Anna frowned.But quickly her expression turned bright as she squealed happily.

She had read about this all the times in Novels .How the bitchy ex girlfriend comes back and claims the male lead scheming against her the female lead.It came true!! She always dreamt of this she has been quite bored for the past days yes it was happy with Damon but the Lee Family has been oddly quiet.

And now out of nowhere her first love rival shows up what a great timing.Linda was surprised she expected her to scoop rudely and claim her shameless but never expected this.

“Okay give a moment I will drop the coffee and tell him your here oh I forgot to introduce myself I am Anna and I will be Mr.Collins secretary temporarily”

They both shoocked hands and Anna told Linda to take a seat she gave her some tea and crackers and then knocked on Damon’s office door.

Linda was delighted she was happy since it seems Anna will be her eyes and ears in the office for a while which will help her get closer to Damon.

She once saved Damon’s life back in high school while he was almost Kidnapped.She had long been in love with him therefore she didn’t hesitate to risk her life for him.

After his family found out about the following Damon’s grandfather settled a marriage agreement with them and they gladly accepted.Her social background instantly boosted and so did Her modeling career.

They went on dates and acted as a couple but Damon was always cold to her he wouldn’t touch and barely manage to hug her and kiss her

Nothing of that sort ever happened but she was happy because she would be the future Mrs.Collins so their was no way they could be broken apart.

Sadly one day she met Suzan Lee they quickly became best friends and she kept babbling about how his coldness towards her was a problem and she needs to strengthen herself to make him see she was good enough for him.She agreed and told her parents that she would abroad and build up her career.

The Collins weren’t neither happy nor excited about their engagement they were neutral.Seeing Damon did not completely refuse his grandparents and parents thought it should be find.When Linda said she would go abroad they didn’t necessarily care.

One day Damon received a bunch of pictures of Linda naked messing around with other man and even had a video.He used this opportunity to break their engagement.

She pleaded and said that person was not her and Damon knew they were fake but he didn’t want to get married therefore to subside his guilty conscience he told her to break the engagement herself to save her from further embarrassment.

She reluctantly agreed and went abroad.She became very famous and she finally got proof to justify herself in front of Damon.The Collins never found out about the incident and when she broke it off they didn’t care much the reason for it was gratefulness anyway.

But she was back and the first person she wanted to see was Damon and so did she.

Anna knocked on the door and after a “Come in” She walked inside and indifferently placed the cup of coffee in front of him.”What’s wrong?”He asked her.

“Nothing in particular..”He frowned and she continued “oh right I forgot to inform you that their is a woman outside she says she is your fianc.”

Damon frowned deepened he stood up and as Anna was about to leave he hugged her from behind.”Don’t listen to her chase her out if you want I don’t care”

Anna turned around and replied codly “That no gentlemen does I already promised you would talk to her is not of my business if you do but it also isn’t polite to chase her out as your secretary I have no right to do so….”

“But as my wife you do so”He had no intention of backing down and had a slight idea of who was outside so he stood his ground.

Anna panicked and her fingers fidget slightly.That is a certain habit she had when she was lying and felt guilty.Damon caught that and smirked provocatively.

Damm that stupid smirk she wanted to wash off his face.”Don’t think I wouldn’t find out Mrs.Collins.”He said whispering it in her ears.

“I-“before she could finish Damon interrupted her.”If I had known you were the person my parents want me to marry I would have gladly accepted so that is yes”

“Wait yes to what?”He smiled at her putting his hands on his pockets nonchalantly.”To your proposal of course”
