Naruto: Child of Chakra - Chapter 150
Kakashi faced Obito with a thousand questions in his mind. He initially thought Monari was mistaken, there was no way Obito could be alive. Nobody would have survived after half of their body was crushed.
“Obito?” Kakashi muttered.
*BAM* Obito suddenly launched a punch at Kakashi’s face, “Bastard… how could you? How could you try to kill Rin? She… you promised me you’d protect her.”
Kakashi fell to the ground with a pained face, “I… I don’t have anything to say that would make you calm down. Obito, take your anger on me, I won’t move,”
*PA* *PA*
Two loud pop sounds pierced Kakashi’s ears. He instinctively closed his eyes thinking it was a punch. But, he felt nothing, so when he looked, all he saw was confetti everywhere.
*PUUUU*
Obito blew on some kind of a birthday toy and laughed. “Haha… did you see that, Rin? I told you it would work on him. Kakashi, my friend, I am the last person who has any right to question or scold you. I perhaps… did things much worse than you can even imagine.”
Kakashi was stunned for a while
“How did you survive that?” He asked him finally.
And so, Obito told him about his crazy tale, all the way until he was caught by Lord Dama and his arrival here. Kakashi was shocked that Obito was responsible for Minato and Kushina’s death.
“I… I don’t know what to say. I cannot speak for those you have harmed. I don’t know if Naruto will ever forgive you. His life has been a misery because of you.” Kakashi muttered, lost in thoughts.
Obito nodded, “That is why I am trying to atone for my sins. I can never get forgiveness, that I do know, but I am trying to reduce my sins.”
“Then I wish you luck.” Kakashi patted his shoulder.
Rin walked to the two, she felt like their team Minato was united once again, though a bit broken and damaged.
…
Shiroken and Tsunade’s date was very fun, they came out of their always shy phase and talked with each other openly about whatever was in their mind. That night, they walked by the lake until late and talked about their childhood. While Tsunade’s was filled with the sorrow of losing her grandparents, parents, her little brother and then her lover, Shiroken’s childhood was filled with love, friendship and fun memories.
Surprisingly, Tsunade lived among humans who were monsters while Shiroken lived among those the world considered monsters but were humane.
Their date ended with a normal good night, much to the disappointment of Monari. If it was up to her, she might have made them make babies right that instant.
…
The next morning, Shiroken woke up with much excitement. One of his clones in Kumogakure had notified him that he had found the scroll that Shiro had been looking for, for a long time.
It was the Jutsu that had the possibility of changing the entire world. It was none other than Heavenly Transfer Technique. With this, one is able to transport objects anywhere at the speed of light. With this, Shiroken will create a world economy, one where everyone can trade. And in the middle of it would be the Nidama Clan, as they will run the company that uses this jutsu to transfer items on a large scale from one warehouse to another. An entire network of warehouses will be created around the world.
Anybody will be able to use these services. It will also home deliver items. This will employ countless people around the world.
“I am closer to world peace than ever before. Let’s get to work.” He quickly went to the commerce department of the Daimyo’s government. He gathered a few people and told them the entire plan.
“Tell our construction company to build large warehouses around the world on the most connected roads. Start a new company called CargoLight. We shall use the Heavenly transfer technique to connect the world and let people buy things from anywhere.” He ordered.
“But, Lord Dama, how will the people purchase things? We can’t distribute so many booklets to people. And how will we update them?” One of them asked.
Indeed, this was a major problem. Shiroken thought about it, “Hmmm… we already have wireless networks for televisions, we also have computers. Tell me, if we can send items at light speed from one end to another, why can’t we send data from one place to another? We can set up a network of data that is accessible through computers, as long as a person is using the network, he can access the electric market to order his items. Wait… we can do so much more with this. Talk to each other instantaneously, order food from your nearest shop, and watch movies. We can even extend the network to be wireless later.”
Everyone started to talk among themselves. This idea was good. But there was one problem, “Lord Dama, your idea is fantastic, and I have confidence our researchers can build this network. But, computers are expensive, people can’t afford them.”
“Well, let’s build them. Make such an efficient supply line that they cost no more than a couple of kunais. Let’s do it, boys and girls. Get to work.” He clapped and sent everyone away in a hurry.
He went to the research department underground and told them what he wanted. Soon, they gave him an offer. They suggested that the portals can be kept open for as long as possible since it only needs to be wide enough for a wire. The Jutsu can be powered by a Shinobi or a Chakra seal.
He had a full plan ready with this. All he needed was for them to work on the computer side. He expected world trade to increase many folds soon.
…
Sunagakure,
Rakumatsu loved two things. Travelling and pumping his muscles. It was his love, it was his life. And the best way to travel was to supervise the many caravans running across the world. The poor old man had no idea that his enjoyment was soon going to be taken away by Shiroken’s new company.
*Whistle*
“Ah, what a pleasant day, who could have guessed we would be saying this about the Wind Country someday.” He muttered, seeing the vast green fields. He was near Sunagakure right now and hence he was in the area that Shiroken had cultivated with his natural energy.
“Yes, Grandpa Raku, Lord Dama certainly did a number on this place. It’s unrecognisable from the desert land that I saw the last time I visited.” The driver of the carriage said.
“Haha, Lord Dama is just so amazing… and manly for sure. But sadly, he does not believe in muscles as I do.” Rakumatsu got sad.
*BOOM*
“Grandpa… look, there is a fight going on.” They suddenly stopped.
In the distance, a few masked men were fighting an old woman. Surprisingly, she was beating their ass. Seeing this, Rakumatsu jumped, “Ah, it’s time for me to shine and help.”
*Rrrrrrrr….shhh..* He ripped his shirt, now naked from above, showing his steel-like muscles. He jumped into action and punched a few of the men.
“Hah, thieves? Scum of the Earth, no matter how much Lord Dama betters the world, you stay just scum. You had your chance to change your life and live like an honest man. Now is punishment time… *BOOOM*” He punched one of them so hard his skull got cracked.
“Lady, don’t push yourself, this old man has a lot of youth in his muscles.” He told the woman.
But, she didn’t. So both of them beat the crap out of the 10 thieves. After a few minutes, they finished. Rakumatsu turned to the woman to see if she was fine.
However, suddenly he felt his heartbeat fasten, the air felt slow, and the world seemed to have frozen. Everything looked beautiful. ~Is… Is this… LOVE?!~
“Are you okay, lady?” He asked like a gentleman.
The woman had flushed cheeks, as the man in front of her was shirtless. She nodded, “Thank you for the help. Who might you be?”
“I am Rakumatsu, the elder of the Nidama clan.” He introduced himself.
She did the same, “I am Chiyo, the elder of Sunagakure.”
“Ah, what a beautiful name. Come, I shall give you a lift as I am headed to Sunagakure.” He, acting smooth like butter, got her on her carriage.
“So, what was a graceful lady of a position like yourself doing here?” He asked while putting a new shirt on.
“Oh, nothing. I heard some thieves were harassing the traders, so I decided to end the trouble myself. What about you? Why is an elder of the Nidama clan doing this?” She inquired.
“Hah, my old bones look for adventures. I like travelling. But, this time I might stay in Sunagakure for a while.” He replied smoothly.
“Then I hope you enjoy your stay,” She said.
Rakumatsu took off his glasses and looked her in the eyes, “Oh, I will… that I am sure about.”
[A/N: Did you puke a little? Muhahaha…]
