Percy Jackson And The Child Of Doom - Chapter 0
Hi again it’s me. This novel takes Stephen Fry’s takes of The Greek Myths in his ‘Mythos volume 1-?’ (Hasn’t finished at time of writing I believe) for all the parts that PJO doesn’t fully explain and also some of his personalities for some of the gods so yes, some of this might not be true to PJO as in PJO Nyx And Erebus are seen as on the side of evil more and in Tartarus where as in this they’ll be more Chaotic Neutral, With that all out the way time to my personal changes!
The Most different part of this to what I explained is that Moros, Personification Of Impending Doom and Metis An Oceaniad Sited as the original Goddess Of Wisdom, Deep Thought And Prudence (She was also Sited as Zeus’ First love and the reason Athena was born from Zeus after Zeus ate her), Had a child this child was destined to kill his father which in this case would be Moros surely? Well this child would not be born (or not even seen as Metis had not begun swelling yet) before Hera’s and Zeus’ wedding during which Zeus seduces Metis making love to her also giving her a child which would turn out to be Athena. After Zeus seduces Metis he eats her stopping the prophecy of her second child would overthrow their father. Months later Athena is born as Metis’ first child even through the weird circumstances. What happened to her child with Moros? Well Moros was able to swing a couple of deals with a couple of gods so that his child’s birth would take along time infact all the way to 1995 where a child was just plopped into existence. This child was a baby boy who was the child of Moros, Metis and perhaps even more importantly of Zeus. This baby was an adorable one. A few days after his birth Artemis came upon him with her huntresses and adopted the boy as her only and ever son.
Hope You Liked The Info, Percy Jackson helped me when even I didn’t realised I was depressed after all who’d think you’re depressed at the age of 9 and in fact without it I definitely wouldn’t have gotten into anime. I was trying to come up with a good PJO story for ages when I was a having a panic attack and by accident bought Stephen Fry’s ‘Mythos Volume 1’ On audible and out of panic I also started listening to it and got a better idea of Greek even though even before I was quite knowledgeable having done my own research but that Really helped me come up with this character so yeah I guess thanks to mr panic attack sama?
