My Last Hunt - Chapter 406
Class Test 36
Qiao was not expecting this to happen. Who would have thought that Felon would be able to break prison? Qiao was itching to see the troops of the beasts gathering. He understood that revolt already started. To avoid the chase he was walking among the beasts and listening their gossips.
It helped him to get through the fresh pieces of news about Lord Zim. It seemed most of the beast dens were active in this revolt. Half of them were siding with the Lord Beast while other half chose to battle with his loyals. Qiao was short of temper.
It was not what he anticipated. Even if the revolt was expected it should not have been this soon. This scenario unfairly ruined his plans. He was unable to tell how long this revolt would carry the battles and who would win in the end.
Beasts were gathering at the big island. This was void of any population. Felon decided to battle here because it did not want to harm the beast settlements. The sky was filling with the flying beasts of all races. Qiao was keeping eyes because he wanted to see the end of this battle.
The beasts were flying in the organized multitudes. Few were completely oblivious why this revolt was proceeding hurriedly. They were clueless about the death of Representative Beast, and the written orders that were meant for the North Sepedra.
Felon was also oblivious. Hiko thought to side with Felon in this battle. After all this battle was meant to take down the human Lord Beast, however Hiko wanted to share the secret information too. It thought that after knowing this information Felon might bet everything in this revolt to get rid Lord Zim.
Hiko was already imagining the dead body of the Lord Zim. Felon was heading toward the battle ground when Hiko came in front. Both were flying high in the sky.
“Are you going to kill Lord Beast in this revolt?” Hiko asked. It was not informed about the purpose of this battle or what was in the mind of this ex-council member.
“I wanted to defeat him and throw in the imprisonment to revenge for my sufferings.” Felon answered. It was anticipating that Hiko would question for the sake of North Seepdra. “This is not the right choice. It would throw the North Sepedra in the chaos further.” Hiko sounded disagreeing.
“All those who wanted to stop me from this battle should stay away because once I have decided the fate of the Lord Zim, I would not listen to any logic.” Felon misunderstood the intentions of Hiko.
“I am not here to stop you instead you would kill Lord Zim after I told about the recent events. No one is familiar with it unless the other council member disclosed it to you.” Hiko masterfully created curiosity. “What specific event happened?” it grabbed the attention and Felon asked.
“Lord Zim is already dead with the death of representative beast. If no one gave response to the higher level beasts regarding the orders then all loyals would be blamed for disloyalty.” Hiko opened up by relating half of the truth.
Felon halted its flight. The words were quite confusing. Hiko was secretive in its eyes. “Explain what type of orders?” Felon asked without beating about the bush. Though Felon wanted to ask how a stronger level representative beast was killed however the orders of the higher level beasts were more important to know.
“They expect North Sepedra to lead the first war. The representative beast was here to teach tricks how to tackle hunters in this war. I am sure now you know what to do with the Lord Zim in this situation?” Hiko sounded pointing fair option.
“If Frost Fire Continent’s beasts expected us bigger responsibility then I knew what should be the fate of Lord Zim.” Felon sounded determined. It was natural decision to clean up North Sepedra and get ready for the wars.
“I will be backing you in this battle. Lord Zim should not escape alive else that cunning Lord would create scene in front of higher level beasts. He is well versed to ploy at the spot.” Hiko warned. It had seen Lord Zim completely disfiguring the truth in to false.
The council members and their trusted elders were here with their huge number of beasts. Lord Zim nodded to see this. He was sure that battle would not bring any goodness for Felon and its companions. The outcome of the revolt was obvious.
“Do you have news about Hiko. Which side he is taking?” Lord Zim asked. The assistant beast spoke, “Hiko recently met Felon. They are joining hands for this revolt.”
“I knew it. Its intentions were always on the high seat. This seat was granted by higher level beast, how Hiko could snatch it.” With these words Lord Zim was trying to capture the sympathy of the loyals.
Lowa woke up. After some search she found out that the battle was expected. She was wondering how Qiao would save her in this situation. Qiao was heading toward the black building. The circumstances took sharp turn. He was worried that Lowa would also get affected with it.
He thought to help her escape from the main conflict then worry what to do with the Lord Zim. Qiao looked at the black building. It was not good. The black shadows of the beasts were standing at the openings.
The North Sepedra was facing revolt so it was natural for them to worry for the safety of the black building. Lowa was trying her best to escape from the building when Lord Zim was not around. Her lower lip was bleeding because Lord Zim came for second time to investigate.
He was ruthless and did not care whether she was begging or not. Lowa kept crying and asking to let her go out of the North Sepedra on the promise that she would not relate anything about it.
He laughed hysterically at her request and said, “You cannot leave this building alive. You disappointed your father.”
