MY SUCCUBUS HAREM SYSTEM - Chapter 220 220 - 1v1
Chapter 220 220 – 1v1
Both Ryan and Lyza agreed not to use weapons, this would be an exclusive battle between fists and magic.
“You know I’m not going to take it easy, don’t you?” Lyza said, as she wiped the sweat off her face with her fist.
“You never take it easy on me,” he replied, as he finished bandaging her right hand.
When the two of them had finished preparing and warming up, a hush hung over the room. Seconds later, they both nodded and began their duel.
Lyza used a propulsion fire skill, creating a small explosion behind both feet. With that, she launched herself towards Ryan in less than a second, a time so short that most of the audience couldn’t follow with their eyes.
As if she had teleported, the redhead appeared in front of Ryan with a powerful punch to his face. The series of punches was extremely fast, but Ryan was dodging most of them and it didn’t seem to have much effect.
With both hands in defense mode, Ryan quickly ducked and slid his leg to the ground. Lyza was taken by surprise and had to jump to avoid the attack. The next second, Ryan came up behind her and threw a punch that was wrapped in wind, so it didn’t hurt her but only created an impact to push the warrior away.
“That’s a bit romantic,” she said.
Confused, Ryan asked, “What? Fighting like that?”
But Lyza denied it with her head, “You’re worried about hurting me, don’t think about it. Just try to move on from this battle,” she said as she ran towards Ryan again.
The speed of the two’s attacks was astonishing, the sound of the strikes echoing through the gym at a frightening pace and speed. As they fired off several punches, their stances were alternated with leaps and dodges that caused them both to appear on either side of the arena in seconds.
Activating his shadow form, Ryan launched himself at one of the corners of the arena. Now with a little more distance, he channeled Judgement of the Sun in the few seconds he had before Lyza’s next attack. However, she thought of something similar, using her Legendary Skill she became enveloped in a fire energy so intense that even those in the audience could feel the heat coming through the protective wall.
Ryan took a step back in surprise, “You’re stronger,” he said. At the same moment, he activated the same legendary skill “The Flaming Hero” that was now at level 20 from fucking Lyza.
Even with her watchful eyes, the red-haired warrior disappeared for a few seconds, appearing behind Ryan and saying in a low voice, “I have you to thank for that”.
With a smile, he prepared himself for the attack he was about to receive. Lyza grabbed him with both hands and kissed the back of his neck, then she launched him across the arena.
Flying at high speed, Ryan had nothing to do but hit the wall. Using wind manipulation, he created a magic circle near the wall, enough to push him back onto the battlefield.
Lyza was looking at him confidently, but she soon realized that she was standing under four small spheres of light made by the Judgement of the Sun skill. The four explosions launched her upwards and a few seconds later she saw Ryan flying towards her at high speed.
With his fist clenched, Ryan was preparing to punch the teacher. However, she had a quick idea to counterattack, and within seconds his body began to glow with a purple light.
“Electricity” he said in surprise, and wrapping his fist in wind he threw the punch just before, creating a typhoon of wind and propagating backwards. Lyza received the attack with all her might and was thrown against the wall with force.
Seconds later, she fell to the ground on her knees. Before Ryan could get close, she launched a gigantic electric dragon in his direction. Unable to dodge, the only option he had was to deal with that attack with some insulation, using earth magic he transformed his mana into a stone shield and received the attack with all his might.
The battle continued for several minutes, taking up almost the entire class hour. When the bell rang, Lyza was taken aback and released the class “I didn’t think this would last this long” she said, then she shouted to everyone “YOU CAN GO TO THE NEXT CLASS, I’M GOING TO WANT A REPORT ON THE TYPES OF DEFENSE WE BOTH USED”.
“What! A report?!”
“Shut up brother, that’s better than doing push-ups”
“But I can’t stand writing anymore”
“The duel was surprising, Ryan is really very strong”
“That’s why he’s a prodigy, there aren’t many like him”
“There are some rumors that he was a wimp”
“You saw the same fight as me, didn’t you?”
“Yes… he must have some natural gift”
Nyx sent these messages into Ryan’s mind, and he smiled at the corner of his mouth. “And to imagine that I would become so strong,” he said.
Sighing, he wiped away some of the sweat on his forehead, “How’s your new project going? You know you can’t put your training aside to work, right?”
He nodded in agreement “I’m sorry Lyza, do you want to continue this battle?” Ryan’s face was visibly tired, something that was unusual for him.
With a mischievous smile, she replied, “We can finish this fight in bed, but let’s talk for a while.”
The two then walked to the stairs that led to the top floor of the gym, Lyza sat against the wall and Ryan did the same. With her eyes closed as she felt the cool wind, the sound of a can opening caught Ryan’s attention
“Do you want some?” she asked, as she held out an energy drink for him.
With a smile in the corner of his mouth, Ryan couldn’t believe his eyes “You keep energy drinks in your inventory?”
Lyza nodded, “I have a dimensional pouch for that, apart from the fact that they stay cold,” she said as she brought the can close to Ryan’s cheek.
“That’s cold, I needed that”
“Now that you’re more relaxed, tell me. What’s bothering you?”
Ryan looked up at the sky for a moment, the wind was pushing his hair back giving him a refreshing and relaxing feeling. “The guild, the Lightstones, the Silvermoon family’s problems. Apart from the fact that we’re still on alert for an impact, the guild is solving dozens of high-level red portals every day”
A silence remained between the two as the sound of the wind swept through the place. Lyza looked deep into Ryan’s eyes and said, “Which part of this can you solve now?”
That was a difficult question, although Ryan could act in those situations, nothing was immediate. “Practically none,” he said.
The redhead sighed as she scratched the back of her head, “You can’t ignore the future, but if you’re going to remain the same in the days that follow, your logic will remain the same. When this problem arrives, you’ll find the solution, but for now, focus on what you need to do.”
Waiting for a few seconds, he let that information sink into his chest. Taking a deep breath, Ryan said, “You know… When I first met you, you were one of my favorite teachers.”
Memories began to flash through his mind, how afraid he was of losing his place and how desperate he was about his grades, “I liked how you didn’t treat me like someone to be pitied, nor did you ever lower the level of your challenges to me. That was something that motivated me to improve, but I always thought you were a sour and frightening woman.”
Turning his face, Ryan looked into Lyza’s red eyes “But the truth is, you’re one of the sweetest and kindest women I’ve ever seen in my life. Thank you for your help”
The redhead’s face began to turn red as tears streamed from her eyes. With a sudden movement she pulled him by the shirt into a kiss. The warmth of her tongue intertwining with Ryan’s was mesmerizing, although the taste of energy drink wasn’t as tasty as the redhead’s natural saliva.
Pushing Ryan away, she said, “How can you be so cute, you stupid brat?” Getting up with a jump, she walked over to the trash can, drank all the remaining energy and walked towards the door that led to the stairs.
“You’ll always be able to trust me, don’t keep those feelings to yourself. Or rather, don’t keep these feelings to yourself, you demon, you angel and you busty fox. I can’t read your mind”
The sound of the door closing announced Lyza’s departure. Looking at the passing clouds, Ryan made up his mind. “I’m going to study Eliot’s book and investigate the guild”
However, as soon as he stood up, a notification popped up on his phone. You can trace the roots of this content at n0v@lbin
