He was soon dropped in front of Administration Office building.
He was not looking energetic as he used to be.
He was looking tired.
He walked in the office and sat in front of five administrators.
They looked at his tattered condition and dull mood.
They looked at each other alarmingly.
What happened to the previous energetic young buddy?’
“Lui, are you alright,?” one of them asked.
“No, I am not,” he answered absentmindedly.
The words of his rival were still reverberating in his head.
“Do you need rest of few days,?” the second one suggested because he could tell the research of Climate Tech was too dry to continue for long without intervals.
“I guess, yes, I need it badly,” he kept his answers brief.
“Did something happened in previous days that disturbed you?” third one asked because it was his job to clear safety matters of the students.
“Yes, someone broke in my personal research lab and destroyed my newly designed fire friendly induction machine which was in beta test phase and also corrupted my soft data, I don’t know who did this,?” he answered as he memorized it overnight as an excuse.
Since, now he was also under the forced deal of his rival, he thought to give it a try more accurately.
Their eyes shot up to hear his words.
“When did it happen,?” they asked.
It was grave matter after all.
Who could behind it?
They understand the seriousness of this matter and now they felt sympathy for Lui as well.
“I don’t want to talk about it, it hurts me more, I worked hard on this assignment yet someone destroyed it,” his fallen energy added and he looked more broken.
“Alright, we will not talk about it, we have issued your holidays for thiry days and the expanses for the loses you suffered along with the double bonus for your future project, collect these things from the related fields and rest for the time being,”
“Sir, I want another favor,” he caught up right time.
“What is it?” the most senior one asked this time.
“I wanted to resign from the upcoming middle grade Climate Tech Awards,”
His simple request created a sonic bomb reaction in them but they bear with it, they don’t want to disappoint him.
“We understand but remember to make up your study after that,” he went back after the meeting ended leaving them in chaos.
They were running a prestigious academy.
They were suspecting many things from his words.
‘Is it possible that someone from the rival team done this act?’
‘Did someone threatened Lui to resign from the Award?’
‘What kind of things Lui was hiding?’
“We will find out, who is behind this? and what is his purpose? but don’t disturb Lui in any way, it might trigger the one who is behind all this,” their senior instructed them.
His friends were waiting outside a grand Odium Hall.
He barely reached them.
“What happened to you Lui,?” Lippizan asked with concern.
“Its nothing, I just met the meeting board and resigned from the upcoming Award for good,” he answered halfheartedly.
“That’s secondary matter, tell us HONESTLY what happened to You,” Lie Mei stressed on the word which grabbed the attention of others too.
“What are you hiding man, tell us already,” Rim forced with innocence.
“Someone know our previous identity,” They gasped to hear him.
“What?”
“Why?”
“But how,?”
“We did not tell anything to anyone, right? Then how come someone know,?”
They spoke in unison.
“It is not the issue, how he know but we needed to be careful, he would never disclose our identity but there is another problem,” he stopped for a while.
“He might take advantage of this truth in many way,”
“What will we do then?” few of them scratched their heads.
“Study diligently and don’t give him a chance to step on you, simple,” Lie Mei explained instead of Lui.
“How can we suddenly become genius, we needed some time to comprehend this new situation and the world around,” their complains were same.
“We will help each other to get out of this situation but remember our enemy have grudge against us, if we doomed on his hand, we will be thrown out of the gates of this safe academy,”
They all nodded their heads as robots on his warnings.
“We are dumb and have no interest in study but that do not means that we are easy to step on, are we?” Lui confirmed that they understood his advice well on.
Someone was standing on some distance from them.
He was making video on his Consumer Definition Video Formats Ultra Tech Camera. He just collected a useful video for his future use, he was the rival of Lui.
He disappeared after doing his job.
Lui’s head got spinning severely.
He suffered electric shocks at the hand of his rival and he was drained of sustaining energy.
Everything in front of him turned upside down and he fell on the floor.
They were scared to see his condition.
They supported him and brought in his square room.
They waited all night for him to come conscious.
In the last part of night, he opened his eyes and they heaved a relief breath.
They were dizzy.
So they also fell in deep sleep, few on the couch, few on floor, few on his bed as well that he could hardly found a place to sleep again.
They were in a different world with different circ.u.mstances and a hidden villain yet they were sleeping soundly.
Lie Mei closed her eyes, it seemed she had to study with full effort if she wanted to secure her friends from any harm.
Their future was vague, they were not confident.
Yet they were not possibly giving chances to their enemies.
But how they were supposed to learn overnight?
MicroTech was not just a name it holds a complete world of its own.
The world of designers or it would be better to say, a world of future of the humanity.
In the calm night, a man was in his office still, busy in his pleasure giving seductive robot, sticking to her body while making some relieved sounds.
His son called him which he could not pick on time.
“Sir, you have a call,” his robot assistant reminded him.
“Forget it, if he have something important to say, he will come tomorrow by himself,”
