Mr. Fang’s Feisty Mistress - Chapter 301 No Honour
“Even if your father was still very angry with you, he would not do anything about the shares because you are his daughter. He would never want only Zhang Mingyu to have control over the Zhang Group because of Shi Wenqian.”
Song Jujing deducted after having a good understanding of the kind of man Zhang Renshu was.
The man was not the kind of person that could be controlled easily by anyone. Also, he was very smart.
Knowing the kind of person Shi Wenqian was, and how she could cunningly gain a bit of control of his company through her son, Zhang Renshu would never allow her to have her way.
This could be the reason he was yet to upgrade Zhang Mingyu’s position in his Zhang company.
“This is one thing good about father. He doesn’t let anyone control him.” Zhang Liling admitted.
Even if her father was annoying, at least he didn’t have this one flaw that could have long ruined him and her plans.
The man did what he wanted.
Because he was calculative and read meaning into almost everything and everybody, he was still standing today otherwise, Shi Wenqian would have long finished him as he would be fully under her control.
? Toward the end of their conversation, Song Jujing asked about her plans.
“Have you told Bingwen about your business yet?” she inquired as she place her phone on the marble before taking two steps to stand in front of the wall mirror before picking up her toothbrush.
As Zhang Liling’s reply came, she put some toothpaste on her brush.
“Yes, I did and he didn’t look surprised that I started something for myself. It’s as if he had guessed that I would do something like that.”
“I think otherwise,” Song Jujing commented while finding a scrutinizing gaze on the mirror.
“I think he expects you to be useful to yourself. He already has a good perspective about the kind of person you are. Maybe he would have been a bit disappointed if you were up to nothing for a year since you graduated from college.”
Zhang Liling wanted to disagree with her, but because she could not rule out this possibility, she kept her mouth shut.
She knew the kind of person Fang Bingwen was. The man was goal-oriented and he liked to do things that would profit his business at last.
He was already serious and disciplined.
After recounting the kind of person he was in her head, she could somehow guess that he would expect her to do well for herself instead of sitting idly.
Sighing, she moved on with the conversation.
“He agreed to show me s few places after I return to my apartment. I just pray that I find the perfect store.” Zhang Liling hoped.
It would be so fulfilling if she found the perfect building for her business as she wouldn’t have to worry about visibility.
“Just do your best and don’t take things too hard on yourself. I will go to the manufacturer to help you check things out.” Song Jujing replied.
“Thank you, Mum! Also, take care of yourself.”
“I will. Just go already so I can take care of my face.” Song Jujing retorted with a piercing gaze on the space between her frontal hairline and her brow.
She could see a small pimple marking that place and couldn’t wait to take care of it.
After their conversation had come to an end, Zhang Liling went online to research about advertisement plans and their prizes.
She was going to launch her business as soon as she secured a store and a warehouse, so she still had pretty much to tidy up.
At least before the launch, she could start with an advertisement first to let her brand sink into people’s minds before the launch date.
This was her first time doing business, for now, she would stick to making research and plans.
At least when asking for help from Fang Bingwen, she wouldn’t be completely without knowledge.
Thanks to her father for pushing her to study business for the sake of his Zhang group otherwise, she wouldn’t have known where to start.

When evening came, Shi Wenqian invited Zhang Xiaoling for a cup of tea which she didn’t honor.
Annoyed, she had to go straight to her bedroom to find her, but as soon as she stepped in front of her door, she fixed her facial expression.
Because of the kind of conversation she wanted to hold with her, she knew better not to come in shouting otherwise, her aim would be futile.
With no need to smile after smoothening the lines on her face, she brought her fist to pound on the door twice before pushing it open and stepping inside.
As soon as she took one step in, Zhang Xiaoling who was lying on the bed and pressing her phone came into her line of sight.
“Xiaoling?” she called out to her as she took another step in before closing the door properly.
Recognizing that voice, Zhang Xiaoling replied without turning to face her.
“Mum, I am not in the mood for tea. I am exhausted.”
Shi Wenqian walked towards the other side of the bed where she was facing and pulled out the chair set in front of the study table and turned it to face her before sitting in it.
“That is the very reason I came here instead.”
Zhang Xiaoling took a deep breath as her lashes flurted close.
She already knew she was not going to like the conversation her mother wanted to have, but she could not escape from it, hence, the reason she had to relax her lungs.
As she opened her eyes, she met her mother’s scrutinizing gaze and slowly sat up to rest her back on the headboard.
“What do you want to talk about?” she asked, keeping her phone beside her.
“Yesterday when you suddenly came back an hour after informing me, I knew that something was wrong. I had to allow you to rest after a long day at work, but today, I came for answers.” Shi Wenqian said without breaking her gaze.
