Pastry Chef Sheya - Volume 1 Chapter 45 Frozen

She asked Toby to come inside and gave him a cup of tea while she told him the whole story.. she told him everything.. He was speechless the whole time and still in disbelief half an hour after her revelation.

” So you never told the father about the baby?” He finally asked.

” I’m on my own. I will do this by myself and this is my decision.” Sheya answered.

Few more moments of silence when Toby finally excused himself and left her apartment.

Sheya went back to the kitchen and continued making the sugar icing for the cake that she was doing. It was an ice- castle inspired by the movie frozen and it was halfway done when she accidentally ruined lost her balance and ruined the cake’s structure.

“Shit!” she screamed.

She took a deep breath and went to the terrace for fresh air. She knew that she made the decision to keep the baby against all odds but she couldn’t forget Toby’s reaction when he saw her.

She remembered that few months ago, he was begging her to marry him but now.. he left without even looking at her.

She laid on her bed and quietly sobbed.. she didn’t noticed that Sophie has already come back and was looking her as she fell asleep while crying.

She woke up after several hours and was in a panick..

” The cake! I must finish it or I will not reach the deadline!” She cried while slowly getting out of bed…

She went to the kitchen and got a real big surprise..
