Please Be Quiet And Take Off Your “Something” - Chapter 28
“I understand your intention, but if you keep calling it, I’m afraid it might stand up.”
“What are you raising between your legs, for it to react when you call its name!?! Is it a dog or what?”
“It’s because you called it.”
Si-Jin answered as if she meant something special to him. His blunt reply, which nearly sounded like the beginning of a poem recital to declare his love to Na-Yool, almost caused a romantic misunderstanding on her side.
Yes, it was probably in her head.
“Sexual intercourse. Sexual relation.”
“……”
“Mating. Copulating. Shaging.”
“……”
“Banging, though I kind of hate it. Do we really need to use this one?”
Not only had he the nerve to shift the responsibility to Na-Yool after he made that impromptu list, but above that, he did it while he looked at her as if she were the lewdest person ever. Na-Yool’s face contorted under the wrongful accusation.
“I hate it even more… Also, just use whatever you want, do not mind me! And when I am not around! Why do you keep trying to reach an agreement with me—”
“You started it in the first place when you said you didn’t like me saying you jumped me. It’s your fault.”
“Why does it matter? We do not need to put a label on it, anyway!”
“It should matter. Now and onwards too, by the way.”
“Why onwards too—”
“Because we will continue to have sex in the future.”
Of course, calling it whatever you prefer. Is what Si-Jin so kindly added, but Na-Yool was in no condition for it to reach her ears.
“What the hell are you talking about!”
“I thought it was very simple common sense.”
Common sense, the word that suited him the least. Na-Yool glared at Si-Jin, her eyes filled with wariness, but he continued his short explanation as if he was teaching a child how to solve a simple arithmetic operation.
“When you want to keep a secret, don’t you usually do what the other person asks for? If you have ‘common sense’, obviously.”
“Let me get this straight… the fact that I, with you… that we slept together…”
“‘Slept’ together… how cute. Did we sleep side by side in pajamas?”
Na-Yool tried to ignore him and continued.
“So what you are saying, right now, is that, to protect that secret, I have to keep sleeping with you?”
“Yeah.”
“Then what was that this morning about me teaching you common sense and understanding?”
“My statement is rational, so it is within the limit of common sense, right?”
Even though she had no idea what kind of bullshit this was, she knew the common sense she had built up over her 29 years of existence was about to crumble down.
“Am I hearing things? Are you serious about that nonsense?”
“You heard it right.”
“You’re a lunatic…”
Her words condensed the profound astonishment felt from the depths of her soul.
“You should have said that when you caught your boss masturbating in his office with his dick out.” answered Si-Jin, unbothered.
“That is the secret! Your deadly secret that you should protect! I don’t have any! You freaking office exhibitionist! You perverted sicko! Why are you sneakily pawning off your secret on me!”
Did he think his secret was a bomb about to explode, for him to toss it from his hands to her hands? Did he think it was okay to antagonize someone like this? [T/E/N: You know the game in variety shows where guests all have to pass a balloon with a timer on it and the balloon would pop after some time? That bomb.]
In a huff, Na-Yool flipped her watery eyes towards Si-Jin. His head leaned on the wheel, slightly tilted, he was contemplating Na-Yool’s wretched state as if entranced by it.
His mind, his body, up and down… that guy is beyond help. As if he had guessed Na-Yool had reached that conclusion, Si-Jin showed her a beaming smile.
“Isn’t it obvious? To seal your lips even more.”
He smiled like he was the most harmless and pleasant person in the world as he said these words – which was insidious to the extreme. Na-Yool, who noticed his hand had come a little further between her legs, hit his wrist and snapped back.
“Pull your hand out of my legs, you pervert!”
“Don’t want to. You still have your clothes on, so why should I?”
