“Cut the crap, tell me about lunch” She is too impatient to wait for him to come to the point. So she interrupted him in between.

‘Lunch? What she wants to know is what he had in his lunch today?’ Abhijeet started thinking about his lunch time today and started narrating things “Hmm… I had my lunch outside today with –” And something strikes him.

Anna waited one second then second, third but he didn’t continue. Why is he not replying? “What?” She raised her chin with her voice too to continue.

He now can guess what she wants to hear but to confirm his doubt he asked her something “You were in the same restaurant where I was right?” Everything will be clear if she affirms it.

“Huh!” Anna felt alarmed by his question. How does he know that? She does want to know about that woman but how can she ask it directly “Kind of”

Abhijeet smiled dotingly, his girl is really cute. But what makes him more happier was the thought that, was his girl really got jealous because of some other girl? Moreover for him?

“Kind of? Anyway then you know already that I had my lunch. Don’t worry” He teasingly didn’t replied.

Anna frowned, “You think I am worried about that?” Who wants to know about his diet?

He controlled his smile very hard and asked innocently “Than? What do you wanna know.”

Anna impatiently said “I am asking you about that woman–

He raised his eyebrow and again gently asked “Woman?”

Anna shook her and turned her back towards him and said “I didn’t say anything.”

Seeing her back he felt annoyed, he turned her back to face him and held her hand “Definitely you didn’t but i want to tell you. She is my cousin. She came this morning for lunch.” He caressed her hand.

Anna felt aghast. COUSIN!! Does he mean SISTER. But! “But you were holding hands.”

He looked gently towards her. So she was really jealous that he was holding some other girl’s hand.

His girl really started feeling something towards him finally! The joy in his heart was something he couldn’t describe but he didn’t want her to misunderstand so he caressed his cheek with one hand and said.

“Correction! She was holding my hand to convince me. And I didn’t want to embarrass her, so I didn’t shake it off.”

Abhijeet knows anyone can misunderstand that situation especially when those who know that he hates other gender touch.

Earlier when he put his palm on her cheek it suddenly felt like her body temperature got risen.

She felt her cheeks were getting hot by his touch. But she didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. She was actually liking this closeness between them.

Getting her senses back she recalled what he said… Convince him?

“Convince you? For what?” Anna asked.

“To get married.” He said expressionlessly like it was some kind of trash talk.

Marriage? Right! Last month when she called him related to shoes, he mistakenly thought that she was his mother and said the same things relate to marriage.

At that time she did think about him being forced for the marriage. Is his family really forcing him this hard?

“What did you say then? Agree?” She asked hesitantly. Did he comply with their request?

“How would i? You know except you I never had a single girl besides me.” Abhijeet said, implying other meanings behind his statement.

He is guessing, if things are complicated to her side related to marriage then he will give her indirect indication.

Anna awkwardly laughed and said “Right right” She does get some indication but ‘But why am I getting these indications!!’ She inwardly thought.

“Forget about me. You say what was happening that time. What marriage within a month. Moreover marriage proposal?”

Anna was frustrated since morning because everytime everyone related to her we were talking about this will and conditions.

But now with him things are different. She has a lot to say actually, she has a lot to express, how frustrated she felt by her grandfather.

Anna tells him everything. Whatever happened today since morning. She somehow wanted him to know everything related to her.

Abhijeet was stunned by all this will, conditions and especially the marriage proposal by Sahil.

He was upset too that she didn’t tell him about anything. It’s already been one third day but she didn’t bother herself to call him until he met her coincidently.

He was holding her hand gently till now but it got stiffen and his hold on her got little tightened by the thought of Marriage proposal by someone else for her. If he didn’t interrupt him would she accept it?
