“ROARR!!”

The xenomorpher made a roar and Jomel can pretty well understand it without even using his tamer’s passive abilities.

The monster is furious for disturbing such a nest of houseflies or flies.

“Demonic Presence!”

Jomel said firmly as his aura was amassed throughout the whole area.

“Kraa!!”

The monster was surprised and stopped roaring. It was about to fall on its because it was caught off guard by Jomel’s pressure the demonic presence. Jomel did not wait for it to react, he hurriedly rushed forward that destroyed the tree he was standing on.

He stabbed the opponent on its chest because it has the gap to its flesh with his Mantis blade arm. However, it only made a little damage!

Swift!

The monster hurriedly swiftly swipes its two massive arms but to Jomel… This is slow.

He evaded the swipes easily and then lifted his two mantis legs and kicked the housefly!

It did not push the enemy away, however, it pushed him to go back to his position earlier.

It was simple but fast!

The enemy opened his palm and created a ball of wind!

Jomel was surprised, it reminded him of an anime character he used to watch in the past, but it is not time to think of that. The monster shoots the ball of wind at him! It was so swift!

However, he can see its direction so he just moves his head to the side and successfully evaded the attack.

They saw that his attack didn’t hit Jomel so, he formed another ball of concentrated wind, after that he didn’t wait for Jomel to do something as he sends out a lot of terrifying balls of concentrated wind!

Boom!

The gigantic trees are blasted, some of the smaller ones fell as the impact of the attacks is so strong. The wind carries an impact that will be unleashed whenever it hits a target!

Jomel is sure that if ever those attacks managed to hit him, his monster mantis won’t be able to resist it. It was the difference in strength and attack prowess.

“Very strong, I am glad that I met you.”

Jomel said as he finally found something that can be sued to dominate this world. His cultivation would reach a higher level so fast if things happen, and these beast are the ones can help him find the system tamers!

Or if he ever found something more excellent bug beasts then he will get replace it. But for now, this one is a little better than the Water bugs.

Still, he won’t abandon Water bugs because of… Uhmm… Ladies…

That’s the only time he will get to sleep a lot of times with a lot of girls. At first, he thought he would have to struggle, however…

Maybe to a more civilized civilization, he would have hard times taking girls bit, for now, if he just possesses his water bug xenomorpher then he will get instantly with his harem.

The two combatant was interlocked in a long battle, Jomel is the only one who was always in a disadvantage! His mantis but the beast cannot keep up as he was attacked left and right by this xenomorpher and another house fly-like bug beast.

He would leave an area with a high amount of house fly-like bug beast, but the xenomorpher one would instantly catch up to him, interlocking in abate with him and then the other bug beast would follow suit and gang up unto him.

“These bugs are shameless,” he said but he knew it was just their nature, he’s just frustrated because he couldn’t fight properly with this xenomorpher.

“Damn!” Jomel said, his mantis body is exhausted. “The elemental energy inside is depleted. But I won’t give up, because such things are rare where I have to struggle to survive.”

If he is human right now, he would’ve worn a smile on his face. Who wouldn’t want a battle where he couldn’t die? It’s just like playing a character in-game where he can die anytime.

But this is real life.

He is piloting the mantis bug beast, while he is also feeling its pain from the attacks he receives from the foes.

Thousand of bombardments, hundred attacks, and the area became violet because of the blood of the flies on his body and to his surrounding.

The xenomorpher is also injured slightly, but it is tough and still pursuing him non-stop like crazy.

Suddenly, the pressure from the skill demonic presence disappeared.

“No more elemental energy,” Jomel said to himself. The mantis body he is controlling finally is wearing out on itself.

No more elemental energy means, he will be bombarded by the army of house flies like monster bug beasts. Earlier he can still make it because only stronger ones can keep up with him. However, now, he is not able to defend against weaker ones.

Jomel still want this mantis body to survive, so he slid across through the area where there’s a lot of little trees and leaves. He plans to leave his scent to the tree leaves and finally, made his escape.

As the monster housefly bug beasts attack him, Jomel would switch places. The blood all over his body is slowly fading as planned.

This is the only for him to escape. Using his precognition with millions in numbers is useless and some of them can even see his moves because of their special eyes.

His wings?

It was all bent and broken.

Usually, the praying mantises mimic plants to hide from predators and prey. It can easily blend into an environment of leaves, sticks, or flowers. Mantises can be green, brown, or a combination of colors to match their environment. It will molt every few weeks, and can then take on the colors of its natural surroundings.

So hiding would be easy for this kind of giant bug. However, flies are best when it comes to smell. They also have unique compound eyes which helps them to locate the target.

“It flies that are warmonger and resilient,” Jomel said as he is now hiding inside a hole.

The flies that are searching for him are dispersing, and soon all of them are gone. Then he stood up and stepped outside from the hole.

“Pheww! That was close I manage to let this mantis body survive-”

His voice was cut when a rain of terrifying wind ball landed to where he was from. He instantly got inside the hole to hind from the rain of attacks!

“I’m cornered.”
