My Naughty Fake Bride - 95 Her Friend
Wang Jin was determined to be the person to do just that. She stared at the scene before her, feeling ecstatic. By the look of the things that were going on, the secrets were already revealed.
She thought about what to do next. Wang Jin believed she had just the right amount of scheme to get things going. Wang Jin did not follow immediately, but as soon as the cars were far enough, she rode her own car and drove after them.
Wang Jin hoped it was not the hospital as she followed as closely as she could. Wang Jin sped up when she noticed the direction they were going, not the hospital. The hotel.
She grinned and took a shorter route to get to the hotel first. Wang Jin was proud of herself and was happily humming as she drove into the hotel’s parking lot like she was a guest and strode to the elevator.
Wang Jin smiled and sat down at a corner in the hotel lobby and called Han Jie. She saw the woman drive off with his guard earlier.
“What?” The rude man who picked Wang Jin’s call snapped.
“You are not Han Jie.” Wang Jin said softly, trying to portray a sad story with her voice.
“No, I’m not. Who are you?” The rude man asked, still snapping.
“I’m a friend. Who are you?” Wang Jin asked, adding some steel to her voice.
“I’m her cousin.” The man said shortly.
Then Wang Jin remembered another guy with Han Jie when she visited the last time. Han Jun.
“Oh, she gave you her phone? No. I doubt she would do such a thing. Where is she? Is she alright?” Wang Jin asked in fake concern.
“Yes.” The man said, not adding any details.
“Alright then, tell her I’m at the hotel lobby. I came to visit if she can give me her suite number, that would be great.” Wang Jin said, sounding determined.
“Penthouse Suite 3. I’ll see you there, Wang Jin.” The man said before cutting the call.
Wang Jin stared at her phone, angrily. Why did he have to be so rude? Wang Jin got up and stomped elegantly to the elevator and pressed the button for the suite.
‘I’ll see you there. Wang Jin thought. Why did that sound so much like a threat?’

Bai Min was woken up by his phone ringing none stop. He grabbed before he stared at his phone before scratching his head in confusion. Han Jun was calling him.
‘What now?’ He thought to himself in confusion.
He knew Han Jun before. Only for a short while until Bai Min had met Han Jie. Their friendship had been instant and, to Han Jun’s great disappointment, long-lasting.
When Han Jie and Bai Min’s friendship had reached a level, Han Jun could no longer tolerate it due to his impatience and short temper.
He was disappointed at first, but Bai Min got over it. They had seen each other occasionally over the years, but their meetings were hardly amicable.
Not like anybody needs that. Which begged the question, why was Han Jun calling him Bai Min?
Bai Min held the phone like it was a snake and picked the call.
“Hello?” Bai Min knew he sounded more confident than he actually felt if his loudly thumping heart was anything to go by.
“We need a doctor.” Han Jun said with a sense of urgency that scared Bai Min.
“What? Why? What happened?” Bai Min asked as he rolled off his bed and started to get dressed. He put the call on a loudspeaker as he began to dress.
“Shock, I think. Just be at the hotel as soon as you can,” Han Jun snapped at Bai Min. Bai Min flushed in embarrassment. Why couldn’t Han Jun be more polite and treat him better?
“Who’s in shock? And a nice please would do.” Bai Min said in a determined, albeit tired voice. He had to stop seeing Han Jun as an old friend and possible love interest but as just an acquaintance that respected him.
“Who else could it be?” He asked mockingly, “Now, please get here. Are you going here or not?” Han Jun asked demandingly.
‘You said please but still like this?’ Bai Min was furious. “I will!” He snapped, “But why not just bring her to the hospi-” He tried to advise, but Han Jun already hung up.
He could not help but look at his phone with contempt. In the end, he could only shrug and shoved his phone into the pocket of his jeans. The please had sounded sarcastic. But it was a start for Bai Min.
Bai Min snatched his work bag off the counter in his bathroom. He had to be there for his friends.

The elevator doors opened, and Wang Jin stepped out with a well-dressed man beside her. She vaguely wondered who he was before ignoring him and knocking on the door to suite 3. The man barged in and left the door open. Wang Jin took it as an invitation and walked into the suite and eyed the scene before her.
She heard the man who had just walked in and called out a greeting to everyone scooped her up and took her to a room. Wang Jin saw Han Jie’s father sitting in the living room looking tired.
“Good evening, CEO Han,” She greeted politely.
Han Feng nodded before he asked, “You are here for Jie’er?”
Wang Jin nodded. She then looked around for her.
“You are wrong timing, Miss. Once you see, Han Jie can’t be in here for long.” Han Jun said. He was familiar with Wang Jin due to the recent event in her house. Also, as someone from the corporate world, Han Jun was very familiar with the Wang industries. He could not really be rude to the woman.
Wang Jin glared at Han Jun, “Why the hell not? I’m a friend.” She said. “Where is she?”
“When you see her, are you going to leave asap?” Han Jun asked expressionlessly. He really has no patience dealing with women throwing tantrums.
Wang Jin nodded. Just as she did that, a door not far from them opened, then Jonah stepped out of it.
“Miss Wang,” Jonah greeted.
Han Feng then instructed, “Bring her to Han Jie.”
Jonah nodded before he signaled Wang Jin to enter the room.
There she was able to immediately see Han Jie lying on the bed weakly.
Wang Jin wanted to laugh hard when she saw Han Jie looking miserable. Of course, she was not so stupid to expose herself. One other thing that she noticed was that Suzuki Kyou and Han Mei was not in the suite. This made her feel impatient but still persisted.
“Han Jie! What is happening to you? Are you alright?” Wang Jin began before turning to Han Jie. “Oh, honey. You look terrible.” She added as she took a step further into the room.
“Miss, don’t be noisy. It will make the headache worse,” Jonah said, which earned a glare from Han Jie.
At this time, Han Jie looked so pale and sickly.
“Miss, why don’t you want to go to the hospital? They will treat you better and faster there.” Jonah persuaded. Han Jie refused to go to the hospital earlier, regardless of what he said. So their best choice was to call Bai Min.
Jonah could still remember how Han Jie protested to go to the hospital like a gangster. ‘I will ask Doctor Bai to persuade her instead.’
Then someone knocked. Before anyone could respond in the room, the door already open revealing Han Jun. He then entered the room, with Bai Min in tow.
“Why so many people?” Bai Min asked with a frown when he saw Wang Jin. He intended to chase everyone in a bit before he checks Han Jie.
Wang Jin rolled her eyes. “And who are you?” She demanded.
Bai Min snorted. It was the first time he saw the woman, and he already don’t like dealing with her, “I am a doctor to help the sick people. You seem sick. I can check you in a bit if you want,” He sarcastically asked as he jutted out a hip and posed like a female model. So gay…
