Probably because she had watched too many sci-fi movies about robots infiltrating the human race, Wang Xinji’s initial reaction upon seeing someone who looked seemingly identical to her was to conclude that it was an A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) humanoid robot.

No one could blame her though.

The moment she turned her head to look behind her, Wang Xinji saw the “robot” standing there, unmoving.

Wang Rouxi silently watched as Wang Xinji beamed with joy. The happiness and excitement coming from Wang Xinji also influenced her, thus she decided to just let the little lady have her way.

Wang Xinji was in high spirits. She instantly became enthralled by the thought of waking up everyday seeing a beautiful face that looked so much like her.

Gasping in awe, Wang Xinji could not help but reach her hand out to touch the cheek of the “robot”. Its skin was smooth and tender, even softer than hers!

“Wow!” Wang Xinji exclaimed excitedly.

She had only seen it in movies, so she was genuinely amazed to see a humanlike robot in real life.

Not caring about her image or if there were other people around, Wang Xinji pinched, poked, and squeezed her “robot”.

“Awww… you’re so adorable!” Wang Xinji said as though she was talking to a child.

In her excitement about her “robot”, Wang Xinji forgot that there were people watching her by the side.

It was only after a few moments did she stop as she seemed to have remembered something.

“Mom, have you programmed her yet? Can she do the things that other robots do in movies? Can I change her hair color?”

While she was eagerly awaiting her mother’s response, the “robot” that she had been shamelessly fondling was only standing there without any expression on its flawless face.

Wang Rouxi, who had been mistaken as a robot, raised a perfectly arched eyebrow when she heard her sister’s queries.
