Miyuki placed the dishes outside the room. She closed the door quickly and then went to the package and pulled out the pink yukata that was covered in cherry blossoms. “This is so beautiful.” She ran her hands on the fabric and started crying. “Thank you so much.”

Irene finished brushing Amelia’s hair and went to Miyuki and helped her get changed. “It is as I suspected. Pink suits you well. I will do your hair after I am done with Amelia’s” She turned and walked back to Amelia and put her long hair up in a bun and then added a blue butterfly clip she found.

Amelia stood up and looked at Miyuki, “Don’t cry anymore. It will ruin your beautiful face.” She touched Miyuki’s cheek and walked around checking the yukata out. “There is a little work that needs to be tidied up. I can do that when we return. It is well done. You both did a fantastic job.”

Miyuki dried her eyes using a handkerchief. “Thank you, I am calming down now, Amelia. It has been a while since I received such a gift. I will truly treasure it.”

Amelia nudged Miyuki to go to Irene. “I do not mind that you sit down and get your hair done. You are roughly the same age as me. I want you to become my friend. I do not mind if you want to dress up a little before going out and you have an attraction to Subaru.”

Miyuki’s face slowly turned red, “I am at least ten years older than you, Amelia. I feel bad and it might look like I am using you. As for Subaru… he is sweet.” She finally sat down

Irene combed Miyuki’s hair and pinned it up with a cherry blossom hairpiece. “There, now you both are ready for the ride. Have fun and Miyuki, there is no law against a servant falling in love.” She rushed the girls to the door.

Amelia opened the door and there was Gabriel. He was wearing a plain navy blue yukata with a black obi. “I am glad that I choose the same colour as you.” He stood there watching Amelia smiling. He reached his hand out and took her hand in his before he pulled her in and got a closer look at her hair. “This suits you very well. Miyuki, you look nice as well.”

“Thank you, Young Master. I feel so blessed.” Miyuki bowed and smiled from ear to ear. “Do you mind if I go to my room and collect the money I have saved up? Just in case I find something that I would like?”

“Of course, go ahead.” Amelia smiled and looked up at Gabriel. “I am looking forward to seeing how this goes.”

Irene came out with a kinchaku pouch*. She handed it to Amelia. “This contains your medicine. I placed three doses in there just in case the weather turns bad and you are unable to return. If that is the case feel free to stay at or house. Stay safe and have fun.”

Amelia took the kinchaku pouch, “if the weather turns bad that is where we will stay. Stay safe and have fun while you are here, Mother. Good morning, Father.”

Edward came forward and smiled. “I got the day off due to the travelling I did and I was dead to the world this morning. I just woke up,” he yawns, “I think I will go back to sleep. I am still tired. Have fun.”

Gabriel watched as Edward went back into the bedroom. “It was a hard trip and he worked on the fields before we left. So I cannot blame him for being tired. I would be exhausted if I did all that hard labour.”

“I sure hope that you are not selling yourself short. We harvested a lot of tea leaves because of you. There is no way I would’ve been able to get all that done on my own.” Subaru stepped forward with Itsuki. “It looks like we are just missing Miyuki.” He was looking around for Miyuki in the group.

There was a commotion coming from Miyuki’s room. They could hear a lady yelling about Miyuki stealing and was planning to take off. Before Amelia could move Gabriel stomped over to the room and slammed the door open. “What do you think you are doing to Amelia’s attendant?”

“YOUNG MASTER!!” The older lady bowed immediately to Gabriel and then pointed to Miyuki. “This servant stole the yukata and came back to get her money. She is planning on running away.”

Amelia came into the room and went to Miyuki and touched her cheek gently. She pulled out a handkerchief and dabbed the blood off her cheek. “Are you okay? Sorry if this hurts.”

Subaru peeked in and got angry but this was not his place to say anything. He saw that Amelia was taking care of Miyuki and sighed out loud.

“Stealing? Do you really think that is the case? That yukata is a gift from Mother and Mother Irene. You will be punished for what you did.” Gabriel glared at the woman and then Edna walked through the door.

“Just when were you put in charge of punishing others, Niko? Gabriel, you and your company can leave and I will take care of this. Miyuki, grab what you need and I am glad that the yukata looks good on you.” Edna turned to Amelia and Miyuki. She nodded her head.

“Thank you, Mother Edna. We will be on our way now.” Amelia stood up and looked down at Miyuki smiling.
