Shiroken had no idea how many people there were in the world and how many lives he had changed for the better. His policies were already made in a way that would help the masses.
Under the new law, Shinobi, below the age of 16 can not go to war or work a job that requires fighting. Instead, during these years, the shinobi will be taught, not just ninjutsu, but also ethics.
Shiroken meanwhile, slowly made himself fade away from the public eye, instead, he promoted the Bijuu. He was too powerful for the world for them to not fear him. Even the best of people will one day think if they are living in a free world or a world just partially free until you do something to provoke Lord Dama.
“What are you thinking?” Tsunade suddenly woke up and looked at his face. She was sleeping by his side, her head resting on his shoulder had her arms hugged him. They had not taken that final step yet, but they cuddle and do other stuff a lot.
“Nothing. I was just wondering… the meaning of freedom. I have the entire world in my palm, but I don’t know if I am doing right.” Shiroken wondered.
She lovingly caressed his face, “That’s the thing about being a leader. You can never know the results of your actions until you do them. Each Hokage in the past had tried their own way of running things, most of them failed massively.”
“The fact that you even ask this question to yourself makes you better than all other Kage and Daimyo to have ever lived.”
Shiroken smiled and hugged Tsunade’s chubby body, making her squeak, “Have I ever told you how good you are at giving lectures? Very strange for someone who used to be an alcohol and gambling addict.”
She rolled her eyes, “Come on, everyone has a past they are not proud of. I’m a changed woman now.”
He squeezed her tighter, “I can see that. Changed in all the right ways.”
In the past few weeks, Shiroken had slowly started to change Tsunade’s physical body, not in shape, but in health and age. He wanted her to be like him, forever young and beautiful, and live beside him forever. At that moment, Tsunade had lost all the signs of higher ageing, all the back and joint pains. It was nothing too much to begin with. Now, she was physically in her 30s.
And surprisingly, there was not much change, this made Shiroken realise, Tsunade’s ability to stay young was seriously amazing. However, now Tsunade was also more energetic, and he made sure to have fun with this extra energy.
“Ah… why are you squeezing me like a balloon?” She complained.
He chuckled, “Well, you are just so soft and cute, and besides, you do indeed have beautiful balloons.”
She rolled her eyes, though licked her lips at the same time, seemingly aroused, “Lord Shiroken Dama, I never took you for one to talk vulgarly.”
He grinned and kissed her forehead, “Hehe… come on, Tsunade, we are close lovers now, the village already sees us as married. There is nothing vulgar between two lovers like us. There is only… FUN!”
And there they went, making out and cuddling. Though they never took the next step, and this made a lot of people in the Palace frustrated.
…
Clone 69 of Shiroken was investigating this organisation called Kara for kidnapping kids. He had already started to uncover their people, their plots. He had killed any members he found after interrogating them.
Now, he was on his way to their base in Amegakure. Why was it in Amegakure? Well, there was no strong administration for a long time. After the death of Hanzo, it was in even more ruins.
Shiroken had found out that the group was made up of “Inners” and “Outers”, with each of the Inners being in charge of a particular region. Each Inner appears to bear a facial tattoo of a numeral and wears a black hooded cloak with a coloured lining, fastened at the right shoulder with a metal pin, and all Inners were supposed to be monstrously powerful. Inners were the backbone of the organisation, and if every one of them were out of commission, the Outers would effectively cease to function, and Kara would come to an end.
Outers were individuals who supported Kara’s ideology from the outside and completed missions requested by the Inners, acting as conspirators, sleeper agents, and spies. Members include politicians and merchants, some of whom actively work to undermine the rule of the Daimyos and Kages.
The secret society had accumulated a great deal of wealth and political influence, which became clear from the many small bases that Shiroken had raided before. However, he was yet to find anyone so powerful that they can withstand him.
“Such stupid people. Making a facial tattoo and organising a uniform was their biggest mistake. You don’t do such things in a secret organisation.” He scoffed as he entered the base.
