As much as aggressive Eric appeared outside he is a lot more afraid inside because this is the first time for him feeling this powerless after he had awakened his Mutant powers and from that day on he had thought of himself above the mass however now that he had lost his ability to control or even feel his power he panicked inside

Even if he is afraid he can’t show that to everyone so to cover his panic he shouts towards Bruce just to make himself look more aggressive and fearless or he is trying to act fearlessly so he can scar Bruce and Jean or worst he is trying to tell himself there is nothing to be afraid of and telling a lie to oneself to make himself a little comfortable.

Charles is also not much better than his friend and started feeling some unknown fear towards Bruce as he failed to manipulate Jean’s memory and looked at Bruce with a shocked face as Bruce put’s his hand on Jean.

Although he knows he can’t manipulate or peek into his mind however he had never expected Bruce can also block him from peeking inside others mind and a man who is used to peeking into others secret then shaping their thoughts to his need, Charles has already gotten used to that aspect long ago even if he says the other way to the world, however, he is still unable to deceive himself.

So when a person who can not only stop him but also his friend who is an Omega Level Mutant he can’t help but become afraid himself looking at Bruce who has the face of a kid whom he had met a lot of time in the past and even seems growing up.

Not understanding the unknown tension in the room between her boyfriend and the two middle-aged Mutants Jean decided to hug her boyfriend tightly because she hated the way the two middle-aged men were speaking with her and her boyfriend.

As much as he wanted to use technology to stop Magnito by using a reverse frequency that Eric uses for controlling “Magnetism” or Charles uses for “Mind Controlling”, however, his technology still needs some upgrades before he can do that, although the time he has returned from Dragon Ball World (38 days) was more than enough for him to create that simple technology however he was always busy with other important items for his training and forgot about it.

Even though he was thinking of creating that technology next still it wasn’t for his safety measures against the X-man but for some more important reason which we are going to know soon nevertheless it could have been really useful right now regardless of not having the technology he can’t regret about it, Can he?

So he decided to use an alternative solution which for this scenario which is even better than any technology and to answer Eric’s angry shout he didn’t make any fuss in return just pointed he finger downwards as his lips curved into a smile as he calmly replied “Even if I explain you will not be able to understand the magnitude of what I have done.

So. I will just show you. ”

With his words ending they all look down just to see a white light spreading from his legs and soon covered the whole room as Charles also exclaimed in shock “The voices are gone I can not feel my power anymore. ”

“Bruce, what is this light? ” Jean asked with surprise as she has also lost her Mutant abilities.

“Let’s just call it magic for now. ” Bruce replied with a smile at her question thinking ‘Although it is a divine level of the Kai still magic so I am being honest. ‘

Looking at the difference in his way of talking with Jean and them, Charles and Eric let out a wry sigh shaking their head as Charles said “You aren’t going to do something that you should not do right? ”

“Depends. ” Bruce turned his head towards Charles as his face lost the smile and turned serious.

“Please explain? ” as much as he wants to take action against the boy before him he is well aware of the fact he can’t access his mind and manipulate him to his dėsɨrė as he has already tried from far away although it was not manipulating but trying to access his mind after getting a request by Fury that was the reason he was trying his best not provoking the kid because a person of his intelligence doesn’t want to take risks.

While Bruce is the biggest variable in his entire life as he wasn’t able to even scratch the surface of his mind and to his wildest imagination he never expected to end in a situation like the present and it is all because of his friend Eric and regretted not properly shaping Eric’s mind when he was helping him before but that is still not too late and he still has some use for this personality of Eric to do things that he can not.

“First explain How do you know my parents? ” Bruce said with a cold face thinking he is going to end Charles if he finds anything about them getting manipulated by Charles.

“Although we had promised to not let you in this matter, however in our current situation we don’t have a better choice do we. ” Charles said with a sigh as he started his explanation “To maintain a School for Mutants properly we need a large number of finds and the Government is not going to take responsibility or help us so we needed to find who is willing to help us and your Parents after learning about the Poor children decided to help us in our great Cause. ”

“And you didn’t manipulate their mind? ” Bruce asked with a sharp eye.

“Of course not if I wanted to do that I would have already manipulated the mind of the President and never target your parents even if you guys are the richest family in the world.

Please do remember even if you are rich compared to the country you are still nothing. ” Charles said with a serious face.

“If that is true I don’t have any issues however if I ever find you doing as such you can be sure I won’t let you off. ” Bruce said looking in the eyes of Charles.

“I am not scared of the truth. ” Charles said d without moving his eyes for Bruce.

“Fine, I will believe you for now. ” Bruce said as the White light vanished from the room as he thought ‘Damn maintaining the magic for too long is not easy with this little amount of energy. ‘

After the 3 Mutants regained their ability they had a little conversation about Jean and before getting out of the house Charles turned towards Jean to ask once again “Although you don’t want to join us now however if you are welcome to join us in the future if you need us. ”

“I will think about it. ” Jean gave a simple nod though she is sure she isn’t going to join them ever.

“You are also welcome to give me a call if you are unable to solve or face some strong enemy that you can’t handle. ” Bruce said as they left the house without giving a reply.

“That kid is more complex than I thought. ” Walking inside the Jet Charles said with a serious face.

“Care to explain? ”

After closing the door Bruce and returned to the laboratory as Jean asked him “Will you explain or what? ”

Looking at the healing chamber inside with Natasha is still recovering Bruce can see there is still a little over 3 hours left he let out a sigh before starting his explanation “Let’s see…”
