Opposites Attract My Love - Chapter 81
“Brother, all arrangements were good.” Virat reported Abhijeet.
Since the last few days Ankit, Virat and Tanya have all been busy preparing proposals to set up for their sister-in-law for Anna.
“Hmm” Abhijeet replied unconsciously, he was too nervous to even look at those people who were reporting him continuously since morning. He made the arrangements two days ago already but to console himself he continuously asked them to check it again and again.
He did prepare a speech but every time he read it, he found something missing and wrote a new one another moment. The one in his hand right now is 31st but still something is missing…
“Go check the venue again.” He commanded and left the lounge frustratingly. Day after tomorrow is the D day, one of the most important days of his life but he is still not prepared.

“Hey Abhijeet what’s up?” Anna asked excitedly, It had been many days since his voice was heard by her. There were only a few days in the last month when she had not seen him. And now… I am gonna kill that murderer
Even though Anna is still busy, she never misses any calls from parents, brothers, Abhijeet and children, if the phone is on.
This morning they got the second name of the murderer, she was too happy but can’t share with anyone. Just two more days and she will be free.
“Great, you tell how things are going on your side?” It’s been two week since he talked to her last time but he felt like ages. What will he do in future, if it happened again
“Till now great, everything is going accordingly, I am sure I’ll be free in a few days like back. Ahh I am missing those days.” Anna sighs dramatically. But she is actually missing spending time with her family and friends. And after hearing Abhijeet’s voice, she missed him more, but ‘it would be embarrassing if she would say that right?’
“Don’t worry, It will be back to normal soon. Everything ends you know” Abhijeet console her gently
“Yeah it will be”
“So what are you doing tonight? Any dinner plans?” He asked hesitantly, she must be still busy but he wants to meet her before he proposes to her.
Initially Anna had no plan to go out of it office because of her work but when she remembered that half of the workload is not any more there she decided to see Abhijeet for dinner. “Yes with you, are you free?” She didn’t notice that Abhijeet was asking her too.
Abhijeet chuckled lightly to hear her question, like she was asking him out instead of him “I’ll pick you up in 3 hours” when her office hours end.
“No I want to see you now!” She complained like a spoiled brat. She doesn’t have patience to wait that long to see him.
Abhijeet was stunned for a second when he heard how she also wanted to meet her. She missed her too right? “I’ll be there in 20 minutes,” He said hurriedly and went out of his office towards the lift. Finally…
“Hehehe” Anna hung up the call and started packing her stuff too.
****
Abhijeet entered her office and he saw her putting some stuff in her carry bag. Last month Anna already told her office staff to let Abhijeet enter her office even if she is not present. So he doesn’t have any restrictions to pass.
Anna looked up when she heard her office door opening “Right on time Mr. Rai!” Anna smiled brightly when she saw him standing in front of her. She wanted to hug him right away but there are some people in her office discussing some data. She needs to behave.
He went straight towards while keeping an appropriate distance from her, in front of others “I have to be, I can’t waste a second when you’d wanna see me so badly!” He said in a very low voice, that can only be heard by her.
“Well…” Anna hesitated to answer him back but Rahul interrupted them in the middle.
“Mr. Rai can I have words with you?” Rahul asked
“Sure” Abhijeet felt something was missing but he is sure it must be something related to Anna.
“Hey what about me, are you-” Anna stopped them going out and asked
“Wait in office, we’ll be there in a minute. Be obedient” Rahul interrupted her in the middle.
“Hmm” Anna obediently but dejectly went towards her chair.