It was underground, dug out inside the waterbody around Amegakure. It was massive and well designed. ~Maybe I can keep this base for myself later.~
“Come on out, I know you are all here. I will give you all the chance to fight me.” Shiroken called everyone out.
Soon, a few boys and girls, teenagers probably, came out. All had weird haircuts and hair colours.
“I am Delta… t…”
Shiroken stopped her, “I didn’t ask you for your name, girl. You are already dead in my eyes.”
“Tsk… Overconfidence.” A red-haired boy scoffed.
“Ah, you must be their boss. It’s usually you guys who say such things. And no, it’s not overconfidence, this is tried and tested strength. But first, let me deal with the minions.” He replied, and as soon as he stopped speaking, he jumped at the other members.
He was so fast that the others couldn’t even move. He just tapped his fingers on each of them. In an instant, all inner members started to feel that their bodies were getting thinner, soon bones started to appear clearly.
“W-WHAT IS HAPPENING?”
A few of them cried. Shiroken smiled and replied, “Nothing. Since you all are just burden weight over this earth, I decided to send you back to be one with earth. As we speak, all natural energy from your body is being absorbed by the very ground you stand on. It will not stop until you are nothing but air.”
“NOOOOO…” They cried.
He shrugged, “Enjoy the pain, dears. So, you, lad. Come here and tell me about your organisation.”
The boy, named Code, nervously froze in his place. He had never thought that this Lord Dama was this strong. He used to think that he could take him on, as he saw his own strength as much superior to any Kage or tailed beast.
Sad for the boy, however, if he knew that this was just one clone out of the thousands belonging to Shiroken, he’d probably vomit blood and commit seppuku.
…
Dama City,
~FUCK… He’s there… I can sense it. All my Kama marks are resonating with me. NOOOO… he killed everyone. You can do it, Code, my boy. You may have been a failure but you can do it. YES! Do it, boy. NOOOO… WHY ARE YOU SO SCARED?~
Isshiki Otsutsuki was going through a blind rage, quite literally as he had no idea what was even going on there. He could just feel scared and cry in silence.
Using Jigen as a host body, in a span of centuries, Isshiki went on to start the secret society, Kara, as its leader, which recruited a group of people, the Inners, to assist him in cultivating a new God Tree to collect its chakra fruit, under the promise that their personal wishes would be fulfilled.
But, now, all hope seemed to be lost as all his hard work, money and power was being taken away.
~I NEED TO RETURN…~ He felt panicked and decided to jump onto the closest person. He needed someone easy to control, as he will forcefully take over the body.
He looked out and saw Shiroken interacting with his nephew, Shirajin. The little boy was learning how to make chakra seals from Shiroken. ~Perfect, he even has the Sharingan.~
*WOOSH*
He expected himself to land on the boy and enter his body from his ears. However, something vastly different happened, totally out of his calculations. ~NOOO… WHY CAN’T I GET OUT OF THIS BODY?~
He was not able to get out of Shiroken. It had turned into a trap for him, he didn’t even know about it, that was a shocker for him. “What is going on? How is this lesser being able to hold me? This is… impossible.”
…
~Ahahaha… what a dumbass. Truly, these Otsutsuki may be strong, but it is also their weakness, as they lack the experience of using their brain to make plans and win with cunningness.~ Shiroken laughed silently seeing the Otsutsuki in torment.
“Shirajin, come here, I will show you how to not be a fool when fighting someone,” He called Shirajin.
Happily, Shirajin came to him running and jumped to sit on his lap, “What is it, uncle Shiro?”
“Rule number one, never make assumptions about your enemy. Always try to make sure that you have backup plans. Always assume your enemy is stronger than you. Never go into a situation without reading it before.” He taught the cute chubby-cheeked boy.
Shirajin nodded smartly, “But… uncle Shiro, you don’t do that, right?”
He chuckled, “Of course I do, but not always, you can do the same when you become as strong as me. Okay, let’s go, throw your kunai at that dummy, imagine it’s your enemy.”
“OH… I will imagine it as a stupid Ōtsutsuki, they are our enemies, mum says.” Shirajin chirped, making Shiroken laugh loudly.
