Anna was looking at him continuously while he prepared the barbecue for her. It’s not been that long for them to meet each other but still she felt immense joy inside for having his presence this close to her. “So, today you suddenly called me, after two weeks! Why so? There must be a reason right!” Anna asked

He looked up with small smile on his face and nodded “There is”

She narrowed her eyes when she heard it. She thought he would reply that ‘nothing just wanted to meet you but he has his reason’ disappointed. Still she asked “Say”

Because he was looking down, he didn’t see the disappointment in her eyes and replied. “Amm actually I wanted to ask you out”

“Huh? Am I not already out with you?”

“No, I mean, I wanted to ask you out for the day after tomorrow. Are you available?”

“Day after…. Amm… Actually I can’t guarantee you…”

“No other way?” Abhijeet asked hesitantly. He actually forgot the main thing that she might not be available, when she was so busy nowadays. Now he is blaming himself for being a dick head and asking her out at the end moment where it can spoil everything!

“What time?”

“Any time you like.” He immediately replied.

After thinking about her plan that day, she thought that yeah she can celebrate with him that day “Then at night?”

“Definitely” anytime is fine as long as she is available.

“Great”….. “But what so special about the day after tomorrow?” She asked again.

“That you will see later”

“Again! No way. Please!” This later thing now actually pisses her off. It’s been this long but still he won’t tell her those later things. When the hell this later will come!

“Sorry but I promise this is the last time. You will know everything that day” He actually decided to tell her everything related to him, even about kids.

She could do nothing but compromise “Okay… But this is last”

“Promise, now have this” He fed her some grilled meat directly to her mouth and later wiped the remnants of sauce from her side lips.

“Would you like to go on a night walk?” Abhijeet asked the moment they left the restaurant.

“Okay, let’s go”

“Ok let me take you somewhere”

When they reached, they were in front of a park which was totally empty. No mankind was in there. Even though it was late for children’s to play in the park , it was 8 o’clock for elders.

The park was empty but the beauty was all over its place. The natural moonlight was quite evident because no street light was in there. The beautiful night fireflies were all over the bushes and on the ground. The pond clearly reflects the moon itself. It was too mesmerising that Anna couldn’t say a word for a while.

“Wow, such beauty but why does it look empty?” It’s impossible that someone would not visit this park.

Abhijeet didn’t replied at that moment and pulled her towards the corner and whisperly said “Because it’s private, and we are going to jump from the fences in there” Actually this park belongs to his mother and is he get the entry from front, his mother will be informed definitely because he never visited this place ever before and keepers don’t know his identity, so it’s better to am sneak.

“What!” Anna was bewildered by his reply, not because of words but because who said those words. She never knew that Abhijeet was that kind of person too. She was excited.

“Yes. Are you scared?” He questioned the challenge.

“Of course not, I was just scared for you. Will you be able to do that?” She smirked too, challenge accepted.

“Ohh in that case….” Without continuing his words he leap inside the park and continue ‘hop’ “….Yes”

When Anna saw this she couldn’t control her smile at all. She loved his every second of his life with her

“Hold on honey I am coming too” Anna said and also skipped the fences.

Both laughed heartily “Come” Abhijeet asked for her hand to hold which she naturally held but then something strikes and she ask.

“Why do we hold hands all the time?”
