My Naughty Fake Bride - 94 Meeting the eleventh-floor guy
It took a lot of persuasion, begging, and acting for Han Jie to get out of the house. Thankfully before she left with Jonah toward the address that Han Mei had given, her father and cousin did not try to stop her anymore.
“Stick with Jonah all the way, got me?” Han Feng ordered like a drill sergeant.
“Yes, okay, sure.” Han Jie asked as she leaned heavily on Jonah, who seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. Jonah gave her a small reassuring smile.
Han Feng was being his normal self, doing all the strict reminders. At the same time, Han Jun had treated her like air and did not bother to look at her. Han Jie would have used that as an opportunity to make fun of him. However, she was feeling guilty for snapping at Han Jun earlier.
Yes, she felt guilty and thought that an apology is a must. ‘Probably later?’
“Let’s go, miss?” He said, bringing Han Jie back to reality.
The ride to the address was way too slow for Han Jie’s liking. Her mind was all over the place with several ugly possibilities. She chewed on her fingernail. Though she was looking forward to seeing Han Mei, she was also worried.
Jonah had barely parked the car when Han Jie jumped out, stumbled but kept going.
Han Jie arrived at the door giddily, and before she could even knock, it opened, revealing a woman who looked just like her.
“MeiMei!” Han Jie jumped to hug her sis. “I miss you so much! I hate you! I hate!” She shouted as she hugged her sister tightly as if afraid that she might be gone.
“You are hugging me so tight. Let go!” Han Mei said with a smile on her face.
“No! No! How could you leave me and not bring me to have fun out there!” Han Jie loudly accused that made her sister smiled bitterly.
Han Mei had no choice but to pat Han Jie’s back like a child comforting her. “There, there. I’m back, don’t be upset anymore.”
No one knew when it started, but Han Mei started crying as well. She could only blame her pregnancy hormones.
In the end, the twins were crying comically in front of their apartment.
Jonah approached awkwardly and coughed, “Miss… Please get in the apartment. We don’t want scandal…”
This caught the sisters attention before they agreed and get in the house.
Han Jie then saw a man waiting in the living room. “Oh! Yummy-I mean, eleventh-floor guy!” She said, managing to not embarrass herself.
‘Miss… You are so shameless.’ Jonah thought to himself as he shook his head. The man was the one that helped them reach Suzuki Kyou’s office like how a normal regular citizen would do and not sneaking around.
“Mister Xia, this my sister Han Jie,” Han Mei introduced Xia Wei, who has an expression of bewilderment as he looked at Han Jie.
“Oh! Do you know him? He helped us before.” Han Jie could not help but exclaim. It was truly a coincidence. “Hi! I am Han Jie, and I am her twin sister.” She introduced herself cheekily as if it was not obvious.
Xia Wei nodded with a stiff smile, as he felt his face burning up due to the embarrassment. He had mustered up a lot of courage to chase the girl he likes to the point of acting like a dangerous stalker. However, it only turned out that he was chasing and confessing to the wrong person. It was so embarrassing that he was also not able to realize it sooner.
He has always been the aggressive type that fights for his heart desire and face it head-on. But now, he was not so sure how to even look at Han Mei.
How can he mistake Suzuki Kyou’s fiance as the woman he likes? Then he realize something was not right. Xia Wei remembered that the first time he had seen Han Jie, she was in the Suzuki Offices and wanting to visit the big boss.
That time, he had talked to another manager about it and learned that the woman who visited was Han Mei.
“Help you? Why? What happened to you?” Han Jie’s question had interrupted his thoughts.
“Oh, he gave me a lift.” Han Mei said. She was currently entertained with Xia Wei’s expression. She was supposed to tell Han Jie that Xia Wei was there for her, but the doorbell rang.
Jonah stood up to open the door. “Ah… Sir?”
“Who is there? Did you order pizza?” Han Jie asked Han Mei. They don’t get visitors to this apartment cause the place was co-owned by the twins, and they barely live there. There only visitors, when they use it to, were delivery persons.
“Sir, you are not allowed to get in,” Jonah said suddenly.
‘That sounds weird,’ Han Jie thought as she walked towards the door and checked on it. Jonah was already glancing at her direction, giving her a weird signal.
Han Jie was amused by the feeble and awkward attempt of Jonah to send her a message. So she opened the door instead.
The front door opened, and then they saw Suzuki Kyo’s tall figure. He was looking at Han Jie chillingly. He was like a police that was about to capture an escapee.
Han Jie was so shocked as she looked at the man with guilt and fright. Then she felt it, her vision turning black before her body falling hard.

Wang Jin tailed Suzuki Kyou to the outskirts of town, not so far away from his place. She looked for a safe spot and parked her car and watched out for anything amiss as she was not familiar with this place that Suzuki Kyou had gone.
Then she saw Suzuki Kyou, walked into the house with two men who seemed to be part of his security team.
She stealthily went closer. Since it was almost evening, the street light was on, but there were still shadows around, helping her to not look a suspicious person to others.
Everything was silent for a while before Wang Jin heard shouting from inside the house. Wang Jin looked around before cursing her inability to get closer and risk being detected.
Wang Jin stepped back, crossed her arms under her breasts, and sulked prettily before bursting into laughter. She couldn’t wait to do that in front of Suzuki Kyou. She relaxed and brought out her cellphone, preparing the camera in case something good happened.
Three cars sped past Wang Jin and parked haphazardly around the poor person’s lawn without actually obstructing her view of the house or anything that might happen outside. Wang Jin snapped the men that came out of the car.
The older one, Wang Jin observed, was just her type if he liked that sort of thing. Wang Jin paused when Han Jie stumbled out of the third car. Her security guard, Wang Jin, couldn’t remember his name for the life of her, looked concerned before soldering on with the rest of the, what Wang Jin assumed, was the security team.
Suzuki Kyou’s men came out, then dragging a struggling man yelling, “You are wrong! No! I did not do anything! Sir! Please!” over and over again. Wang Jin quickly started recording.
‘Oh, this was gold.’ She thought to herself happily.
Her way to Suzuki Kyou’s bed as his wife. And soon, to his heart. Wang Jin grinned.
Suzuki Kyou came out then holding Han Mei.
Han Mei was wearing a dress. She looked so thin and fragile. She also was crying while Suzuki Kyou was helping. No, he was more like dragging her out of the apartment due to the quick pace of his walking.
Wang Jin thought while she almost crushed her phone. She stopped the video then and threw the phone on the passenger seat beside her. She took a deep breath and stared intently at the girl who was trying to steal Suzuki Kyou from her.
She kept watching and saw Han Jie slump in a dear faint along with her sister. Wang Jin rolled her eyes.
‘Oh, the drama.’ Wang Jin thought bitterly. She thought about walking up there and slapping both of them awake before shaking her head. Those ‘girls’ needed someone to kick them while they were down.
