Opposite Worlds - Chapter 35 A Fake Love Triangle
A week passed and Noah has avoided Sarah this whole time or we can say that he wasn’t home most of the time. Mostly he was with Meera and just enjoying his life avoiding all the problems. Sarah was discouraged seeing that he wasn’t interested in her…at all.
She was from southern Asia and Noah’s family lived in the northern part. Her family was the second richest family in Asia. And surprisingly both the families wanted to joint hands-through a marriage-and be the most powerful. Sarah was the only child in her family and she lived in America that’s why she had an American accent. She was also being forced by her family to marry a guy she didn’t even know and who won’t love her even if they married. She was actually a simple girl, not arrogant like other rich girls. She was also quite pretty, she had black hair and was really fair. She always wore a bright smile but no one knew a lot of pain was hidden behind that. Her family always made decisions for her and she actually never complained but now she felt prisoned as she couldn’t do anything of her choice. She wanted to rebel but didn’t have the courage to.
It was actually the engagement day. Everyone was happy except the three of them ( Meera, Noah, and Sarah ) who were actually forced to be stuck in a fake love triangle. Fake because Sarah didn’t even like Noah. She thought of him as a brother since childhood. The King asked Noah to pick Sarah from the Boutique where she was getting ready at.
He was wearing a sky blue blazer with trousers of the same color. He wore a plain white shirt underneath the blazer. His hair softly falling onto his forehead almost covering his hazel eyes and touching his long eyelashes. So, in conclusion, we can say that he was looking REALLY HANDSOME. Meera was with him as she was his ‘ bodyguard ‘ 24/7. She was looking really…Normal. Yup normal cause who the hell with dress up nicely on her boyfriend’s engagement unless the one he proposed is you but unfortunately she wasn’t the one. She was wearing a blue pain dress, now blue because Mary forced her to match with Noah. Yup she knows. The trio and Mary know about their relationship. So actually the king is the only dumb person here.
Meera took him to the boutique and he forced her to come inside with him. Sarah was sitting on the sofa waiting for him, wearing a white gown a little too much for engagement. She stood upon seeing him and came to hug him as he was standing in the center of the room. Somehow he dodged the hug and went to look at the dresses.
“Noah I’m ready so you don’t have to pick another dress,” Sarah said.
“Meera try this.” He said totally ignoring Sarah.
“Isn’t it good enough?” She said looking at the dress she was wearing.
“Being your boyfriend it’s my responsibility to make sure that you’re the best.” He said smiling at her. Sarah was shocked at hearing this.
“But I don’t want to,” Meera whined.
“I didn’t ask you.” He said in a bossy tone.
“Fine.” She said and took the dress from his hand and went to try it.
“So she’s the one you love,” Sarah asked with a bitter smile.
“Yup and I won’t leave her at any cost.” He said in a serious tone.
“Then what’s this engagement for?” She asked confusingly.
“My dad’s forcing me.”
“Wow! Mine too.”
“Leave I won’t ever love you if you marry me cause she’ll be the one in my heart.”
“What if I don’t?”
