My Boyfriend Is A Campus Bad Boy - Chapter 208
The fatty guy bowed his head when he escaped and ran out from the classroom. All of the students who saw everything somehow liked Halora’s way of dealing spoiled brat students.
Like nothing happened, she took the chair and placed it back to its position. She sighed, rubbed her eyes as she suddenly felt sleepy and yawned shamelessly.
She shrugged off her shoulders and she said, “Huh, I am too sleepy but I there’s no peace in this room.”
Halora glanced up at the wall clock, bowed her head and picked up her black bag on the chair. While the students around looked at her way surprisingly, she didn’t even lay her eyes on them..
“I felt empty.” she gently caressed her stomach and looked at the quite hallway before she went straight to the school’s cafeteria. “Hmm, I missed some sweet and sour food in front of me.” she added and a playful smile flaunted on her face.
On the other side, Sandra was watching Halora from a distance. She wanted to talk to her, thanked for everything last night but she didn’t want everyone to see them that way.
She sighed, crossed her legs and grabbed the mirror from Garry who has been fixing her uneven eyebrows, “It’s mine, if you don’t mind the owner use it for a while. Can I?”
Garry pouted her lips and turned her back on her. “You’re too cold and strange today! It seemed like it’s a different Sandra, right Sunny? Chloe?”
“Yes, Garry is right!” said Chloe as she narrowed her eyebrows.
But Sunny took a deep breath because she knew the truth- she knew that it was Halora who helped Sandra when she went to the wrong address and found out that it was Halora’s house.
However, to avoid such useless misunderstanding, Sunny glanced up at Sandra as she replied, “Hmm, I… I forgot to eat breakfast! D- do you guys want something to eat?”
“Pizza!”
“Chips and chocolate, please!”
Garry and Chloe requested but before Sunny could stand and leave, Sandra suddenly looked at their way and said, “No!”
Sunny widened her eyes as for the very first time, she volunteered to do such basic thing.
“To make it up to you guys, let me show you what I’ve got! And Sunny, please stay here and I’ll be back with your requests!”
Sandra winked at her and meant something else. Fortunately, Sunny was different from Chloe and Garry who hasn’t used their heads for some quite time.
Right then, she walked towards the door and secretly looked throughout the hallway. The next teacher hasn’t arrived yet, so she has enough time to follow Halora to the cafeteria.
Silently, she bowed her head and made sure not to catch other teacher’s attention. Fortunately, Sandra reached the empty hallways, peaceful field because of her patience.
“Huh, I can do this alone.” Whispering to the cold air, she stared at the cafeteria from a distance and took a deep, long sigh. “Just this once, Sandra and you’ll be better and back again to your old soul.” She added and hurriedly went to the said place.
After a couple of minutes, she has finally stepped into the cafeteria filled with not so many students. Most of them were alone and it included the girl she has been looking for.
In the right corner, near at the window, she saw Halora ate alone. She seemed happy and used to it that bothered Sandra.
Despite the fear she felt, Sandra slowly walked towards her and held back her breath, “I… I can’t believe I am the one who’s doing this thing!”
It should be in other way around but she knew she has debt that has no value at all. She merely owed Halora and even the moment she waked up, she didn’t thank her because of guilt and embarrassment.
The poor, cheap girl that she once bullied was the only girl who helped her without a doubt. She thought Halora would shut the door the moment she saw her face but she was secretly amazed by her genuine deeds.
As she reached her table, Sandra stood behind her and closed her eyes for a second. “Halora…,” she began.
“Why are you here?” Halora replied shortly. “I know you’ll be here too, but I don’t know what is your real motive.”
“I… I came here not because I want to drag you into trouble but because…,” she paused and at the same moment, she felt small and seemed like a pitiful beggar in the street. “B- because… because.”
Sandra couldn’t say it to her. Her heart skipped a bit the moment she looked into her brown, profound eyes.
“If you have nothing to talk about, you can now leave and forget about last night. You owe me nothing, Sandra. And I hope it’s clear between us.”
Halora stood and carried the tray filled with five boiled eggs, two slices of pizza and one slice of chocolate cake. She wanted to eat more but Sandra’s presence made her full and distracted.
“I… I came here to say thank you for taking care of me that night! I… I know it was my fault but I didn’t believe that despite everything I did to you, you still chose to help me! And that’s quite bothered my conscience.”
Finally, Sandra told Halora how much it means a lot to her. Kindness always brought people with different beliefs to a place of peace and unity and Halora’s sympathy touched her soul since day one.
For a second, Halora remained speechless and didn’t know what to say either. She slowly turned around, faced Sandra without a trace of hatred and abhorrence.
She said, “I… I used to help other people who were in need and there was no exception, Sandra. Whether you hurt me in the past or not, still, I am willing to lift you up when it was needed.”
It made sense now to Sandra. Despite her cruelty and wrong doings, forgiveness won’t be too hard to offer especially for Halora.
Unexpectedly, there was a little boy who suddenly appeared behind them. He looked cute and adorable as his cheeks and thin lips were rosy.
He walked towards her with a smile on his lips, “This is for you, Young lady. Please, follow the instructions written below.” said the little boy and gave the flower to Halora who looked surprised and speechless.
