My Boyfriend Is A Campus Bad Boy - Chapter 256
Doctor Regent had successfully turned Seth back into human. The procedure wasn’t easy but due to do deep, serious studies and experiments, he finally found a way to transform a beast into an ordinary human.
Under the thick, gloomy ceiling, Doctor Regent was looking at the young alpha before his eyes while he was sipping a cup of tea.
He knew it would be a deep conversation when Sebastian quickly changed the place instead at the hallway.
Unlike the breathtaking antechamber, an isolated room filled with nothing but an annoying warm sensation.
Doctor Regent seemed uncomfortable, but he has no choice to object if he wanted still to live an abundant life.
He gasped, crossed his long, thin legs like a cool guy. He said, “Everything went according to your plan, Young Master. However, I can’t guarantee that he will be conscious after that life-threatening procedure.”
“He’s either going to live a new life or he’s going to face the ugly truth and die.”
Doctor Regent has been speculating that werewolves and other creatures did ever exist in the world where he lived for how many years.
And the moment he saw Seth, he was certain that a werewolf’s blood flowed into his veins.
“I have been this strange feeling in my whole life, Mr. Woo.”
Sebastian sighed, looking at him plainly. “Why are you telling me that right now?”
The old man chuckled as he was caught off guard by that sarcastic question. He rubbed his chin, lifted his head and laid his eyes on him.
He was right. The only thing he saw on his eyes was coldness and a strong presence that no one ever possessed.
“You’re planning to alter my memory and trying to hide your identity from the mankind.”
At that moment, Sebastian stared at him surprisingly but still calmed and worried.
“You’re beyond intelligent, Doctor Regent. I won’t deny everything to you.” said Sebastian.
His face looked bright yet his eyes filled with something that was hard to explain. The people around him has a hard time, trying to read what’s in his mind.
Suddenly, he threw something on the table that completely caught the doctor’s attention. It was an old photograph of his family thirteen years ago.
The wise doctor lost his composure when he realized what is going on. He couldn’t stand on that chair in front of a monster, knowing that his family was in danger.
“Don’t hurt my family, Sebastian! Don’t kill anyone of them or you will face a life-long punishment!” said Doctor Regent.
However, when he looked into the young alpha’s way, his eyes widened when Sebastian disappeared from his sight.
“No! I have to kill that beast before it reached the city where innocent people are living peacefully!”
Because of his eagerness to defeat the creatures who were known as source of darkness and violence, Doctor Regent did everything until his efforts and sweats paid off when Daren took him into an abandoned castle.
At first, he was hesitant to agree but his decision changed when Daren told him about hid friend’s situation.
He set aside his family for so long, prioritizing his greatest aim until the worst thing happened. His wife migrated to abroad and took their five children for good.
“It’s not my intention after all. I am different from your monsters that mankind has ever made and thought to ignorant children for thousands of years.” Sebastian said from behind.
As quick as it is, the old doctor quickly turned around, breathing heavily and staring at Sebastian.
He gritted his teeth as if his friend was slayed before his eyes. He closed his fists as if he could defeat the enemy standing coldly in front of him.
Sebastian knew it was a selfish decision, but in order to protect his family and Halora from judgements, he chose the erroneous verdict.
“I am not a monster like what you’ve thought about me. We maybe have different beliefs but we only wished for peace, unity and freedom.”
“PEACE? UNITY? FREEDOM? That’s what you really wanted, huh? And killing my father in front of me is a sign of peace and freedom?”
After a long time of hiding it, Doctor Regent finally spoken the truth about the death of his father.
Everything that happened that bright night remained in his mind as if it happened yesterday. The awful beasts who devoured his hometown, his neighbors and friends died in despair.
And the only thing he could do was to hide up in the secret basement that was made of his father for his books and important documents as a lawyer.
Through his naked eyes, Charles Regent watched his father being killed by a merciless beast and after they ruined almost everything, they wandered around until the sun rose again.
“I’ve been following you since then, but I haven’t seen you transform into a fatal beast! A merciless beast who just killed my unguarded father!”
Charles Regent put the blame on Sebastian who didn’t kill any human kind since they lived with them. He knew what it felt like and even they were all different, sympathy helped him understand the nature of world, humanity and other living entities.
But despite his childish actions, Sebastian closed his eyes and stood like a statue.
If he would kill him, the doctor’s one-sided theories will be true. And it would be difficult to erase such heartbreaking memory if he committed any mistakes.
Sebastian smiled at him and he said, “If you want to save humanity and to revenge of your father’s death, join us to defeat Damara.”
Charles Regent stumbled upon hearing that name. His body reacted strangely as if he met her before accidentally.
“A-and w-why… and why would I do that, huh? You’re the enemy and I must slay all of you!”
“Are you truly certain with your judgement, Mr. Charles Regent? Am I really the enemy or it is you, who created all lies in your head?”
Charles was speechless when the young man asked him. At that moment, he didn’t know what to say and how to prove that Sebastian is a murderer.
“If you want to punish all of them, be my ally and I will help you to find those monsters!”
Sebastian suddenly showed his emotions as he gritted his teeth and narrowed his eyes out of anger.
