Pokemon: Ultimate Generations - Chapter 29
As the Battle was coming to an end, many of Gan’s Pokemon were gaining experience from the big battle. This battle was completely unexpected, Gan obviously never expected to run into a swarm of Beedrill.
Chansey was running back and forth trying to heal Pokemon like Butterfree, who had suffered at the blades of Beedrill. Gan saw victory and sighed in relief, his Pokemon were also gaining a lot of exp from this.
“Okay, I’ll pay it… my father is extremely rich, so I carry such chump change on me!” The man at the side said haughtily.
‘Just you wait, how dare you extort us!?’ One of the men thought coldly, his heart turned sinister at the thought of what he was going to do to Gan. In fact, all of them were thinking the same thing, but they had to be careful; this guy was carrying an army of Pokemon with him!
The men reached into their bags, but they only had ₱61,000 in total.
Clefairy seemed to have sensed something from the men, their emotions didn’t go unnoticed by fairy Pokemon like Clefairy. Clefairy leaped over lightly towards Gan and started speaking to him with its Pokemon tongue.
Gan obviously didn’t understand, but it kept pointing at the men and shaking its hand and head in dissatisfaction. He smiled in his heart, how could these types of people let him go?
“₱61,000 will do, thank you.” Gan happily said.
The men handed over the cash then Gan stored it away.
Eventually, all of the Beedrill were defeated. Gan turned around and saw that his Geodude had hit level 22, while both his Nidoran were starting to evolve. Gan didn’t know the amount of Beedrill that had appeared but they gave a lot of Exp individually.
Gan was elated seeing their great jump in level, he felt like he could challenge the Gym Leader Misty now. But that Starmie, he needed something for that thing, he needed something to deal with such a fast Pokemon.
Magikarp was at level 17, it was only going to be used if he had to cross the ocean, and for his Pokedex entry sake. As soon as both Nidoran evolved, he heard a notification go off, but he didn’t have the time to look at it.
Nidorino stood on all 4’s as it had always done, while Nidorina stood straight up on her hind legs. Gan needed to change their natures, he didn’t like their natures at all because they could do more damage with the right nature.
“Thank you for the money, you guys saved me the trouble of looting your corpses! Geodude, come knocked these guys out!” Geodude almost acted instantly, he had grown used to knocking things over the head.
“W-what are you doing?! We paid you, how could you treat us like this!? You f**king bastard!” They were shocked, but before they knew it; they saw nothing but darkness.
Gan couldn’t take the chance, he saw that look in their eyes and knew why Clefairy was warning him. It had sensed their ill intention, it was futuristic killing intent, to have Gan dead! He didn’t have to kill them directly, he could just let the poison run its course
All of the Pokemon gathered together, the battle was over so they just stood by for further instruction. Chansey was still checking everyone to see if everyone was doing alright. She actually started to help those poisoned men but Gan told her otherwise.
Clefairy played with Jigglypuff, they were of the same type and came from the same place; supposedly. Gan grabbed the bag and started to search it, it was indeed an egg inside. This was surely a Pokemon egg due to its size.
The egg was slightly bigger than an American FootBall, it was black with a giant red circle in the middle of it. Gan scanned it to see if he could find any extra information about it.
|Type: ???
|Level: 1
|Gender: Male
|Ability: ???
|Potential: ★★★★★
|Nature: Serious
|Moves: ???
“*Gasp!*” Gan was shocked, what type of Pokemon was inside of this egg!? It was a 5-star Pokemon egg!
The egg needed to be incubated in order to hatch, so he needed to buy one. Gan calmed down and stored the egg away for later. He was so happy, it was 5 stars, the legendary 5 star Pokemon, but what was in it?
Gan robbed the men of all that they had, including their Pokemon. He usually didn’t rob people of their Pokemon but these guys were going to die soon. After waiting for 30 minutes, they all died in their sleep, well, while knocked out.
Gan had Koffing burn the corpses, his last name wasn’t Arson for nothing. He couldn’t be remorseful for people that wanted to bring harm to him. Gan was starting to change when it came to this, he needed to live as long as he could.
