Prince And His Fool (Boylove) - Chapter 87
Amidst all the chaos, Ying Tie didn’t have the luxury to even catch his breath running around saving the people of Qinshu province. He had managed to find various bunkers were hordes of malnourished slaves with protruding bones, were chained up awaiting death. When they saw Ying Tie, they instinctively shrunk back terrified of the brawny man. He would have loved to reassure them with a long speech but time was a luxury he didn’t have.
Ying Tie broke the chains with his bare hands freeing them from their bondage before saying, “Follow me if you want to live, I will lead you to the border,” without looking back as he exited the bunker. He proceeded to open up all the bunkers and repeating the same message. At first, the people didn’t move in fear of what Wu Wúqíng would do to them but seeing that they would die anyway if they stayed as penance for the broken chains, they followed behind him hoping for the best.
As expected, they were met with some resistance along the way but the assailants were no match to Ying Tie and were soon defeated with minimum effort. Ying Tie led them beyond the barrier and instructed them to hide and only come out when he returned. The brawny man ran back into the belly of the beast looking for survivors within the war zone carefully avoiding the line of fire. He repeated the same process several times and was making his final inspection of the dungeon when the earth was struck by what seemed like a megaquake. Ying Tie held on to what was left of the wall hoping he wouldn’t be buried under the rubble when a loud crumbling sound caught him by surprise.
When the earth stopped shaking he followed the sound through a narrow passage he could only go through sideways. It was a tight squeeze for someone his size but he had to check otherwise he wouldn’t be able to live with himself if he left someone behind. With great difficulty, he finally reached the end of the corridor and noticed a collapsed false wall that had caved in when the megaquake hit.
He quickly cleared a path hauling away the crumbled bricks. Knowing Wu Wuqing’s psychopathic nature, he wouldn’t be surprised if he found a living person who had been walled in alive and he was right. Inside was what used to be a dungeon with the Iron Gate shaken off its hinges by the violent quake. The dungeon had been walled in making it look like a regular wall and if the quake hadn’t happened, he would have easily overlooked it. It was dark inside but he could clearly make out shadowy shapes. There was a mechanised contraption with an arrow pointing at what seemed to be a person hung at the wall. The human figure had ropes tied to each of his four limbs which meant if he made the slightest movement the arrow would instantly pierce their heart.
Ying Tie sighed while shaking his head if the arrow didn’t kill the person they would definitely die of thirst. He couldn’t help but wonder what this person had done to piss off Wu Wuqing to this extent as he destroyed the contraption with one blow. He helped the person down and carefully carried them out of the dungeon. It’s only when they reached the comfort of daylight did Ying Tie finally see the person’s face.
“Fuck!” he swore when he saw Wu Fan’s bloodied face as he lay unconscious on the ground. He was in shock as he didn’t expect to find the man here. Ying Tie gently wiped away the blood on his face with trembling hands so he could see him clearly. At first, he thought Wu Fan was dead as his body was as stiff as a corpse but the man was still warm with a slight fever. He should have known, Wu Fan was like roach so hard to exterminate even for Wu Wuqing. Ying Tie lightly slapped his cheek to wake him up but the man didn’t move and so he attempted to slap him again but this time Wu Fan grabbed his wrist pulling him down with force.
Ying Tie’s face was intimately hovering above Wu Fan’s face that if he hadn’t placed his arm on the ground he would have ended up kissing Wu Fan’s lips. Wu Fan finally opened his eyes when he saw Ying Tie’s face and the ambiguous position they were currently in, his eyes sparkled in excitement. “Oh my Tie, you just couldn’t wait, could you? I am all yours baobei,” he said in a flirtatious tone while reaching out to touch Ying Tie’s face.
Ying Tie swatted his hand away while glaring dagger at him, “What the fuck are you doing here Wu Fan? Is this where you have been hiding all this time?” he curiously asked not showing any sign of moving.
“I was only doing what I had to do to win your heart, my love. Haha, who knew I would fail and get tortured by that evil bastard instead. I guess if I hadn’t got caught then my baobei wouldn’t have come to save me,” he said with his fingers fiddling with Ying Tie’s garment.
“Who the fuck is your baobei, don’t sprout nonsense,” said Ying Tie averting his gaze.
“Baby if we are going to keep being in this ambiguous position then let’s take advantage and make out,” he suggested with such amorous eyes that almost roped in Ying Tie. Wu Fan was definitely the brawny man’s bain and absolutely hated how he easily fell into Wu Fan’s traps even when he saw them coming a mile away. He tsked as he stood up and walked away but soon stopped in his tracks when he heard Wu Fan hissing in pain.
“Sssss it really hurts. Tie I can’t get up,” he whined while clutching his abdomen but Ying Tie hesitated, “Seriously are you going to leave me here to die? Tie you are so heartless! Fine let me just patiently wait to become vulture food,” he said spreading his limbs on the ground going limp like a toddler throwing a tantrum. “No one cares if I die anyway. No one in this world loves me even the one I love is willing to ditch me and let me become vulture food,” he said putting on airs with crocodile tears. If this fool had done this to anyone other than Ying Tie they wouldn’t have fallen for it but Wu Fan’s appearance softened Ying Tie’s heart.
He picked him up to carry at his back but Wu Fan wouldn’t be Wu Fan if he didn’t complain. “No the other way. It would be more comfortable if you carry me like Wu Yange carried Rong Rong.”
Ying Tie dropped him on the ground and shot him an icy glare, “Don’t fucking push it.”
‘Not fun,’ thought Wu Fan before stretching out his hand for Ying Tie to help him up. “Fine, fine, fine I won’t. Now will you help your baby up?” he said with a disappointed countenance. Ying Tie placed him on his back and didn’t contest the form of address resulting in a cocky Wu Fan grinning in a sly manner. As Ying Tie walked towards the palace with the psycho on his back, he couldn’t help smiling. He was glad Wu Fan was okay and more grateful that the psycho couldn’t see his smile otherwise he would tease him to death.
Ying Tie had underestimated Wu Fan, as usual. Wu Fan might not have witnessed the beaming smile but he found another way of causing trouble. He gently kissed Ying Tie’s ear which felt like a tingly furnace at Wu Fan’s touch. “Fuck Wu Fan do you think I won’t drop you?” he yelled trying to shake him off but the leech clutched on as though his life depended on it.
“It was an accident, I swear,” claimed Wu Fan playing the ‘I don’t know what the hell you are talking about’ card but we all know that was bull crap and so did Ying Tie. The ‘accident’ happened a couple more times before they reached the palace. By the time they got there Ying Tie had to admit defeat, it felt good being kissed by Wu Fan on his ear.
