Pastry Chef Sheya - Volume 1 Chapter 48 Surprise

The doctor ordered her daily vitamins and minerals as well as a healthy diet of fresh fruits and vegetables to support growing little girl inside her w.o.m.b.

She was quiet the whole time. Outside the clinic, she noticed a little park and asked Sophie to walk with her..

Sophie: You got any name for the little princess?

Sheya: When I was young, we don’t have a television at home so I used to stare outside the window to watch the stars at night. They were so pretty and bright.. adorable and cute.. I want to call her Star.. baby Star.. she will be the Star of my life, my light, my hope, my guide.. my precious Star..

Sophie: What a nice name! I can’t wait to meet your little Star.. I hope she will be as pretty as you. If you don’t mind me asking, is her real father a good looking man?

Sheya: To tell you the truth, he is a very handsome man.. even better looking than Toby. He looked like a dream.. Nice eyes, pretty lips, angelic face.. beautiful lips.. It’s a win- win situation if my daughter inherited her father’s look too.

They went back home and Sheya looked online for some baby stuffs and decorations while Sophie prepared fresh garden salad sprinkled with olive oil and topped with grated cheddar cheese. She also baked fresh garlic breads and made freshly squeezed orange juice for their drinks.

After dinner, Sophie was still there. She usually go home at about 7PM and go back the next day at around 7 in the morning.

” I will go home in a while.” Sophie replied.

Someone knocked at the door.. She wasn’t expecting anybody so she asked Sophie to answer it.

” Surprise!!!!!” They shouted..

It was Karen, Mark and Henson. ” Sophie told us about our baby Star so tonight, we will have your gender- reveal party or baby shower.. Whatever people want to call it!” Karen screamed.

Sheya was very moved and she gave them a big hug. ” I missed you so much guys!” She confessed.

” Don’t worry about the shop.. business is good. We are making sure to keep things going like the way you wanted it. The 3 of us left a little early to go celebrate here with you.” Mark said.

They brought with them some freshly baked pink cupcakes, pink macarons, pink doughnuts and Henson prepared all pink beverages using Sheya’s Nutribullet or blender.

He made pink passion tea, strawberry milk shake, fruit punch and raspberry coffee.

It was a very happy evening..

Sophie gave her a necklace made of pink beads. ” I bought it a while ago at the shop in front of your apartment.. I hope you like it”. She said.

” I will wear this everyday!” Sheya replied.
