Necromancer Supreme System - Chapter 94
“You wait here, and I will finish everything in less than a few minutes for you,” her master said, while taking Ela with her into the administrative building of the city.
Oya just stood there, boiling with anger, while she couldn’t wait to accept her headquarter, and announce this to the whole world.
“Let’s see if you can stand part of my current strength!” she inwardly smirked, as she was pretty sure she would prevail in that upcoming war.
Ela and Oya’s master went inside for a couple of hours, and before they reappeared again in front of Oya and others, Oya received a notification telling her about their success in their mission.
“System notification: Player has successfully built the alliance headquarter. Player can head now towards the coordinates sent to her in her map to receive the headquarter.”
The next moment, the two appeared in front of her with excited expressions over her face.
“You didn’t tell us it was a special design for the alliance,” the master said, with a laugh.
“Yes, it’s a special old design. Is there anything about it?” she asked.
“Nothing, but it was a surprise to be met with such a design inside while we were waiting for the papers to finish,” Ela said, before adding, “you little necromancer devil, I can never underestimate you!”
Oya just smiled and said nothing, as this was all due to Ibro’s legacy for her. She then glanced at everyone before announcing out loud:
“The alliance headquarter is completed. Let’s go, everyone, we have an alliance to receive.”
Everyone then started moving after her, as she led them outside the gates of the city, heading straight towards the wilderness, directly towards Ihnasia ridge.
The alliance headquarters was built there, and if she knew that, she wouldn’t have returned all the way to here.
The journey took roughly hours, and when they moved outside the city, many players followed them, spying on what they were doing.
On the forums, many threads spoke about the large number of NPCs appearing out of nowhere there. they were wondering about if there was a special quest, occasion, or a festival in the city.
When the army moved after Oya and her group, many started to link between the two until many videos were uploaded showing the huge army of NPCs following Oya’s group.
This scene was so shocking, and no one dared to open his or her mouth to mock the alliance Oya just installed. The next hours were only stressful to her enemies, as they didn’t know how she had the power to summon all these NPCs, and why.
However it was so apparent that these NPCs were following her. Midway though, when Dante told Oya about these posts in the forums, Oya decided to send the NPC army away, scatter them everywhere, and make them take a detour, for now.
This huge army would scare her enemies, making them unable to follow their words with actions. When the NPCs army moved away, many posts were written describing the wrong assumptions of everyone.
These NPCs had no relation to Oya, and that was apparent in the videos broadcasted there.
Many of such topics were written by the members of Oya’s alliance, under her direct orders. She wanted her enemies to be falsely secured, and realize this was just a misunderstanding, and pure coincidence.
Her little trick paid off at once, as many topics followed suit, and a huge ice ball was formed, and her enemies jumped in and joined the fun, trying to mock her more.
She didn’t mind that, as she was setting her eyes on the great final prize. She kept moving, and despite the departure of the NPC army, many kept following her and her small group.
She knew the secret of her alliance headquarter wouldn’t be kept hidden for any moment long when she reached the alliance headquarter.
However, she didn’t care about that. The other party had already spread many videos and footages regarding their headquarters, causing enough stir and big sensation in the players’ community.
It was her turn now to cause a huge earthquake there!
They marched for six hours until finally reaching the place where it was on the side of the ridge. This place was a huge stretch of land, ended up with a lake, and on both distant sides, huge mountains appeared.
The ground was full of green grass, and there was a forest nearby. The place was perfect to establish the alliance headquarter, however what attracted Oya and others’ attention was the presence of the headquarter on a huge hill.
The headquarters seemed like a fortress in the sky, overlooking everywhere, unhindered by anything. It wasn’t a small headquarter as everyone thought, like the one spread on the forums by the freedom alliance members, instead it was so huge, and seemed quite strong.
It was in a size of a small town, with huge and high walls, many towering defensive towers, two giant gates, with movable bridges to connect the alliance headquarters with the lands around it.
Without the bridges, no one would ever reach the alliance headquarter, not without external help of siege ladders and towers.
The centre of that alliance headquarter was leveled more than the rest of the place, showing a central fortress of its own defensive wall and towers. The place was filled with many great buildings, and the mere sight of it drove pride and extreme excitement into the souls of everyone here.
Oya stood for minutes, dazed by this amazing scene, just tens of meters away from the main gate of her alliance headquarters, where she waited for a bunch of NPCs to descend from it, after lowering the huge bridge controlled by giant chains made of a special type of ore.
As for her players, they were already shocked by this scene beyond description, as they stood around Oya, so impatient to enter the headquarter and visit every single part in it.
“Welcome alliance leader, are you ready to receive the alliance?” one NPC asked, as he seemed to be the leader of this group of guards.
“Thanks for the trouble, I want to take over my headquarter now.”
“Great, take this, it’s the main orb of the alliance headquarter. You can completely control any function of the place even if you aren’t there. keep it safe, as losing it would mean losing the ownership of the alliance headquarter.”
The NPC handed over a fist size orb made out of black color with luster over it. the moment Oya grabbed it, she received a system notification.
“System notification: Congratulations to the player for acquiring the alliance headquarter. The alliance will be in a protection period of two weeks starting from today.”
The notification was short, but the protection period to the whole alliance was great. Now she could push her players further, leveling them up, and making all the preparations required for the incoming invasion.
“Thanks a lot,” she muttered, while the NPC just nodded, took his group and started walking outside the alliance area.
The distant players were in great daze from this shocking scene, as they never expected something like this to happen. such a grandiose headquarter, so mighty, so vast, so luxurious was really worthy of envy and admiration.
Rapidly the news reached the forums, with many threads speaking about the legendary headquarter, and asking for many videos to be broadcasted by the players of the Ibro’s alliance.
Oya entered the alliance headquarters, and all players followed her. Like kids, they jumped over everywhere, running to examine the whole place.
The headquarters was like a giant city, with luxurious buildings and many decorations. Streets were wide, neatly organized, and there was a slight tilt in the level of the ground, making everyone feel they were climbing to the top, not marching on the ground.
This feeling was intensified when they saw a huge wall in the headquarter, separating the whole headquarter to two different places!
The wall wasn’t like the external wall, but it looked mighty, with many towers defending it. they passed the opened gate under the direction of Oya, and the next minute they returned to be kids playing in a garden.
Oya just glanced at them, and laughed, while Ela said:
“This huge place indeed is worthy of that ancient design. However, you will need too many NPCs to work here, at least tens of thousands of them, plus many guards to guard the three layers of defenses here.”
Oya understood her meaning, as she was referring to the castle, the inner wall, and the outer wall. Three layers of defense seemed quite bizarre and extreme to the most, but to her she was quite content.
She wasn’t fighting players, she was fighting monsters specialized in destroying worlds!
