Linley’s Twin Brother - Chapter 3 Year 1

– Baruch Residence –

A year passed by in a blink of an eye, and I was finally able to talk and read which was a very big achievement since I was still a baby.

My parents were shocked to hear me speaking although I made sure that I spook some wrong words or I was having a hard time to pronounce them since a baby talking fluently will scare them.

Linley on the other hand has also said a few words not like me who speaks a lot, his words were only ‘mom’, ‘dad’, ‘lansh’.

And my ability to make money was used pretty early after I find out that we have a financial crisis, my father was very surprised at first and can’t believe it when he saw me create gold coins out of thin air.

Then he told me repeatedly not to show it to other people and never to use it on public, which I understood the meaning behind his words.

Using my ability to produce things, I copied a gold coin and started creating it using the energies around me. As of today, I am producing about 100 gold coins a day.

But knowing that they are still worried about me instead of trying to make me create more coins, it warms my heart knowing that they love us more than anything.

Also, after reading for about 2 months, I finally find out about the world I am right now.

Yulan Continent. It was very large according to the book, there was three most dangerous areas in the continent and these are; The Mountain Range of Magical Forest, Mountain Range of the Setting Sun, and the Forest of Darkness.

East of the Mountain Range of the Magical Forest there are four empires and 6 major kingdoms. These four empires are the; Yulan Empire of the Central Region, Rhine Empire of the Southeastern Region, Rohault Empire of the Eastern Region, and the O’Brien Empire of the Northern Region.

The Mountain Range of the Magical Forest stretches very wide in the continent from north to south about 10 000 kilometers.

At the west of this mountain range, there are 12 kingdoms and 32 duchies. The powers in the Yulan Continent is divided into two groups; it was the Holy Union and the Dark Alliance.

In this world, it is some kind of similar to the animes I watched where there is swords and magic because there are also existence in this world known as Warriors and Magi.

I really love to travel around in this world but before that I have to make sure that my family will be alright and will have no problems. After I create enough money, then that is when I should start my adventures.

My only passing time in this world was to play with Linley, who was still not able to walk properly, it feels like I was the older between the two of us which is really true since I am technically 18 years old now.

We always play some kind of toys that I don’t even know if they are toys or not, I mean, what does this wood even do? It just looks like a log of wood to me but Linley was happy playing with it.

I also had to pretend that I was also happy but thanks to my great acting skills, no one noticed that I was suffering inside.

Another thing that I noticed is that my hair’s color is different to Linley, his hair was brown but mine was starting to turn golden and I can also feel that my body was getting stronger by the minute.

This must be because of my bloodline since I don’t know what my bloodline is called. Also, I may have two kinds of bloodline now since my father told me that we were a descendants of an ancient clan.

I don’t even know why he is telling this to a 1 year old, does he really think that I am some kind of genius?

Father told me that we were the descendants of the fallen Dragon Warriors, he told me that in our bloods were the lineage of once a great clan that ruled the world.

Hearing that, I was slightly proud but remembering that I have the strongest bloodline, it really doesn’t matter to me whether what kind of bloodline dragon warriors has.

Our condition also started to turn better after my supply of money to my parents, although they tried hard to reject them I stubbornly insisted so they can only accept it.

I was having a lot of ideas on how to improve our town, and I kinda don’t like to train my body as I want to become a magus which my parents already knows.

My father was quite shocked at first after hearing what I said, he thought that I would be becoming a strong warrior since we are hot blooded, literally.

On the other hand, my mother was supportive on my decision and was also the one that convince father to allow me to become a magus. But that will have to wait until I am old enough.

So my days was spent on playing with Linley and also reading some books that my mother permitted me to read, although I don’t know why but since it was her I would not disobey.

{Lina’s POV}

Watching my twins playing with each other always makes me smile, Linley was a very active child, he loves to play especially with his little brother. While Lance on the other hand is a little bi mature of his age.

It was very amazing that he was already able to talk and read fluently without even us teaching him. He really likes to read a lot of books but I restricted him since I am afraid that he might miss his childhood if he spends it on reading books all the time.

His ability to create money was heaven defying, although I was worried at first that it might bring harm to him I was relieve to hear that it was safe for him to use since it only uses the energy around him.

Hogg and I are ashamed to ourselves that we had to depend on our one year old child, but Lance comforted us that giving birth to him was already enough for him to be in debt for his entire life.

Although it was surprising for a one year old boy to say something so profound like that, we eventually got used to it.
