My Celestial Ascension - Chapter 515: Rose Learned To Fly
After cultivating through the entire night, Rose’s cultivation increased from the First Level Spirit Master to the Third Level Spirit Master. Her cultivation leaped two levels overnight—a terrifying achievement.
For a Spirit Master, breaking through even a minor realm requires a tremendous amount of spiritual energy. Some people take months just to break through a single minor realm. Rose’s cultivation speed is truly astonishing, especially considering she achieved this without the help of any spirit-gathering formations. Her overall strength has increased significantly, making her twice as strong as before.
As for Leah, she stepped into the Spirit Warrior Realm, reaching the Fourth Level Spirit Warrior. She felt her body undergo significant changes after breaking through in her cultivation.
She felt several times stronger and more energetic than before. Her entire body was brimming with energy, as if she could run for days without feeling tired. She was now confident in her strength, believing she could take down a B-rank monster easily with the right technique, and crush a huge boulder with a single punch.
“Congratulations to both of you for achieving such a splendid feat in your cultivation!”
As Rose and Leah opened their eyes, they were greeted by Yuan’s proud voice, praising them for their significant achievement. Within just a single night, their cultivation had increased remarkably.
“How do you feel now? Your strength has increased significantly,” Yuan asked, curiosity evident on his face.
Rose pondered for a moment before answering, “Well, how should I put it… I feel very energetic and refreshed, and I can feel that my body has become very light.”
“Well, it’s because your strength has increased so much, so of course you’d feel lighter,” Yuan said with a smile, nodding his head.
Shortly after, Mireya, Sylvia, and Valeria also opened their eyes, sweet but excited smiles appearing on their faces as they realized their bodies had undergone significant changes.
Especially their strength, which had increased several times, making them feel as if their bodies had become lighter and more energetic, as though they could run a marathon for days.
“Unbelievable… I feel powerful energy coursing through my entire body, and I feel so light!”
As soon as Mireya stood up from her lotus position, she felt incredibly light. As she clenched her fists, she could feel that her strength had increased several times.
“Indeed. Not only do we feel lighter, but we’ve also become more energetic,” Sylvia added, surprised at her own strength, which had increased significantly after becoming a cultivator.
“I think I can crush a humongous boulder with a single punch. This is incredible! I’m simply speechless!” Valeria exclaimed, her excitement evident as she clenched her fists tightly.
After cultivating for the entire night, all three of them had reached the Eighth Level Spirit Apprentice. Their cultivation speed was terrifying, allowing them to achieve such a level in a single night.
“Congratulations! You three have successfully become cultivators! And not only that, you’ve reached the Eighth Level of Spirit Apprentice, which is incredible and terrifying at the same time.”
Yuan’s voice suddenly resounded from in front of them, bringing them back to reality. They immediately looked at him, proud and happy.
“Apparently, we’re very talented, which is why we managed to break through to the Eighth Level Spirit Apprentice. Fufu~” Sylvia responded with a cheeky smile, feeling proud of herself.
Mireya and Valeria nodded with smiles on their faces at Sylvia’s words.
After chatting with Yuan and his other wives for a while, Mireya, Sylvia, Valeria, Rose, and Leah decided to take a quick morning bath, as they had been cultivating all night and their bodies were covered in sweat.
Sometime later, they emerged from the bathroom, dressed in fresh clothes to cover their bodies, especially under Yuan’s gaze, who was ogling them with a playful, perverted look.
“Shall we head to the dining hall? Lily and the others must be waiting for us at the dining table for breakfast,” Anna Grace suggested as she walked toward the door.
“Why not? I’m starving after cultivating all night,” Valeria replied with a wide grin, patting her flat, muscular stomach.
Since becoming a cultivator, Valeria’s body had become more refined, with less bulk, as if the excess fat had vanished—though her ample bust remained as full as ever.
“Well then, let’s head to the dining hall,” Yuan said, grabbing Valeria and Xi Meili’s hands, leading them along.
Rose, Leah, Mireya, Sylvia, and Emma chuckled softly as they followed closely behind.
A few minutes later, they arrived at the dining hall and saw Lily, Julie, and Ava already having breakfast. Miss Zara and Little Zoe were busy serving food to the other guests of the inn.
“Hmph! Someone finally remembered to come out of the bedroom… I thought you’d skip breakfast altogether,” Lily’s voice rang out with a hint of annoyance, drawing the attention of everyone in the dining hall.
“Well, we had to take a quick morning bath before coming here… so it took us a little while,” Yuan replied awkwardly as he sat beside Lily. He then attempted to calm her with a gentle kiss on her cheek.
