My Boss Is So Arrogant - Chapter 355

Rose smiled faintly.She stared at Kelvin Kyle to find out that his face was darkened already as if he was considering him guilty for not taking care of her well.

“No.Kelvin is really taking care of me well.Its just that recently I am not feeling well.” Rose said.

Adam Romano seemed to be slightly worried hearing her as if Rose was someone close to her and hearing that she was unwell it really bothered him.

“Huh!Didn’t you get yourself checked by a doctor?” He asked.

Rose smiled.

“It’s okay.I really lose weight too fast.It’s just not a big deal.”

Adam Romano averted his gaze from her and stared at Kelvin Kyle and nodded his head with suspicion.May be he was still having the doubt that Kelvin Kyle was not taking care of well.

“Adam,see you later.I need to leave with them.”Kelvin Kyle was willing to leave from there as soon as possible since he didn’t want anything to happen that would create suspicion inside Rose.

Adam Romano chuckled.He placed one of his arms over Kelvin Kyle’s shoulder.

” what Kel!Look like you are in such a hurry…Why don’t you wait for sometimes…”Adam Romano said.

Kelvin Kyle narrowed his eyes.He was really feeling uncomfortable now.Only thing he was confused was Rose shouldn’t know about anything.

Kelvin Kyle stared at him with a nervous gaze.

“Lets go.I want to take you and the rest of them somewhere…”Adam Romano stared at Rose.

” Miss Wesley,take it as an invitation from me.”

Rose raised her eyebrows.

“Where?”

“My small apartment here.” Adam Romano replied.

Rose stared at Kelvin Kyle but he was silent.

“Kelvin,do as I say.Otherwise I will tell Rose everything just now.” He whispered in his ears.

Kelvin Kyle nodded.

Adam Romano smiled at Rose and also the kids.He bent toward Xavier and George who were currently standing together.

“Nice to meet you,sweethearts.”

George smiled.

“Nice to meet you,beautiful man.” George said with a smiling face.

“Beautiful man!” Adam Romano smiled.

“I like the term.let’s go.”

Kelvin Kyle,Rose,George and Xavier four of them entered Adam Romano’s apartment.He was walking frontly as a guide while four of them were following him from the back.

George was already stunned since the apartment was not an apartment exactly.It was a kind of castle from a fairy tale.

“Did you call it an apartment?” Rose said.There was  clearly a surprising expression on her face as she was amazed by the view from inside.

Adam Romano Curled his lips to form a smirk.

“Hope you like it!It’s not that special though…”Adam Romano said.

Rose smiled in frustration.

” Actually in my eyes,it is more than special.It really looks like some castle from the fairy tales.”She said with amusement in her voice.

Adam Romano chuckled.

“Boys, so do you like my place?”

Xavier and George immediately nodded.Xavier showed his thumb to him as it indicated that he really liked it.It was very rare that Xavier would like some strangers and also communicate with them.But in case of Adam Romano it was different.Both of the kids,seemed like they quite liked him.

“So…If you two like them,I think you can stay here,if you two want this house.” Adam Romano stared at Rose.

“I can give you as…”

Rose cut off his words.

“Mr Romano,As i said earlier,I saved your older brother just for the sake of the humanity.Its not for the purpose that you would pay me back something in return.And I wont feel good if you insist to take something in return.Just let it be like this as it is.” Rose stated.

Adam Romano let out a sigh.He stared at Kelvin Kyle.

“You are very lucky Kelvin.I just want to see how many days your luck would support you.” He said.

Rose frowned.Kelvin Kyle just ignored his words.If Rose is with him,then he really doesn’t care about anything else.

Adam Romano blurted out.

“I really don’t actually know how to handle these kids.I mean I am confused what should I offer these kids to impress these children.I have a room that I use to practice shooting,but I guess that’s not a good place to bring the kids.”He said with confusion as if he was really worried about them.

Rose nodded.

” You don’t need to worry,Mr Romano.You just invited us and we came here.Thats it.You dont need to do anything to impress these kids.I think they are already impressed to see your place.”

And whatever Rose just said was true.He said this place an apartment though it was not.It was a single house that was made on a huge place.And the interior was totally different from the exterior.The exterior was so simple,but as they entered they were having the feelings that they just entered into cave.the first two rooms were narrower than normal and was painted into black and also the dim light was not enough to lighten the dark color of the wall giving them a vibe of real cave.

And then there came the next two rooms,the room was totally painted with yellow color that kept emitting from the sun making the vibe as if they were walking under the sun.And the bright yellow light was really making their eyes uncomfortable while sun rays hit the eyes.And also all the accessories that was decorated in the rooms was kind of creating the same illusion.

And next came a big hall room,that was totally painted with green color.

As if finally the eyes got some comfort after the bright yellow uncomfortable  sunlight.Every thing in that hallroom was within a green shade.There were every shade of green how the real nature is painted with plants,trees and leaves..

Rose was more than amazed.

“I never have seen something like this.Where did you get this idea from?” Rose said sitting on the couch that was in light green shade along with Kelvin,Xavier and George.

Adam Romano sat opposite them.

“Actually it’s from my niece Sarah.She was a nature lover and she asked me to make a place something like this.I hope you heard about her.”Adam Romano said.

Rose nodded.

” yes.I heard about her.”

“But it’s my bad luck or my fault that I never could show it to her.”He let out a big sigh.

Rose felt slightly sad for him.

” don’t think like this.I think she would be proud of you if she would see how much you care for her.And definitely anyone would be happy to have an uncle like you for sure.”

“May be!” Adam Romano mumbled under his breath.He was talking totally ignoring Kelvin Kylw’s existence.No need to mention how much he hates Kelvin Kyle and it was only for Rose that he was being decent with him.Otherwise he already thought about his next plan.

Rose was about to say something but she felt something wet and cold was touching her legs.She shook her legs in annoyance but instead she saw a hissing sound.

Rose stared downward with suspicion and as her eyes fixed on the floor, she felt her heart was going to be stopped.She jumped from the couch in shock and a loud scream escaped from her mouth.

Adam Romano frowned and also that was the same for Kelvin Kyle since they couldn’t understand what’s wrong with her exactly.

“What happened,Rose?” Kelvin Kyle said with confusion.

Rose pointed her fingers toward the floor.

A python!

Kelvin Kyle cleared her throat to see that.He stood up from the couch and patted Rose’s back to comfort her.

Adam Romano scratched his head.

“I am sorry Rose.I forget to tell you that I have a python in this house as my pet.”He was clearly embarrassed.

Rose was still staring at the python with horror.

” seriously!A python…”She mumbled in shock.

But Xavier and George seemed to be very thrilled by the whole incident.Instead of shouting or being feared by the python,both of them went close to the snaked and started examining it carefully.

They seemed to be very excited as they were seeing a python from very close and that was the first time they got an opportunity for something like that.

Xavier started patting the python’s head.

George started pulling its tail.

Rose’s eyes were fully ready to pop out from her eyeballs.She was having a heart attack just by seeing them and the kids were playing with it like a toy.

“Xavi,George…Stay away from this.It will hurt you.just stay away.It’s not a toy…”Rose kind of yelled at them.

Adam Romano went close to them.

” It’s okay,Rose….It won’t hurt them.”
