Magical Academy: Rise of the Supreme Magic Craftsman - Chapter 480
Wallace was stunned as soon as he heard the Celestial’s voice.
However, he immediately understood what he was trying to say so he decided to just keep his distance and allow the Prince to do his final struggle…
‘Very well… Let me help the other magicians.’ Wallace then disappeared to assist the magicians in the chaotic battlefield and finish off the remaining soldiers of the Empire.
Boom! Boom!
The Celestial and the Prince are both emanating with destructive power as the Imperial Flagship is being burdened by the two…
Several explosions within the spaceship occurred… Violent mana, chaotic Astral Energy, corrupted and demonic energy, these energies started gathering in a single place as everyone could feel that an explosion, several times more powerful than the Nuclear Explosion is about to happen.
[ Beep! Warning! Warning! Excessive Accumulation of Energy Detected! ]
[ Signs of Massive Explosion is being detected. ]
[ Evacuation is recommended! Follow the emergency procedure! ]
Avalon started warning every magician. However, since the aliens are still attacking them, it is not so easy to evacuate!
These aliens seem to have decided to die with the Imperial Prince!
Wallace took a deep breath as he assessed the situation. It was obvious that retreating will be bloody seeing how the aliens are so desperate on chasing them.
Nevertheless, the magicians only needed a brief of time to escape using their Magic Nodes…
With this in mind, Wallace no longer hesitated as he used his Roar of Thundering Destruction while targeting the aliens from behind…
“Come at me!”
He taunted as he killed the nearest Khrusams and Soldier Magicians near him. Though his Aeon Guardian and Fervent Timepiece are still on cooldown… His body can still release a huge amount of mana and Astral Energy.
He’s confident that he would be able to get their attention.
His guess was right. It seems that these aliens also know his identity… They wanted him to die as soon as possible!
Wallace smiled seeing how they are focusing on him as he welcome them with open arms!
His aura covered the whole battlefield as he struck every place where the aliens are gathering…
In truth, he had already discovered that many familiar auras has disappeared on the battlefield. He’s unsure whether they are still alive and needed treatment or perhaps, already dead.
This realization made him want to kill more aliens on sight!
“There’s no point holding back against you guys… Come!” Wallace said as he used his Void Phase to appear on a nearby group of Khrusams!
“Die! Soul Rip!”
“Soul Rip!”
The Khrusams opened their Third Eyes and forcefully tried to tear apart Wallace’s souls without the help of their Corpse Furnaces. This caused their eyes to bleed! With this power, it feels like they are ready to never use their ability again as long as Wallace would die!
“Haa!”
Wallace may not have practiced the Soul Arts deliberately but because of his body’s situation and his Divine Sense, he has a stronger defense than many others.
Nevertheless, he knows that he can’t let them do as they please…
Lightning covered his whole body as it interrupted everyone who was trying to tear his soul…
“I knew it… Lightning looks effective against your soul techniques…”
With this in mind, Wallace took care of the Khrusams with his mana spells for a while.
Though he may not be able to kill them with one or two spells, they were still heavily injured and wouldn’t be able to join the battle for a while. He immediately became the focus of the aliens as they tried their best to kill him at all costs!
Bzzt! Bzzzt!
Several laser guns fired at him coming from the Imperial Soldiers below….
However, he decided to ignore them as he realized that he now barely has time to escape!
The Prince is about to explode!
‘I guess the Celestial is really being helped by the world, huh…’ Wallace thought as he felt that the Celestial Being was still continuously accumulating his power while the Prince is absorbing everything on him.
He observed his surroundings and confirmed that most of the magicians have already retreated.
He also noticed that there are many corpses of magicians and Mech Knights on the ground but there’s no time to retrieve them.
He could only glance at the Prince and the Celestial one last time before using his Void Phase to flee.
As soon as he did this, a bright light covered the whole continent as it created a powerful explosion…
A gigantic mushroom cloud appeared where the Flagship was previously located…
Bam! Bam! Bam!
The explosion was so powerful that many magicians were still caught by the wave of energy and debris flying around.
Many of them are injured but thanks to the help of many Mech Knights covering their retreat, they didn’t suffer fatal injuries in the end.
“It’s over…”
Wallace muttered as he landed on the nearby Airship that had also started docking somewhere safe.
Only three Airships and one Transatmospheric Battleship remained after the battle.
“Wallace… Are you alright?” A familiar voice approached him from behind.
“Ace… You’re still alive… Good.” Wallace smiled as he looked at his familiar figure.
Ace smiled bitterly as he didn’t know what he should say.
“Yes… However, there are so many…” Ace wanted to tell him about the casualties but he didn’t continue his words as Wallace patted his shoulder.
“I know… We have to remain strong at this point.”
Wallace sighed as he already used his Divine Sense…
Inside the Providence Battleship, was several familiar magicians who are in a dying state.
Veda’s several workers and many mage doctors are doing their best to save as much life as they can…
Wallace saw that Lacus had a missing arm… Ross Schien just breathed his last, familiar figures from the Lucent Force had also perished, Troy Webb passed out after trying to heal everyone near him, Aaron seems to have his soul energy sucked out, then… Wallace noticed that Hilda Calem, his junior, seems to have been blinded and has a deformed face as she remained unconscious.
Wallace clenched his fist as he looked at the clouds…
He remained silent and his thoughts were unknown.