Once he has caught all of the Pokemon in the world, beaten all of the Gym Leaders, and collected all of their badges, he would settle down somewhere. It was telling how long that would take, but he would live out his life in this world until he died.
Then, he would go to the One Piece World, hehe!
He came here expecting to train for a while, but it was over just like that. Gan recalled all of his Pokemon and left Beedrill’s territory. His next destination was Pewter City, he needed to meet Warren.
Gan caught as many Beedrill as he could, he would earn Merit Points by selling them at the Pewter City Branch. Within 30 minutes, he arrived at Pewter City, and the first place he went to was the Pokemon Center.
He had to have those Beedrill fully healed in order to sell them at the highest Price. Getting your Pokemon healed was free of charge, so he didn’t suffer any losses. The nurse’s face twitched seeing the amount of Pokemon Gan wanted to be healed.
She pulled out a basket and put them all in as she glared at Gan with squinted eyes. Gan only smiled brightly; revealing all of his teeth. The nurse didn’t know why, but she felt like punching him for some reason.
She silently took the Pokemon in the back to be healed up. There were bȧrėly any people that came to the Pokemon Center since there weren’t many trainers around here yet. Gan could be considered to have gotten a head start on everyone, but many trainers would soon swarm this City in due time.
Knowing that it would take some time to heal those Pokemon, he went to the market to buy some clothes. Their clothes weren’t as fancy as Celedon City’s but they would do for now. After buying himself some clothes, he went back to the Pokemon Center to pick up his Pokemon.
“Try to be more careful now, you had so many Pokemon that needed healing!” The nurse smiled, but Gan could tell that it really wasn’t a smile.
“Damn it, just do your darn job!’ Gan cursed the nurse in his thoughts, but he only smiled on the outside and nodded before leaving.
A lot of the Beedrill had been left behind but Gan had taken 22 of them away. This wasn’t counting the Beedrill he had caught a while ago before that big fight. Gan was fairly hungry but he held off until he was done taking care of business at Pewter City’s Branch.
Gan did what Warren did and said the words: Team Rocket Forever’ before being let in. Once Gan was inside, he showed his ID and was approved. There was a different duo standing guard this time, so they didn’t recognize him.
Once he was in the base, he headed straight towards the Merit Hall. Occupying the Merit Hall was the same man he encountered the first time he visited this place. Some people struggled to get Merit Points, but there were some that were naturally talented.
Gan waited behind some girl, who was purchasing a TM. Once she was finished, Gan walked forward.
“Damn, you again? I thought you went back to Celedon City.” The man knitted his eyebrows as he gazed upon Gan.
The last time he was blackmailed out of Points and Money; the branch had to do counts but he usually did the scamming while the rest of the money went into his pocket.
“You know I can’t leave without blackmailing you again, how about hooking me up with ₱100,000 and 50,000 Merit Points? After that, I’ll leave for sure, what do you say?” Gan smiled and said.
“GO TO HELL!!” The man’s face turned red from rage, he thought he was hearing things at first but his ears weren’t deceiving him.
“Damn man, take a joke, you’re running your blood pressure up getting mad all of the time.” Gan laughed and said.
“Damn you, what the hell do you want?” The man gritted his teeth, he was still pissed off at Gan. He just wanted to give Gan his earnings, so he could scram out of here before he ended up getting played again.
“Okay, anyway, I’m here to earn some Merit Points by selling some Pokemon.” Gan got straight to the point, as much as he wanted to mess with this guy, he didn’t have time.
“Hmph! What are you selling? If it’s anything basic like a Weedle or Caterpie, then don’t expect much! ” The man wore a black turtle neck long sleeve shirt, with the Team Rocket R on it. He wore men’s brown safari trousers, he had a good build, so it showed that he stayed in shape.
“I’m selling a huge number of Beedrill, as for their talent and skills, you’ll have to find out yourself.” Gan pulled out a box filled with PokeBalls that held all of the Beedrill within them.
“Beedrill? Okay, right this way..” The man was stunned seeing so many PokeBalls, but Beedrill wasn’t a bad Pokemon in Team Rocket’s opinion.