Surprisingly, his method worked. Lily’s irritation vanished, and she visibly relaxed, like a kitten soothed by a loving pat from its owner.
Soon after, Miss Zara brought their breakfasts from the kitchen and served them with a smile. She was overjoyed, knowing that she and her daughter would be accompanying Yuan and his wives to the banquet today.
“Big Brother Yuan, I heard we’re going to a banquet at the Royal Palace today. Is that true?” Little Zoe asked excitedly as she climbed onto his lap.
“That’s right. We’ll be taking you and your mother to the royal palace for the banquet. It’s going to be a lot of fun, and I’m sure you’ll enjoy it,” Yuan replied warmly, patting the little girl’s head.
“Yay! I’m going to wear my new dress to the banquet!” Little Zoe’s excited voice echoed through the room, drawing the attention of the other guests.
While Yuan and his wives enjoyed their breakfast, the entire city was buzzing with excitement. People were running about, decorating the streets with the kingdom’s flags and colorful flowers.
The city had a festive atmosphere, as if preparing for a grand celebration. Street vendors were setting up stalls along the decorated streets, adding to the festival-like vibe.
Merchants and people from all over the continent were pouring into the city, some seeking business opportunities, while others simply wanted to enjoy the festival.
Many merchants were rushing to the Royal Palace to deliver goods ordered by the royal family for the grand banquet that afternoon. The royal family had spent a considerable sum of money to make this banquet a truly grand affair.
—
In front of the Royal Palace, a long line of carriages waited to deliver goods for the grand banquet. The guards meticulously inspected each carriage, ensuring no harmful substances or hidden weapons were brought into the palace.
“Next one in line, come forward!” a guard commanded loudly, and the carriages moved forward in response.
“You can go inside and deliver the goods,” the guard allowed after completing the inspection.
“Thank you for letting us in,” the merchant replied.
“We don’t want your thanks. We’re just doing our duty,” the guard responded harshly, frustrated as the merchant delayed the flow of traffic.
Startled by the guard’s tone, the merchant quickly moved his carriage into the palace with a dissatisfied look, mumbling under his breath.
Meanwhile, inside the Royal Palace, King Richard was buried in paperwork. Thankfully, Queen Matilda was there to help him shoulder the heavy burden. The palace was bustling with activity as maids hurriedly added final touches to the decorations and cleaned the floors meticulously.
They knew that even a small flaw could tarnish the Royal Family’s reputation, turning the banquet into a laughingstock among the other kingdoms.
The maids checked every corner of the palace for any unclean spots or stains on the floor. Once they confirmed that everything was spotless, they moved on to attend to other important tasks.
Everything was progressing smoothly. The servants arranged luxurious tables in the ballroom where the guests would gather. Prince Tristan and Princess Fiona supervised the servants as they unloaded goods from the carriages, carefully inspecting each item to ensure nothing would embarrass the royal family during the banquet.
The entire Royal Family was busy managing various tasks, preparing for the evening banquet while also getting themselves ready for the event.
—
In the backyard of Miss Zara’s inn, Yuan was teaching Rose how to fly using a flying sword. Though difficult at first, Rose, with her exceptional talent, began to grasp the basics of standing on the sword without falling.
“I never thought flying on a sword would be this difficult. I thought it would be super easy. Apparently, I was wrong…” Rose sighed as she hit the ground again. Her buttocks were sore from multiple falls, but her determination to fly freely in the sky only grew stronger, and she refused to give up.
“Haha~ That’s because you have to control your Qi in your feet to maintain a strong grip on the sword, and then balance yourself while controlling the sword,” Yuan explained with a chuckle.
“I see… well, with a few more tries, I’m sure I’ll master the technique. And as a reward, you have to spoil me today,” Rose said with an anticipatory smile.
“Sure, if you manage to stay on the sword without falling within twenty minutes.”
“Then remember your promise, ’cause I’ll do it!” Rose declared with determination. She jumped back onto the flying sword, focusing on maintaining her balance while controlling the Qi in her feet.
After several more attempts and falls, Rose finally managed to balance on the sword for a few minutes before tumbling to the ground again.
“Ouch! I failed again… at this rate, I’ll lose!” she muttered, frustrated, but she quickly calmed herself with a deep breath. After gathering her resolve, she jumped onto the suspended sword once more.
This time, Rose remained calm, focused, and balanced on the flying sword. Slowly, she began to move forward through the air without falling.
A huge smile spread across her beautiful face as she realized her success.
“I-I did it! I finally managed to do it! I’m flying! I’m really flying, amazing!” Rose shouted, her voice filled with excitement and pride in her accomplishment.
