Mysterious Husbandperfect Wife - 7 07 the lesson 4
Tian Ying could only trail helplessly behind Wen Xin and the chauffeur as they walked toward the nurse office with a hoarde of students following behind while holding their phones up, taking videos and pictures of her.
Gritting her teeth, Tian Ying was enraged by Wen Xin’s actions but was also afraid at the same time.
After all, the symptoms she showed might be her gastric illness but might also be pregnancy.
After contemplating for a long time, she finally decided to put up a front.
A crash was heard as Tian Ying fell to the ground, her small face covered with sweat, contorting as if in pain.
“Please don’t act. If you want to deny the truth, you might as well do it now.” Wen Xin said calmly.
Tian Ying saw that Wen Xin did not even bat an eyelid at her and became more desperate. She swiftly glared at her little ‘minions’.
Her minions caught on and immediately screamed,
“How atrocious! Her fellow schoolmates had already fallen to the ground, yet here she is still trying to defame the well-mannered Miss Tang!”
These words immediately aroused some discussion. If it was before Wen Xin was provoked, everyone there would obviously believe those words.
After all, who would believe the well-mannered Miss Tang would do something so shameful while still studying? Thinking back on what happened a few moments before, doubts arose among the crowd.
“Hahaha! ‘Well-mannered’? Who hasn’t seen how ‘well-mannered’ she was just now.” A few students spoke out sarcastically, mainly insulting Tian Ying.
There were also a few who were always bought by Tian Ying’s fake character, and some who wanted to suck up to the Tang family. These people protested, agreeing with Tian Ying’s minions’ opinion.
Soon the place was messy with different opinions and viewpoints, some blindly followed Tian Ying’s amazing act, while some was rational and sensible enough to see the truth.
At this moment, the school grounds were bombarded with many voices and opinions.
“Quiet!”
A loud stern voice reverberated throughout the school ground. The voice belonged to the discipline master, Mr Li.
Mr Li was the type who portrayed himself as a righteous and caring teacher, but he was always bribed by rich parents with money and got guilty students out of trouble, transferring the blame to innocent scapegoats to keep up the school’s reputation.
“What is going on- Miss Tang?”
Before he could continue with his ‘good teacher’ portray, spotted Tian Ying on the ground, face filled with pain.
Mr Li immediately thought of the powerful Tang family and feared that they would come after the school if he did not take responsiblity. He ran as fast as he could to Tian Ying with his short-pumped body.
“Oh my…Miss Tang, what happened?”
No matter how hard he tried to cover the extremely loud and fake voice, it couldn’t be covered if he wanted to emphasize on his dialogue.
The already anxious Tian Ying’s eardrums almost bled from being exposed to Mr Li’s voice.
“Gu Wen Xin is brewing trouble again, Mr Li!” One of Tian Ying’s minions acted fast and tried to push the blame to Wen Xin.
Seeing how the the first minion reacted, the other minions began echoing her words.
Gu Wen Xin?
Who was that?
Mr Li thought to himself. “Oh! The very talented pianist who transferred a year ago?”
He tried to remember her background but he did not really pay attention to students with no background so he came to a conclusion.
Gu Wen Xin did not have a strong background or she wouldn’t be in the normal classes but in the privileged classes, thus, she was okay to offend!
With that in mind, he turned around with confidence, preparing to shot out the words he had in mind but when he turned around, he saw a pair of cold, chilling eyes that belonged to no other than Gu Wen Xin.
Her gaze pierced directly into the depths of his heart. Under her glare,he felt transparent, his thoughts and his soul exposed completely!
Mr Li was frozen in fear. He had come into contact with other domineering presences, but this was the first time he felt so suppressed!
