the monster died.)
Moo retold Tama’s words to the clan chat as he got the idea. Sasha and Natalie also understood what had happened.
Sasha: “I think Misha was controlling the weird error monster when we fought it.”
Natalie: “… But the monster killed me.”
Sasha: “She might not want to risk dying in that body, or she got into trouble at that time.”
Natalie: “She could have used Psionic Possession to jump into our mind space, though.”
Sasha: “That’s why I said she might have gotten into trouble. You were charging that thunderstorm, so she had to stop you. There’s also this ERROR on the monster’s power indicator, so that might explain why the monster got that.”
At that point, the chat died.
Natalie did not know what she should do.
Sasha was too busy securing all loot on the battlefield. Still, Sasha felt guilty that she had pushed Misha away because of her anger, so she could not think straight.
Shurka went silent as she ignored the chat, looting every item she could find.
Non and Des were not familiar with this topic, so they could not help.
Now that they got separated, they did not know what they should do to find Misha.
But then, Moo gazed at his game menu panels, laughing, which was not appropriate to this situation.
*MYA!!* (WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING AT, BANANA CAT!?)
Even Tama was mad by Moo’s out-of-place manner.
Moo could not stop laughing, “Oh, I just got a system notification that my servant infiltrated the black slime’s ranks. I also can see what he can see, too.”
*Mrrr?* (What do you see? What’s the message?)
“Ah, that’s….”
.
.
.
Giles Corey, aka a possessed body with Misha’s soul inside, stood next to a fellow knight, Lucien, Moo’s new slave.
Above Lucien’s head, instead of having a green name of a player’s pet, he had a red name, similar to others.
Black Slime Knight, Lucien, [20,000]
Misha did not know why his power increased or how come he had that name again, but he seemed to be aware of Misha’s current predicament.
Lucien whispered, “Miss Bloominglily, let’s work together and kill the wicked Misha, yes?”
Though Misha had a thousand questions to ask Lucien, she nodded and agreed to his request.
“I don’t know how you’re here, but I’ll believe in you. Say, what are you doing here?”
“Just as I said, I’m here to kill Misha Bloominglily.”
“I’m also Misha Bloominglily, you know.”
“I know, but my target is not you.”
“Oh? How do you differentiate between the other Misha and me?”
“Very simple! I secretly marked your soul with a drop of my urine. I can smell your soul from miles away!”
“…”
Misha widened her eyes and glared at Lucien, who still had the innocent doge expression.
The doge continued, “I also made your real body step on a puddle of my piss so that I can detect your real body, too!”
“…”
“Those stupid tentacles and wings also have my urine mark on them! I can always find my way home using your odor anytime!”
“…”
Misha swore that once she returned to her body, she would take a thorough bath for half a day. Listening to Lucien’s flex, she had an urge to kill somebody, especially Moo, who was Lucien’s master.
“Can you communicate with your master?”
“My savior, Moomoon? Of course!”
“Tell him to fetch Tama and my real body here so that I can return to my body.”
“I’ll tell them, but I disagree that we should bring them here.”
“… Tell me why.”
“Ain’t nothing but a heartache~.”
“DON’T SING THAT SONG!! TELL ME WHY!!”
“Ain’t nothing but a mistake~.”
Misha facepalmed. Lucien was too playful that he turned the serious conversation into a joke. Moreover, he sang a song that might not get out of her head any time soon.
As if fate was pranking on her, other black slimes and converted knights started to sing.
“I never want to hear you say~.”
“Which backstreetdoge is gay?”
“Tell me who!?”
“Ain’t saying that it’s *****?”
“Tell me who?”
“Ain’t saying that it’s ******?”
The lyric was somewhat off, but it was still as catchy as the original.
Misha rolled her eyes and ignored all the weird development.
After 30 minutes of waiting and ignoring all the silliness, 5,000 more slime soldiers arrived. All kobolds howled and roared as their morale reached its height.
Looking at these monsters, Misha inwardly groaned, afraid of the town’s future.
Previously, all players took on 3,000 black slimes, but they almost lost the first layer of the wall within the first few hours. Fortunately, Wet Banana Guild elites created a momentum for the players to counter-attack and took down slime knights before the troop formation could have collapsed.
Now, facing 5,500 kobolds and ten knights might be too much for them. Misha was concerned about server 1’s safety as the development was not in her favor.
Moreover, Misha regretted that she could not acquire or use status orbs with this body.
Thinking about the orbs and the potential status attributes she could have gotten in this event, Misha’s chain-of-thought was distracted.
‘I didn’t get to use an orb. My progress will be slower than others now.’
She regretted her decision that she had used psionic possession on Deauc.o.c.k instead of getting teleported together with Tama by the random button.
From worry to regret, from regret to greed, Misha glared at all monsters here.
‘I want all of their status orbs…’
Giles Corey’s avatar emitted red aura, which symbolized a crazed state of a monster. Without realizing it, Misha’s possessed body entered a fury mode.

The [Error] power indicator changed.
It became [20,000], which was the same as Lucien.
After only 3 seconds passed after Misha’s overall status revealed, a million black dots appeared on the horizon like a black cloud, creeping onto them.
Lucien and Misha squinted their eyes to get a better look at the mysterious black dots. They could see a bit of detail.
They were a million kobolds, a large horde of kobold mobs!
Leading the legion of doom, another Misha was flying in front of the group, carrying them with her power.
Misha stared at the a.d.u.l.t version of herself, dumbfounded by the sight.
As the a.d.u.l.t Misha got closer, the avatar of Giles Corey leaked redder aura as Misha’s soul could not withhold her killing intent.
Her instinct cried that she had to kill this woman at all costs!
