Live Streaming: Great Adventure in the Wilderness - Chapter 257: Hostility!
“`
The figure jumped across the tundra.
There were no big trees here, only the green tundra, and the open environment made Bi Fang could not help but start running as soon as he set foot on land, hopping from rock to rock with practiced ease, like a lithe cheetah.
Occasionally, when he encountered a rock wall six or seven meters high, all he needed to do was take a glance and he could climb up like a monkey, as swiftly as if he had done it a thousand times before.
Much stronger compared to his first livestream.
[I feel like Old Fang is way more awesome than in his first livestream, running for so long without even breaking a sweat or getting out of breath]
[He had to teach before which definitely slows you down]
[Maybe he broke up with his girlfriend, that’s why he’s got so much energy]
[Indeed, young people need to be temperate. Even if one has a good back, you can’t squander your health. Life has an end, and in the wilderness, facing danger, you can be more composed]
[I’ve already made him temperate, but who could help being too beautiful]
[Pfft, gross]
Bi Fang glanced at the comments and forcefully suppressed the urge to retort.
He had definitely become stronger. Apart from anything else, his body weight had increased by ten kilograms over the last six months, but fortunately, it was all muscle, so the change in his physique wasn’t obvious.
As for skills, Bi Fang had to admire his own foresight. Pretending to be an “expert” was indeed the right move, even now that he had become an actual expert, the performance gap wasn’t huge.
To the audience familiar with him, it just seemed like he was getting more adapted with each livestream, a natural progression. It would be strange if he hadn’t improved at all after so many adventures.
“The vegetation is getting denser!”
Bi Fang climbed a small hill and, looking down at the forest below, then checked the slope to make sure it wasn’t too steep. He lowered his center of gravity and slid down the slope sideways, sliding directly down the hillside.
The moss and other plants were very slippery, and Bi Fang slid down quickly, the grass clippings flying and sticking to his shoes while wisps of hair at his temples flew up with the wind.
[Holy shit, that move was kind of cool.]
[I wanna slide, too.]
[Slide your way into the hospital, why don’t you.]
[This is very dangerous. Without strong core muscles, it’s best not to casually imitate.]
Just as the audience was exclaiming over Bi Fang’s movements, a gunshot alarmed everybody.
The gunshot was deafening, and Bi Fang reflexively ducked and rolled, before flattening himself on the ground, his eyes scanning the surroundings warily, but no one appeared.
Who could it be?
Not just Bi Fang, but the audience was startled as well, especially the program team.
The most famous incident involving Bi Fang was naturally the goose migration, where he encountered the merciless poachers. Could it be that he had run into them again?
The area was desolate and seemed like a good spot for hunting.
[Holy shit, I was just joking. He hasn’t really run into some desperate bandits, has he?]
[Hurry and say “ptui ptui ptui!”]
[Pfft pfft pfft!]
[Rustle rustle rustle!]
Bi Fang lay in the underbrush, not daring to make any sudden movements. Last time he managed to take on four mostly because he had the advantage of the environment. If he encountered armed criminals again, he couldn’t be sure he could handle it.
“Go have a look.”
Jerret immediately instructed the director of photography to control the drone to look in the direction of the gunshot. This was too dangerous and needed to be scouted.
Seeing the drone move away, Bi Fang didn’t say much and quietly waited for the outcome.
Much as he felt his luck couldn’t be that bad to encounter poachers every time, and since Ireland didn’t have any rare animals, it seemed more likely that he had run into an ordinary hunter.
“Hey, Barton, a big fox!”
Mugalen was waving a long-haired, plump fox, and in addition, he had a rabbit hanging over his shoulder.
Barton drove up to where Mugalen stood: “Hey, you’re in luck, actually managing to hunt as soon as you arrive.”

Mugalen was somewhat unhappy when he heard that, “This isn’t luck, I’m a Deer Hunter! I caught them with my skills! A rabbit and a fox, we’re going to have a good meal tonight.”
“Bunnies are so cute, how can one eat bunnies!”
A childlike voice suddenly came from the back seat, and Milani crawled out, a hint of anger in her eyes.
Mugalen was startled, “But you clearly ate a whole bowl last time!”
“Ah, that was rabbit meat?”
Upon hearing the dreadful news, the light in Milani’s eyes dimmed as she recalled how tasty the rabbit meat was, and tears involuntarily streamed down from the corners of her mouth.
Barton couldn’t help but pat Milani’s head, “Hahaha, don’t be sad, Milani, next time Uncle will catch you a live one to keep as a pet!”
Milani’s eyes immediately sparkled again, “Still for stew?”
Barton: “…”
This little girl, why is her thought process so strange?
Not cute at all like his son.
Thinking of his son, Barton suddenly remembered that ever since his friend had come over to his house, Milani had gotten his son hooked on some Wilderness Survivalist’s livestream. Usually, they wouldn’t even respond to calls for dinner, so why did they think of coming out today?
“Master Fang has come ashore, right in Ireland, I think we might run into him!” Milani said seriously, “Danny is so stupid, he didn’t even respond when I called him, he has no clue what he’s going to miss! What a dummy!”
Milani was clearly unhappy that her little companion stayed at home to watch the livestream alone. Now that they were in the wild, the signal wasn’t good, and the video was lagging.
Barton and Mugalen exchanged a glance and laughed heartily, but didn’t have the heart to burst the little girl’s bubble. How could it be possible to just go out hunting and run into…
“Duh dad, we’re on TV!”
Their laughs froze, and they both looked at Milani’s phone at the same time.
???
A big question mark appeared over the heads of Barton and Mugalen, then Barton looked up and suddenly noticed the drone above, pressing down on Mugalen’s head to look up at the sky.
A drone was hovering silently overhead.
All of their conversation had been captured.
[Holy crap, Old Fang, even here you encounter your fans?]
[Fans know no borders]
[Awesome, that little girl is so cute, I think I could wait ten years]
[One shouldn’t, at least probably not]
[One should, at least give it a try]
[Wow, life’s getting more predictable by the day.]
“Hello there?”
Bi Fang slowly walked out from the forest. Through the bullet comments, he’d figured out the identities of these people, who would at least not be bad folks since they brought their daughter out with them.
Mugalen was at a loss, not expecting that they would actually run into him just like that. His gaze towards Bi Fang was complex.
This was the guy who had captivated his daughter these past few days. He had thought that she wanted to come out to see her father’s brave hunting pose, but it turned out it was still because of this man.
Mugalen felt as if he had lost something, the little coat draped over him getting colder and colder.
Barton, on the other hand, was very cheerful. He got out of the car to greet Bi Fang enthusiastically and invited him to visit their home.
His boy practically idolized Bi Fang; running into him just like this would make him crazy happy!
“The town is just at the foot of the mountain, we’ll be there in a bit, no difference, right? My son is your fan; he must be watching the livestream right now. He’d go crazy if he found out I didn’t bring you home!”
“Well then, sorry to trouble you.”
Bi Fang, hearing there was another little fan waiting for him, felt too embarrassed to refuse and immediately agreed. He also noticed the little girl in the car and the man next to her whose gaze revealed some hostility. He stiffened, what was going on? Did he say something wrong? Why did this man have hostility towards him?
