My mother's SON-IN-LAW - Chapter 66: MEETING THE FAMILY
Chapter 66: MEETING THE FAMILY
“I look beautiful don’t I” asked Alicia with a smirk.
Liam on the other hand simply looked at her expressionlessly and answered her with, “Do you wnat me to lie to you or something Alicia?”
Alicia was speechless, the man was simply a douche-bag.
“I gave you my phone so you can call your father to let him know that your still alive, did you have to call some unknown man instaed?” asked Liam with an angry expression. It was ludacrous that she would call someone irrelevant when he had asked her to inform her family of her safety. Was she trying to die at his hands?
Alicia on the other hand was intrgued by his behaviour, it peaked her interest to see him looking so desperate and angry like this.
Alicia answered him lightly with, “Why, you jealous?”
The anger inside Liam irrupted completely after Alicia said those words. It was like a volcano had irrupted inside of him which had been very calm for a very long time. Yet the feeling felt very farmiliar to him somehow, as if he had been in such a situation before which made him as angry as he was at this moment.
Alicia then sighed slightly and said, “I can’t call my dad, he is barely holding on right now, if I call him its to tell him to kill you really.”
Liam was shocked, the woman was ready to kill him now, well to be fair, she did kidnap her as well anyway. But he was trying to make it up to her with the family dinner he was taking her to. She can take a little break from her room for a while.
without waiting for Liam to answer her, Alicia continued with, “I won’t act in front of your family Liam, I’ll make sure you family and I don’t get along as much as possible.”
Liam simply raised his right brow feeling amused by her words answerd with, “NOTED.”
With that, they walked out of the house with Alicia holding his left arm tightly.
…
THE MAIN RESIDENCE:
“I know I’m beautiful but you don’t have to gawk at me so willfuly.” said Alicia the moment they stepped out of the car, in front of them was a middle aged man who looked to be the butler of the house. He had been looking at Alicia since the moment she stepped out without blinking. It was simply too noticeable for her to act as if she did not mind his eyes.
