“W-what?”Ashlyn choked and pinched his hand but he was unfazed.

She frowned when the old man grinned from ear to ear.”Ha see now that’s my grandson!”He gave Ashlyn a provocative look and she glared at Conner.

She was making it harder for her!

She and the old Man agreed that she could take a month of from this marriage to settle her career and feelings but now Conner was making it harder for her.

“Oh well then Donny lets go i think we should leave the kiddos to work on my great grandchildren.”His assistant nodded and they both walked away.

The old butler chuckled at Ashlyn’s shocked face.Conner smirked.He wouldn’t really mind.

He felt the woman start shaking his hand away but he gripped it tighter and walked her up the stairs.”Let’s go.”

“Go where?”She questioned slightly flustered.He chuckled.”To make great grandchildren of course.”

She shook him away and ran up the stairs.”Great grandchildren my ass!”

“Don’t be in a hurry we have all night long and the day after that.”He Shamelessly commented as he followed her up the stairs.

She paused.”Y-you! I-i”She shook in embarrassment.”I didn’t know you were so shameless!”She ran to her room and licked the door.

He walked up the stairs thinking to himself.Yeah she’s right since when was he so shameless?

His father didn’t bother though and kept with his shameful acts.He had moved in with his grandfather at 15 and was trained by him to bring up the family company.

His grandfather also adored his daughter-in-law and seeing what his son did to her he disowned him.

He gave him a piece of inheritance with the condition of leaving the company alone with only 5% of the shares and after that no other involvement.As well as never again reaching out for Conner especially not to introduce him to his half siblingschildren of his father’s mistresses.

This created a deep disgust to his father causing him to not want to fall in the same kind of lifestyle.Thus, he had basically handed over his virginity to a certain someone-cough* while drugged.

The poor man didn’t even remember the feeling.

Remembering this he turned to knock on Ashlyn’s door.He needed to get things cleared with her first.He would be a faithful and supporting husband but he needed to know if she was willing to do the same.

He wanted to know if there was a chance that they could be in the same page and mutually agree to giving their marriage a second try.

Ashlyn heard a knock and hesitated before opening.”yes?”She asked Conner.After a while she had finally regained her composure so now she could finally face him.

“Can we talk?”Ashlyn furrowed her eyebrows.”About what?”

“Can i at least come in?”Ashlyn groaned.She had a very bad feeling.

They sat down.Anna on the bed and he also sat next to her.”Tell me who was the man in the hotel that day?”

Ashlyn fell silent.

“Boyfriend?”

She nodded and then shook her head.”So?”He asked.”Ex-boyfriend.”He smiled in approval.”Good.”

Feeling guilty she went closer to him and elbowed him.”Don’t worry i was never into them I don’t think you can even consider it dating.I didn’t allow kissing or touched or anything like that.”

He frowned a little confused.”So why?Why look for them?”

“Pfft is not like i went chasing after them they came over voluntarily.”She paused.

She never considered herself as a pure honest person but she was not a fan of lying either so she decided to come clean.
