Npc Into Player: Let’s Wreck This Game - Chapter 337: Winning The War
“Go,” Bloom shouted at the monsters carrying capsules on their back, “you are ordered to run all the way directly to my mansion.”
“Your mansion?” Nara was not a bit supporting this plan from the start. “How? All your people are coming here!”
“Just trust me,” Bloom turned to her before jumping over the back of a new monster he summoned. It wasn’t the only one, however there were a large group of fifty new monsters appearing in this world.
“Take everything and leave now,” Bloom shouted as he motioned to the new monsters he just summoned, “protect them. Don’t let anyone come near my mansion at all cost.”
“Wait!” Nara screamed, yet her scream vanished in the air. The monster she was riding upon moved fast alongside others.
“Make sure to store the capsules safely and secure the mansion,” Bloom shouted before turning his head to the ruined mansion. “Now it’s my turn.”
The next moment he took out a scroll. At first he doubted he could bring something as scary as that to this world, however apparently he was.
“Let’s see… in the game I would just open it and it would be activated,” he opened the scroll yet nothing happened. “As I expected,” yet he was calm despite all the explosions occurring all around.
The ground of the mansion started to bulge up and down like a boiling volcano about to erupt. He knew whatever caused such destruction was surely there, and he was the next target to hit.
“Let’s try this…” he started reading strange words that held no meaning at all. The scroll had long lines written with these words and he always wondered to himself about the use of them.
He once tried to incite these words and the moment he did so nothing happened back at the game.
“‘I hope this works,” he finally finished reading the long lines with bizarre words before shouting, “I call upon the mighty earth to answer my call. Rage and rebel against all your chains, let me see your majestic power one more time.”
This was the last line that was separated alone from others. The moment he shouted these words, the entire world changed all around.
The first thing that happened was for a strange wave of wind to appear out of nowhere. It looked like this piece of the world turned into the heart of a storm, and yet that was just the beginning.
“Rumble!”
The next moment the earth shone brightly in a strange green light that came out of nowhere. Bloom stood there watching the lines forming around the destroyed mansion, rapidly expanding like someone was holding a brush and painting that region.
“It’s happening,” Bloom couldn’t help but laugh, “it’s working… Amazing!”
He had a lot of very strong and effective scrolls that he salvaged from the rings he got before. Using scrolls was nothing to him, as he got so many to spare.
“One is activated, it’s time to augment it with another,” yet he didn’t stop his hands from reaching out and calling forth another scroll.
And this one it was a lightning scroll.
“I call upon the mighty forces of lightning. Come and show me your might one more time,” he shouted, ending the scroll activation and starting a very weird phenomenon in this region.
The sky up above changed with a gust of wind that seemed howling out of its wrath. Even the giant monsters around seemed a bit affected with what he just called.
And this was just the beginning.
“Rumble!”
“Boom!”
The two scrolls coupled together to cause an unforgettable scene in front of his eyes. At first he considered evacuating the place, yet he knew he had no time to do so.
So, he bet everything on the fact that the rules of the game might apply to the scrolls he just used; the user and his allies won’t get in the way of the scrolls.
And he was damn right about it.
“Rumble!”
“Boom!”
The earth twitched like it was a giant snake while the sky echoed with thundering explosions caused by the enraged lightning. Bloom stood in the middle of all that while the lightning thick arcs up in the sky lit up the entire world around like it was midday.
And he wasn’t afraid at all or a bit intimidated by it. He wasn’t that brave or reckless, however the hatred and anger swelling up inside him were like a cancer taking over his emotions.
He felt dull, nothing at all towards what was happening around. The ground started to crack, sending out large amounts of thick tongues of lava that formed fists and nailed the hostile forces in their places.
As for the lightning up above, it started to rain the ground and incinerate anything in its way.
“That’s a hell of a scene,” Bloom laughed like he had already lost his mind amidst all this. “Burn, burn until nothing is left out there to identify.”
He knew what happened tonight would come as first lines in the morning papers and tonight’s news website. He never gives a thought about the reaction this world might have towards such a thing.
Whatever happened here he wouldn’t be sorry or regret towards that. Those dark forces inside the game started to play dirty first, and he was just retaliating.
How the world would react to such a disaster was something unknown to him. He didn’t even consider thinking about any of the possibilities that might happen.
All he knew and focused upon was to get rid of all the enemies here in this world before returning to the game world and dealing with the enemies there.
As for the rest, he figured to face problems one at a time.
The screams of pain before dying echoed from all over the place. All the monsters belonging to him were intact while standing in the middle of all this destruction like standing on scattered islands in raging ocean waves.
And in less than a minute, the scroll effects ended leaving behind charcoaled corpses of monsters and assassins alike.
“It’s not over,” he knew that fact about players. “Go, kill any person reviving,” he gave this order in cold blood, vowing not to let anyone leave this place alive except for him.
And the next moment his monsters roared and jumped all around, covering the entire region that stretched to cover at least ten more mansions like Nara’s in no time.
And the killing started without warning while any player standing up again was instantly smashed by the monsters around.
“It’s finally done,” as he oversaw everything and made sure there were no more survivors, he took back all the monsters while letting only a group of ten to work as his own bodyguard.
“Looking for guards? Human guards my ass! From now on I’ll only depend on the monsters and my agents to keep me safe,” he decided the moment the fight was over.
“Let’s go back now,” he ordered his monsters before noticing a few silhouettes drawing close towards here fast in their fancy cars.
“Wait,” he shouted to stop his own guards from intervening with them, “from now on you are tasked to protect, defend and not attack.”
