Necromancer Supreme System - Chapter 59
“Really?” Oya asked, with a chuckle.
“Yes, each time I make up a name, the system tells me there is no such player here, until I made Oya and the system connected me to you,” Salsola explained, “so others might not know your name. let me handle this matter, is there any upper limit for the starting number?” she asked.
“No, the more the merrier,” Oya shrugged as she continued to summon her skeletons, while letting this harder task of calling everyone for her friend here.
After one hour, and many repeated phrases that made Oya extremely bored, Salsola finally finished calling everyone.
“I need one hundred return scrolls at least for them to come,” she said, with a wide smile of pride over her face.
“Will they all come?” Oya asked in disbelief, “did they all reach level ten?” she asked, as they couldn’t reach here if their level isn’t ten or more.
“They are all eleven and twelve now. they didn’t believe me when I told them about my level,” she said with a giggle, as during this time with Oya, she gained three whole leves, reaching level fourteen, “when they heard about the leveling speed of me and you, they decided to come here without any hesitation.”
“Oh god,” Oya just muttered, “do you just tell them about the leveling speed, not the alliance?” she asked.
“Well,” Salsola faked her nervousness, “I made them come, and you have to make them stay, right?”
Oya just sighed, helplessly sighed, as she knew Salsola understood her intentions from the beginning, and just decided to play along with her.
“You mean girl, you know that?” Oya blurted out, while sticking out her tongue to her.
“And so you are baby, and so you are,” Salsola also did the same, with a sneer as well.
“Here, go and buy yourself one hundred scrolls to here,” Oya said, as she transferred enough gold coins to her.
“What? How can you have all these coins?” Salsola asked, with doubt and surprise.
“Did you forget? I’m a killing machine for monsters, so I have a lot of coins now,” Oya simply said.
“But,” Salsola said, before Oya turned her back to her as she interrupted her, “go and return fast, or do you want to miss the Xp of killing all those monsters?” she pointed towards a huge place full of level nineteen and twentieth monsters.
The eyes of Salsola sparkled, before she took out one scroll, cut it and vanished from her place.
“Oh, she had a return scroll of her own, that will make her come here faster than I intended,” she sighed, helplessly, as she didn’t think Salsola would buy a scroll when she reached the city.
“Let’s get this mission done then,” she muttered as she sent Salsola away as the system gave her sudden mission, or a choice, and she accepted it without hesitation.
‘Good work, you have killed enough monsters to unlock the fiend absorption ability. This ability is unique to Ibro and his harem only. For it to be activated, the system needs to speak with Ibro first to get his permission. During this, you can see him, but he can’t see or hear you. So, do you agree?’
This was the request the system sent to her, and of course she agreed on that. it would be much better if she could speak also with him, but at least she would know his current status, and get relieved of her worries.
‘Yes, I agree.’
‘System is going to send a message to Ibro and connect to him now. just stay tight and don’t move.’
On another hand, inside the huge world of Ibro, part of his growing pocket world cosmos, he was sitting in the middle of his endless skeletons, summoning without any pause every unit he decided to summon from before.
Liches, dragons, golams, and even knights, every single unit was now summoned in amass amounts, and his system was responsible for distributing them without any delay, to join the fights in other worlds, to gain more strength and be far stronger.
In the middle of all this white ocean, the system suddenly sent this strange request to him:
‘One of your harem’s reincarnation has already opened her necromancer system and gained the recognition of the system. The subsidiary system is asking for your permission to grant her the fiend absorption ability, do you agree?’
Ibro suddenly stopped, as he opened his eyes and a flash of shock appeared in his face. “Who is she?” he asked.
‘It’s Oya, from the earth realm,’ the system replied.
“Oya,” Ibro’s eyes got reddened when he heard her name, “So you are one of my harem, I knew it, I knew it,” he took a deep breath, controlling his emotions, before he said:
“Grant her the ability, and also add another ability to her.”
‘System has to warn you, these abilities have a limited number of permissions, so you only need to consider this decision,’ the system said, warning him about the permission he was going to give her.
“No problem, she is my first love, the one I missed so much. She deserves the best, not just better,” he said, shaking his head in regret, “I just hoped I could be with her, help her in the upcoming days, making her grow stronger under my eyes and care. however, I can’t do it now, and I have a long ride till I can meet with her, so you just grant her this ability from me as a promise to meet gift,” he added, before he closed his eyes as the system asked:
‘Fine, what is the name of this ability?’
Ibro knew Oya was using her staff, and so all his sword strikes, abilities, and skills won’t work at all. The only thing he could pass to her would be his necromancer abilities, and the rune maker skills.
“Pass the whole rune maker class to her,” he decided, as this was the only thing he could do for her right now. the necromancer skills would be granted to her by the system, by default, but the rune maker class wouldn’t.
He knew how the early runes he made had helped him a lot in his beginnings, and so he decided to entrust Oya to these runes, hoping they would take care of her like they did to him.
“Farewell my love, I wish to be met soon,” he muttered, before taking a deep breath again, and starting summoning his skeletons.
As for Oya, she watched everything from the bird’s eye, so she could spot the huge ocean of skeletons roaming around Ibro, and his constant and hard work in summoning them.
She also saw many kinds of skeletons that she never saw or imagined before, but what touched her was the words, the expressions, the sad melancholic look in his eyes.
He loved her, and she was sure she loved him, but they both were destined to live away from each other, despite being destined to be together.
That was sad, and painful, so she cried, cried for a long time even until Salsola returned to her, as she took her in her embrace, patted on her back, without knowing what happened to make her cry like this, or what to say to make her feel better.
Two hundred and five was feeling annoyed and uneasy towards what just happened. Oya didn’t find anything suspicious about his request, as she sent the scroll over to him. the moment he had it, his face suddenly changed.
“What?! Isn’t this the scroll Ibro promised them for?” she asked, the moment she sensed something was wrong in his reaction.
“No, it’s not,” he sighed, as he helplessly shook his head. He was there when Ibro made the deal with Darky’s president, and Ibro didn’t say the Ronat name ever at that time.
Two hundred and five could never forget such important detail, never.
“What do you mean? Didn’t Ibro promised a scroll to go to Renalt world for them?” she asked, with some panic over her face.
“Yes, he promised, but he didn’t promise them this town, he just promised another one,” he said, while putting the scroll into his inventory, as he had the urge to go and see what things were like over there.
“I advise you against using it,” she said, as she knew if he left the world of this game and went to another, he would be subjected to the same punishment and restrictions she had.
The reply of two hundred and five made her surprised for a moment, but as she knew she had nothing in her hand to do, especially when she only had scrolls to Ronat town, she didn’t feel that guilty anymore.
She knew the reason Ibro didn’t plan to give others Ronat scrolls, as he was afraid they might cause trouble with Shonty’s governor. Though she guessed the reason wrongly, as Ibro wasn’t afraid of this, but was afraid of players intervening in his own matters there, his big mine he had acquired after many hardships.
“I won’t,” he promised, “for now at least,” he added, before he waved to her and closed the call.
“I just hope you never go there, ever,” she muttered, as the memories of her first interaction in the great square of Shonty’s city were still lingering in her mind, scaring her from the mere thought of it.
