Primordial Sin System - Chapter 535: Chaos God’s Decree
Chapter 535
Inside the Lightning Empire, the nine surviving human emperors were seated, awaiting the arrival of the Holy Son.
Dave had notified Muller of his return, prompting Muller to announce it to everyone.
The human emperors, except Muller, felt nervous and unsure of how to face the Holy Son.
They felt ashamed for having hidden in their empires and not contributing much to the fight against the demons.
Although it wasn’t entirely their fault, as they didn’t know the Lightning Empire was taking the initiative to eliminate the demons, they couldn’t help but admire the Holy Son who had single-handedly defeated a demon lord.
Their reverence for him had peaked, even though they hadn’t met him yet.
There were nine human empires left, each led by their respective emperors.
Suddenly, while they were talking amongst themselves, a portal appeared, and a handsome man stepped through.
His youthful face and noble aura stunned them, and they felt an urge to kneel.
“Holy Son,”
Muller said, bowing to him.
Seeing Muller bow, the other emperors followed suit, their regal demeanor replaced by humility in Dave’s presence.
Dave waved his hand and replied, “Stop the formalities.”
Muller nodded and instructed everyone to sit.
Dave remained standing, observing the eight other human emperors.
There were six male emperors and two female emperors, the latter being the Water Empress and the Wood Empress.
Both were beautiful, though they paled in comparison to the women Dave was accustomed to.
With a calm expression, Dave addressed them, “I am the Holy Son of the Chaos God, Dave Alexander. As you all know, the demons have been eradicated, so you are free to do as you wish.”
Dave waved his hand dismissively, showing little interest in further conversation.
Muller then bowed and said, “Holy Son, the other emperors have agreed to follow the Chaos Lord and are awaiting your decision.”
Muller, who didn’t want his fellow emperors left behind, had advocated for their unity.
The other emperors nodded, avoiding direct eye contact with Dave.
The two female emperors, in particular, remained in a daze, unable to take their eyes off Dave.
“Ehem,” Muller coughed, breaking their trance.
The two empresses blushed and quickly bowed, hiding their embarrassment.
Muller was surprised to see the two usually arrogant empresses, who had looked down on him before, now acting like smitten young women.
Dave smiled and said, “Very well, but you all need to undergo the trial to see if you deserve to be taken under the cover of the Chaos Lord.”
The emperors exchanged nervous glances but nodded in agreement.
They were eager to prove themselves and earn the favor of the Chaos God through his Holy Son.
Dave continued, “The trial will test your strength, loyalty, and devotion. Only those who pass will be granted the protection and blessings of the Chaos Lord. Prepare yourselves, and may the Chaos guide you.”
The emperors knew about it, and Muller had told them about the trial before, but none of them rejected it.
Dave waved his hands, and each of them appeared in his sin domain.
After one hour, the eight emperors returned to the table, their faces displaying shock, but they sighed in relief that all of them had passed.
Their sins were released one by one, and every emperor had found some of their hidden secrets, but none of them were against the human race, so they had passed.
Even so, they still felt ashamed to meet everyone, as their secrets had been unveiled.
They looked at the handsome man in front of them, waiting for his words.
“Very well, it seems you are loyal to the human race,” Dave declared.
“Receive the decree of the Chaos God.”
Dave waved his hands, and a token appeared in his hands, prompting everyone in the room, including Muller, to kneel before him.
“From now on, all humans will be united, worshiping the Chaos God and spreading his deeds to everyone.”
“The empires will remain the same under the rule of the human emperors, but the Lightning Empire will be transformed into the Chaos God Sanctuary, where all humans should pay respect to the Chaos God once a year.”
“Muller will become the Pope of the Church, and the eight emperors should follow his words.”
The other emperors sighed in relief that they could still maintain their status, but they were now below Muller, and none of them rejected it.
“Pope.”
They bowed to Muller, who was stunned as well, not expecting the God he followed to give him such a huge responsibility.
He accepted it and swore to fulfill all the duties assigned to him.
Dave wasn’t finished.
“The Chaos God will bless everyone who follows him, and he announced that he will choose five humans from the desolate plane to showcase their potential and be granted the bloodline of the human emperor.”
“The event will happen one year later, so everyone should use this opportunity to become stronger. Remember, only people under the age of 100 can participate, and they will be the five heroes of the Chaos God in the future.”
With that, Dave winked at Muller and disappeared from sight.
Muller was shocked, but a lot of information appeared in his mind, and he realized that the Holy Son had thrust the responsibility upon him.
He smiled bitterly but didn’t object. The news was shocking to everyone, including Muller.
“Human Emperor Bloodline? Is that the bloodline of Emperor Wu?” one of the other emperors said in shock and amazement.
“I didn’t expect the Holy Son to reward it to us humans. It’s a pity that all of us are already old.”
Even so, they had many human geniuses in their empires, and the news about the decree of the Chaos God spread to every human.
They worshiped him and were delighted by the news of the bloodline of the human emperor.
The Chaos God would choose five humans to accept the bloodline, and they were excited about it
