My Queen Of Terra - Chapter 233 I WILL FIND YOU AGAIN

He closed his eyes so he could think clearly and not be biased on her emotions somehow as Zoe’s presence greatly affects him.

Finally he released his idea after inhaling a lungful of air.

“You are not safe here but we cannot protect you outside of Terra either. At least here, we can keep an eye on you.”

Azra nodded in agreement with the Crowned Prince. He was also thinking about the same thing.

“We can take care of ourselves. You don’t have to worry about us, your Highness. We can survive whether we are in or out of Terra.”

Erin blurted out and gave him a reassuring grin.

“I know. I have witnessed them myself.”

Raigon bowed to her. But he didn’t mention to her that he also recalled the times where both of them were in the brink of danger and they needed their help.

He then gazed at Zoe who was biting her lips and looking at her toes, gazing at the nearing boat from time to time.

It seemed that she really wanted to leave the island. He understood how hard it must be for her to stay. But it also hurt him that she chose to separate ways, in which it is his fault anyway.

“If you leave now, will you still come back?” Raigon asked her, making Zoe lift her head up to look at her.

His eyes were boring into hers with a hopeful look.

Zoe answered her with all honesty. “Maybe. It depends if your people would welcome us.”

Raigon was taken aback at her answer. He thought that she was just affected because of their relationship. But now he realized that she was also troubled with how his family and the Terrans viewed her stay.

He felt bad for her and wanted her to be accepted by his people too.

“If I make that happen, will you return then?”

Now Raigon’s eyes glimmered as a new goal sprung up in his heart.

“Yes. It would be my pleasure, your Highness.” Zoe bowed to him.

Raigon’s cheeks lifted in joy in her response, only to have them sunk at Zoe’s additional response.

“But I won’t be waiting for you forever. I also have my own life to live.”

Raigon’s shoulders dropped but he knew it was right. And he also wanted Zoe to be happy.

Azra bowed his head as he knew that it must also be what Erin wants.

And indeed, Erin was also thinking the same thing as she put her hands on her waist and nodded her head.

” Likewise.”

Raigon rubbed his chin as he contemplated on the ladies’ answer.

“Then we don’t have much time left to lose, Azra.”

An assured grin crept up Raigon’s face as he knew what he needed to do.

He immediately stepped forward towards the side of the entrance to the Ball’s Pyramid.

Raigon’s motorboat was just lying around and waiting for orders from his master.

“I chose for you to leave because I don’t want to see you hurt here. But we will come find you again. Still, it’s up to you if you will wait for us or not.”

Zoe’s eyes widened in surprise at his answer. But more so, for her peaceful heart with it.

She does not want to hear or to know what kind of bargain he has made with the Queen as she already has an idea about it.

However, his last words gave her hope for their relationship somehow.

“Agreed.” Zoe nodded and smiled at him.

Meanwhile, Erin and Azra also had their own conversation.

“Please keep yourself safe. Have your sweet revenge.”

She kissed Azra’s cheeks to the surprise of Raigon and Zoe but not to Azra as he smiled and nodded to her in agreement.

“How about mine?” Raigon teasingly asked Zoe as he dimpled his cheeks.

Zoe crossed her arms and pouted her lips.

“I would not give it unless I’m the Crowned Princess.”

She replied, hoping to intimidate him. But he stepped forward and brought his face near hers until she was only a breath away.

“If you’re my Crown Princess, then I would not just ask for a kiss on the cheeks.”

But Zoe would not cow down as she even drew her lips close to him and replied,

“IF you can make me the Crown Princess.”

Her bold action made Raigon’s throat parched as he gulped to moisten them. But they still were as dry as desert, and the only way that they could be humidified is when he could have a taste of Zoe’s sweet lips.

However, Zoe stepped back as if she was luring him to come into her lair.

In a flash of lightning, she climbed the motorboat and called on Erin.

“Erin, let’s go!”

Erin nodded and jumped on the boat with her. Azra followed as he was the one who would take them to the other boat that was near them.

Now it was Raigon’s turn to be left behind. He gazed at Zoe longingly, wondering when he would see her again.

“Please take care of yourself and be happy.”

Raigon bowed to her.

As much as he doesn’t want to see her go. But he wants to give her what would make her happy.

“You too, your highness.”

Zoe swiveled back as it was hard for her to see  Raigon being left behind.

But she doesn’t want to hold on to something that will be inevitably destroyed soon.

As she did so she faced ahead and wondered what lies ahead of her now that she was about to return to her original place.

Is she really planning to go back and not return there anymore as she doubt he could make ends meet and make her the Crown Princess of the land.
