“Aww, you’re so sweet,” Kourtney said.
After catching up with each other over a few drinks, Kourtney started telling her friends about her new CEO.
“He’s the weirdest and cutest person I’ve ever met.”

“You’re not serious, are you?” Liam said.
Kourtney rethinks what she had just said.
“Haha no of course not. I’m too busy these days for a relationship and plus he’s way out of my league.”
“But I’m not,” Liam says with a smirk.
“Not today, buddy boy. We have to help Kourtney, because she obviously doesn’t know how to have fun or be in a relationship,” Shalissa says.
“I don’t need any of that right now. Since I got a new CEO he might bash me with work,” said Kourtney.
“Fine, buzzkill,” Liam and Shalissa said in unison.
“I gotta leave now, it’s already 10 pm and I have work tomorrow,” Kourtney said while packing up her stuff to leave.
“Bye bye,” Shalissa said.
“Bye,” Liam said.
The next day, Kourtney is on time to work but is called into Mr. Faye’s office again.
“Yes, Mr. Faye?”
” I see you’ve set up your desk.”
“Yup.”
“Now all you have to do is sign this contract.”
“For what exactly?”
“Well I need a secretary who will commit most of their time on me, so I need to make sure you’re okay with that.”
“How much time?”
“It’s in the contract.”
As she’s reading, she stumbles across something.
“Wait a minute, why would I need to hold your hand in desperate times?”
“It’s personal.”
“Okay, I’ll sign it.”
“Great.”
After she finishes signing the contract, Mr. Faye leads her out the door to her desk right outside of his.
“Get me some hibiscus tea from across the street,” Mr. Faye said as closing his office door.
“You son of a—”
“What was that?” He said while opening the door again.
“Nothing. Your tea is coming right up.”
Kourtney runs down from the third floor to the first floor, since the elevator wasn’t working. She ran across the street and got the hibiscus tea in less than 10 minutes. She went into his office and gave him the tea.
“Here’s your tea Mr. Faye.”
Mr. Faye didn’t pay attention to what she just said, instead he kept staring out the window.
I wonder what this man could be thinking. He could be thinking oh wow this amazing woman ran down stairs and across the road to get you a cup of tea. If he thinks he can’t say thank you because of his gorgeous appearance he’s right..I mean wrong. Very wrong.
“I don’t want it,” Mr. Faye said.
