Mystic High Popularity Rating - Volume 1 Chapter 9 Checking In Six
***********************************
After we left the check in area, Luke and I first went to check out our tablets to see which classes we had. It just so happened that our first two classes were the same, as well as the last one. After checking our tablets, we chatted for a while befor Ivy and Violet soon came over.
“So? what about your classes?” I asked, but all Violet did was pout her lips and cross their arms.
“They don’t have any classes with us.” Ivy said quietly. I chuckled before patting their backs.
“Its not like you won’t see them around the school, and they probably have lunch with us.” I said. Their eyes started shining when I said that.
“We forgot to check that!” Violet said they both squealed before running off. I turned around to look at Luke who had a sly smirk on his face.
“Did you get that ?” I asked.
“Yep! definetly sending that to the guys!” Luke said waving his phone before sending the recording to the guys. About a minute later, Luke’s phone started buzzing. A beautiful smile appeared on his face as he was looking at his phone. I was stunned for a second until he looked up from his phone and stared at me. I felt a small blush creep up my face when his eyes were focused on me.
“W-what?” I asked looking at him nervously. He pulled his phone up and brought it close to my face.
I read the text messages that were after the video clip Luke sent. I giggled as I read the text messages that the three had.
“Why don’t you screenshot that, and send it to me?” I asked him, looking up at his face.
“I um, dont have your number he said awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck.
“ah! right I forgot..” I said trailing off. We both stood there for a few seconds in awkward silence. Luke then looked up from the ground and offered me his phone.
“ah! right!” I said taking his phone from his hands ands putting my number in.
“By the way, how did you get my number?” he asked while I was typing. I almost dropped his phone then and there when he asked me that.
“Uh, funny that you ask!, I kinda just saw your contact there.” I said. I kept my eyes on the phone and stared intensely at it, trying my best not to make eye contact with him.
“And you called me because?” He asked.
“we were just playing truth or dare, I didn’t even know I had your number! I swear!” I said defensively. Luke just laughed before looking at me with another smile.
“It’s fine! I was just curious!” he said.
“We should probably go to class now, don’t you think?” he asked rubbing his neck. I soon realized that there were only a little amount of people still getting there schedules.
“Yeah, we probably should, hehe..” I said awkwardly. And with that we both walked to out first class together.
