Noim Connected Worlds - Chapter 29 William A Lifetime Of Experience

“Gobi gobi gobi gobi gobi!” The ash-colored monkey continued laughing as a bunch of Cult Monkeys swarmed towards us.

I quickly ran in the direction of the laughing monkey as there was no point in forming a strategy for now, since information for Dungeon Bosses are designed to be masked until you complete the dungeon once.
Plus, with the number of cult monkeys maniacally running towards us, it would be much more efficient if we directly charge in and make our way towards the ash-colored monkey. And as expected of Edizon, he immediately got my intention and immediately followed behind with Isabella.
…
I carefully observed the surrounding as I made my way towards the ash-colored monkey. As I expected, there were two types of monsters in the mob. The first batch carried heavy wooden spiked clubs while the second batch carried a bag of what appears to be fruits…
…
Poison fruit rained down towards me in random directions as the batch of Clubber Cult Monkeys intercepted me. Within a few seconds, four or five monkeys coming in from different directions each swung their wooden spiked clubs at me…
Predicting their movements, I took a step back to dodge the incoming attacks and immediately rolled forward to dodge the falling poisonous fruits and position myself within the center of the five monkeys.
In a swift manner, I swiped in the air to summon a heavy sword from my interface for each of my hand. Using the weight of each blade to amplify the speed of my rotation, I was able to hit the five clubbers surrounding me with each of my heavy blades.

Without wasting any movement, I immediately left my current position and quickly summoned my intent to hide the two heavy swords. With the weight of the two heavy swords gone, I was able to outrun the other clubbers trying to close on me as well as easily maneuver to dodge the incoming projectiles.

Batch after batch of clubbers swarmed towards me as I tried to charge my way towards the Poison fruit throwers. Repeating my previous actions over and over again, I kept slashing down a huge chunk of their numbers whenever I get a chance while maneuvering through the projectiles aimed at my location. Pressure started wracking up in my head as batch after batch continuously intercepted me. It didn’t take a while before I finally took a hit.
I ignored the pain and quickly sent a kick to launch my self backward after slashing the throat of the clubber that just hit me. I almost groaned from the pain induced by the huge nail, none the less I have to keep mobile. I don’t have any information regarding the effect of these poison fruits but when being chased by a huge crowd, being affected by the slow effect of poison or just having my health ticked off by poison damage over time would be really problematic.
More importantly, there won’t be a good ending if ever I got surrounded by a huge batch while these long-ranged monsters are still alive.
…
After landing backward, I quickly hid my weapons and immediately started running sideways to dodge the mob of clubbers as well as to continuously dodge the projectiles.
The clubbers continued chasing me as if nothing happened. Fatigue was painted all over their faces but they kept running towards me at the same pace, without any concern that they are continuously overtaxing their bodies. These cult monkeys are really troublesome. If you think about it, they are no different from zombies in a certain aspect.
…
I continued running sideways to create some distance from the mob of clubbers. After a few breaths, using the interval between the attacks of the Poison fruit throwers, I quickly summoned the interface and took a potion.
The flesh wound on my left leg quickly closed up as a new pair of skin and flesh rapidly filled the wounded area. I didn’t waste any more time and started running again as poisonous fruits and mad monkeys with heavy spiked clubs were already making their way towards me…
‘This quest is harder than I thought.’
