Necromancer Supreme System - Chapter 83
“Strange!”
Everyone felt the same, but this didn’t stop Oya from attacking and killing five more monsters, adding so far ten giant skeletons to her skeleton army.
Her army now had thirty eight giant skeletons, and she still had twenty four rivers to clear.
However, it seemed the next rivers were doomed to be hard for her, for everyone, as a really bizarre change occurred when she tried to hit the eleventh river.
Suddenly all the rivers in front of them receded, like they were drying up.
“What is going on?!” everyone had such a question as they saw in the distance, a huge wall of lava was forming, like a huge tsunami wave, as all the lava receding back from these rivers all went there.
“Roar!”
The next minutes were really intriguing, and when everyone thought they would be hit mercilessly by this mighty wave, a roar suddenly erupted, announcing the birth of a new change, and a new monster!
This huge wave of love started to show changed, each was accompanied by a mighty booming sound, like the whole world was going to collapse upon them.
Oya and others stood in their places, astonished and shocked by this scary scene. The wave started to divide, getting shorter and showing finally three, hill size, figures. These were three huge monsters indeed, and their presence in front of them together like that made everyone glance towards Oya, with a silent request for retreat.
“We will kill them!” Oya said the most expected and craziest answer ever! She was aiming to clear these monsters and add them to her army already!
“They are very hard to deal with!” Ela didn’t hesitate to say, while her master tried to convince her over leaving by adding:
“We will lose a lot of our numbers in the process!”
“That won’t happen,” Oya said, as she pointed towards the back as she added, “we will kite them all, using the newly summoned skeletons to do so!”
Her words had given everyone a clear idea about what she intended to do. She wanted to retreat, kill monsters, summon skeletons, and send these monsters towards these three giants.
“Would this be enough?” Ela skeptically asked, “these three monsters seemed invincible!” she added, and that was what everyone was thinking.
“No matter what, the stronger they are, the better,” Oya replied, as her mind only pictured those three monster working as slaves for her army as skeletons.
“Sigh!” everyone sighed, helplessly, as they realized how impossible it was to make her let go of this idea.
They finally retreated a couple of miles away from the three huge hills in the forefront. As they retreated this distance, many monsters started to head towards them, while the huge three bosses remained there, motionless in their place.
“Let’s kill them all!” Oya shouted, as she was the only excited one about this insane battle! Everyone did their usual, attacking and killing the huge number of monsters, helping her skeletons in doing so.
As for Oya, she sat there summoning skeletons nonstop. After couple of hours, she managed to summon tens of thousands of skeletons already, and at this moment, she shouted:
“Push forwards, clear a path for my skeletons to go and attack these monsters!”
Everyone knew it was pointless to try and convince her to let go of this idea, so they acted, with her skeletons, to clear a path for her suicidal squad of skeletons.
Once her newly summoned skeletons moved towards the three bosses, skipping all monsters on the way, she shouted again:
“Retreat!”
Once they retreated, the gap they created was closed, and their sight was blocked by the huge number of monsters trying to attack and kill them.
This battle kept raging, when a mighty roar erupted from the front, indicating the start of this epic battle.
“What a shame, I couldn’t see anything!” one of the NPCs complained, before Oya’s master turned to her as she said:
“Let’s clear a gap for us to witness this battle.”
Oya just nodded, as she, herself, was also feeling regret not being able to see this battle with her own eyes.
They moved, and a gap was instantly created. Through it, they saw the epic battle raging on the front!
The three monsters used lava to kill the skeletons, and these skeletons were summoned from the lava monsters already, making them immune to some degree to this kind of attack.
However the scene of these lava attacks, which looked like tsunami wave after wave, made all their back hair stand to no end!
“Scary!”
They all muttered this at the same time, as this battle was really impossible for them to take part in. from their distant place, they watched Oya’s skeletons bypassing these waves, reaching to the monsters, and started attacking them.
“It worked!”
Oya shouted in triumph, despite the weak, very weak attacks of these skeletons, she knew she could compensate that with sheer numbers!
“Let’s summon and send more, c’mon, gimme more!” she hurriedly shouted with great excitement to everyone around her, making all start to work harder than before.
They also saw a glimpse of hope in winning this battle, and this showed them how mighty a necromancer class was! A single necromancer could cover the whole earth and conquer everyone alone provided that he or she was given enough time to do so!
They started killing monsters in greater speed, even Oya’s friends joined the battle, killing more monsters, sending them back to Oya, who started to create more skeletons.
Each time she created ten thousand skeletons, she sent this batch to support the front. This kept going on for hours, and like this ten hours elapsed, and finally the three monsters roared their last breath, dying one after another.
“Yeah!”
They all shouted the clear and prideful cry of victory, as this impossible battle was won, simply like this, while not losing even a single member of their army!
Suddenly flashes of light fell over Oya and her friends, as each one had already leveled up five to eight levels after killing these monsters.
As for Oya, she didn’t want to stand in her place for even a second, as she hurriedly jumped over her Dragons back, and soared to the sky, directly heading towards the place where these three monsters fell.
Three giant and supreme monsters were ready to be turned into skeletons in front of her, how couldn’t she be excited?
As for the monsters spawning from this area, they started to show signs of decreasing, and in less than one hour, every single monster there was already killed.
However, Oya didn’t summon her skeletons yet, and that made them all wonder about the reason, while they all went to her.
When they arrived, they saw her frustrated face, as she had already got a refusal from the system to turn these monsters into skeletons.
‘Your current energy reserves are low, you can’t turn even a single one. To summon them, you need to go and kill many monsters, and not waste the energy absorbed from them by summoning other skeletons. You have one day before the bodies of these monsters disappear, so go ahead and happy killing.’
She was frustrated, reading this message over and over again, not knowing what she could do! When they reached her, she was jolted awake, and before anyone could ask anything, she started to move, in wide strides, towards the next region, while saying:
“Let’s go, can’t summon them now, need to kill more monsters first!”
Her angry tone told them everything about her current mood, so no one tried to ask any funny silly question, as they all moved following her, silently, without even saying a word!
Oya reached the new region, with her tens of thousands of skeletons. She didn’t even wait for her allies to come, as she hurriedly gave the order to her skeletons:
“Go there, kill anything, move, and don’t stop bringing me anything! Just keep going, and killing, and don’t stop until I give you the order!”
As she said so, the huge army jumped at the lava monsters, killing them in quick speed. Just as her allies caught up with her, they were astonished by the brutality of her skeletons, as they already cleared miles of areas without monsters.
As for Oya, she was glancing over her screen, where a counter was there, informing her of the percentage of energy needed to be able to summon one monster of these giants.
She didn’t want to summon one, she wanted to summon the three! This made her focused over the counter, ignoring everyone else, while her skeletons kept rampaging over the whole place without any restraints.
“Scary! Necromancers are scary!” Ela muttered, in a soft whisper, while everyone around her just nodded in agreement.
Who would be cursed to make enmity with such a scary class?
The brutal fight that erupted in front of everyone at this moment was really unforgettable. Oya’s skeletons didn’t stop at anything, while they kept sweeping the areas of the monsters, killing everything in their path, while she only stood there watching them, driving them further to kill and kill without an end.
