My Naughty Fake Bride - 88 Pieces of Puzzles
Suzuki Kyou, for a genius, had been putting the pieces together like a puzzle for a while now.
The new Wang Jin had given old. They were not two, but three people involved, including the one in Han Mei’s tummy. He was actually wondering if a fourth person would suddenly show up, the father of the said baby in the tummy.
‘It is still a lump of blood,’ He thought to himself, as ideas keep forming inside his head. Aside from that, he was thinking of the noticeable differences that he always paid attention to.
The Han Mei he knew loves her sweets in whatever form. He had remembered the very young girl around six or seven who loves it to the point of acting like a thief instead of a guest in someone else house.
Then he remembered the face that girl has after she became an adult. It looked exactly like the woman from earlier. The impostor or possible twin hadn’t even looked at the sweets his assistant had placed in front of her. Not even once. But she was so confident when she said she is ‘Han Mei.’
If that wasn’t the greatest distinction there was for both women, Suzuki Kyou didn’t know what other differences there could be. The girls looked exactly the same, well almost. But not quite.
Suzuki Kyou couldn’t quite put his finger on all the other differences there could be. He needed more time to investigate.
‘So who is the real impostor?’ Suzuki Kyou was getting more annoyed the more he thinks about it. ‘Was she not feeling well all along?’
Suzuki Kyou turned to his computer and searched Han Feng. He didn’t know the other girl’s name after all, or he knew it but already placed it at the back of his head a long time ago.
He sat in silence for a full minute as he studied the pictures at the funeral of Han Feng’s wife. There were two girls, very identical indeed. One of them was wearing converse shoes with her dress.
Suzuki Kyou tried to recall anything he might remember about the impostor and the Han Mei. The Han Mei he knew for a few days now was a bit clumsy in heels like she wasn’t used to them. While the other had sank down gracefully to her knees to beg him despite her heels.
He allowed himself a small smile of triumph as he recognized the vital difference between the identical women. One of them always had her nose bleed in his presence.
So she was always fidgeting with a handkerchief or tissue paper in front of him. The imposter didn’t even have either of those out around him. ‘Then that girl from earlier must be that Han Jie,’ He thought to himself, but still unsure.
Suzuki Kyou checked out their names. Han Mei, Han Jie. ‘So, who am I supposed to marry?’
With that in mind, he picked up his cellphone and dialed Wang Jin.
“So?” Wang Jin began smugly, not even bothering with a customary greeting.
“Meet me at my house in an hour.” Suzuki Kyou said blandly and cut the call.
He wasn’t interested in hearing what else she had to say at this time. He also had a feeling that there was no way he could determine that she was telling the truth unless he spoke to her face to face.
Suzuki Kyou pressed a button on the intercom on his desk to called Assistant Ye.
“Cancel the rest of my appointments for the day. I’ll be out of the office.” Suzuki Kyou said.
“Yes sir,” Assistant Ye said without missing a bit.
Suzuki Kyou had started to miss certain appointments since he gets more dates with Han Mei, so Assistant Ye was only mildly surprised that Suzuki Kyou had canceled his whole day.
Then he remembered that Han Mei had asked to talk things through regarding the engagement after a few days, so there should be no appointment that he was not aware of.
Despite wanting to ask where Suzuki Kyou wanted to go to cancel the schedule for the whole day, he asked instead, “Should I call the car for you, sir?” He also had begun to compile the memo he was going to send out the other assistants under him.
“Yes, I’ll meet him in the parking lot in ten minutes.” Suzuki Kyou replied.
“Yes sir.” Assistant Ye said, still curious, since his big boss clearly did not want to bring him along.
Suzuki Kyou removed his hand on the intercom button and leaned back on his chair again, all the while staring at the picture of Han Jie or Han Mei.
‘Let’s continue to piece the puzzles together,’ Suzuki Kyou thought before turning off the laptop, before he stood to leave his office.

Wang Jin looked around the white walls of her living room with wide excited eyes that couldn’t see anything.
It had worked, Suzuki Kyou wanted to see her. Her, Wang Jin, without the presence of that other woman, Wang Jin thought in distaste.
Wang Jin knew she was assuming about the absence of Han Mei or better yet, Han Jie, but she really didn’t care.
Han Jie wasn’t going to be there, and she could use it to her advantage. What if she tried to continue her seduction from the last time?
By thinking of this, she could not help but get excited.
No, she corrected herself as she danced out of her living room. She was elated. She had finally found a way to get rid of the strongest competition.
Wang Jin performed a random dance move that she didn’t even know the name of perfectly before gliding up the stairs to the room.
She wondered what she was going to wear, chic or jeans? She bounced into her room and grinned at her walk-in closet.
‘What was she going to wear?’ Wang Jin shrugged it off. It didn’t matter, not anymore. She was going to win. She was finally going to have Suzuki Kyou all to herself.
Wang Jin skipped to the bathroom to put her make upon. Wang Jin stood in front of the mirror and stared at herself.
She believed she was beautiful. She regarded herself as the perfect features for a woman. ‘Unlike that small, insignificant woman or that crazy brother.’ Wang Jin snidely thought as she stared at herself in the mirror.
As she was thinking this, she began to apply her make up as she thought of her strategy. Suzuki Kyou had asked her to come to his house. For the first time, she was going to his house with an invitation.
It had taken a day barely to gather all the information concerning Han Jie for Suzuki Kyou.
Wang Jin believed her love had fueled the determination and resolve had gotten her all the information she needed. Besides, Chua Christina was quite talkative as well as stupid for trusting someone who she barely just met.
She thought of all the information she had gathered and had to hold off applying her red lipstick as she let the shudder of delight pass through her.
How many times has she longed for this day? The recent incidents had made her feel devastated, but she never lost hope. With a rare opportunity like this, she won’t let bad make up ruin it for her.
She flounced out of the bathroom, undressing all the way as she walked into her closet. She stood in front of the full-length mirror and admired herself.
Wang Jin was all woman, and she wanted Suzuki Kyou to see how different she was compared to others. She childishly giggled as she preened. Her day had finally arrived.
She chose a white, almost transparent button-down shirt to show off her pink designer lace brown underneath the shirt. She wore a black pantsuit and tucked in the shirt before going to stand in front of the full-length mirror again.
Wang Jin wasn’t going to make things all too easy for him, of course, Wang Jin thought as she smoothed her hands down the trouser, and it was why she picked the outfit after all. She decided to go with heels, not too high, though, and she thought as she picked up her favorite black heels she knew Suzuki Kyou would like. Also, she wouldn’t tower over Suzuki Kyou.
