- Chapter 294 My Sister-In-Law Is My Surrogate 53
In an hour, all the Hans -minus Han Wen who had been in school when everything happened and chose to remain in school after finding out about it- assembled at the hospital.
On the bed, the Han Madam laid stiffly, unable to move the right half of her body due to stroke. She looked so wrinkled and spent that they all doubted she had much time left.
Han Yuanjun stepped forward. “Mother..”
The Han Madam had a reaction then. She couldn’t turn her face so she moved her eyes around until it landed on her son and raised her left hand. “Yu- Yuanjun…”
Han Yuanjun stepped forward and held her hand. After squeezing it tightly for five seconds, the Han Madam released him and called out, “A- A’Tao.”
Han Tao hesitated for several seconds before slowly stepping forward. “Grandmother.”
Looking at her grandson, tears spilled from the Han Madam’s eyes and she held his hand. They had truly been too hasty. If only there was a way to- no! If they brought Xu Lifen back now then she would laugh in their faces.
She couldn’t have that! Rather than that… She eyed Min Yanyu.
Min Yanyu immediately got the message and turned to her son with a sigh, “A’Tao. I know all that has happened is very unfortunate but you have to remember that we still don’t have an heir. This is why…” She nodded at Fu Lan.
Fu Lan nodded back and walked out of the room. Five seconds later, she walked in with a young lady behind her.
After the banquet, Min Yanyu and Fu Lan had tried reaching out to elite families with eligible daughters to find a lady for Han Tao but none had been willing. They were about to give up when a young lady had volunteered herself.
She was from a lesser known elite family with a struggling company but that wasn’t so bad. The parents of the lady had firmly refused but after giving them a huge sum and promising that all they needed from the young lady was a child and then she was free to go, the family had agreed.
Looking at the prettily dressed Luo Wenjia, Min Yanyu nodded and continued, “We found someone to get pregnant for you.”
Han Tao frowned. “What do you mean by-” He suddenly paused when he felt his grandmother’s hold on him tighten.
The Han Madam trembled sickly as she said using distorted words, “A’Tao, do…n’t be stu..orn. We’re.. ru..ing out of ti… and yo..re not ge..ing any youn..ger.”
Han Tao held back his refusal and turned to the young lady.
Seeing that she had Han Tao’s attention, Luo Wenjia lowered her head shyly with a fiercely beating heart. She was so happy! Who knew she’d be able to get young master Han this quickly?!
That day, it was settled that Luo Wenjia would live in the Han home until she conceived and gave birth.
In order to maintain peace, Han Rong was sent off -screaming- to one of the Han family private properties.

On Luo Wenjia’s first night in the Han mansion, she wore a sheer nightrobe and waited for Han Tao in the guest wing happily. Young master Han was her dream and she was so happy it was finally coming through.
When Han Tao entered the room, he found Luo Wenjia laying seductively on the bed with a very transparent nightdress. He sneered. This young lady was clearly a slut but since he’d already promised his grandmother, he quickly got down to work.
Ten minutes in…
“Aaahh… Mhhh… Yo..ung master Han…” Luo Wenjia threw caution to the wind and moaned to her heart’s content.
On the other hand, Han Tao looked down at her doubtfully. What if she was pretending to enjoy it? Chen Meili had also looked at him like that but had still run off to get pleased by Gu Longwei during the night.
At that thought, Han Tao began pounding into Luo Wenjia viciously and without mercy. Hearing her cry at some point, he nodded in satisfaction. How was he lacking in bed? He was clearly much better and much more vibrant that old piece of meat Gu Longwei!
Luo Wenjia had never felt so much pain before. “Yo…. Han… Please slow down,” She cried.
What were her pleas to Han Tao? Utter rubbish! In fact, he quite liked how energetic things were so… He increased his pace.
…To Luo Wenjia’s dismay.
—————–
The next day, Luo Wenjia walked into the dining hall looking like a ghost.
The eyes of everyone widened when they saw her. Min Yanyu stood up. “Are you okay.”
Luo Wenjia smiled dryly. “Y-yes.”
Her ‘yes’ was very unconvincing and when Han Jiao looked dow at Luo Wenjia’s trembling legs, she snickered and turned to pinch her sister. As soon as Han Yi saw it, both girls started laughing.
Luo Wenjia saw this and her face burned. She knew why they were doing this. She and the first two Han triplets did not get along and had clashed many times at banquets so them laughing at her was normal. In fact she was already prepared for their scorn when she decided to carry young master Han’s child.
With a hiss, she sat down and said, “I can understand why you don’t like me. After all the one you like had slept with your father and given you three extra siblings. Compared to that, I’m clearly lacking.”
Han Yi’s eyes widened and Han Jiao held her chest. “You-”
“Shut up.” Han Yuanjun cut in. When the girls stared at him with wronged expressions, he ignored them and turned to Luo Wenjia. “Mind your words.”
Luo Wenjia rolled her eyes and sent the girls a very provocative smile before focusing on her food.

The next few days, Han Tao visited Luo Wenjia every night and plummeled her to the extent that she regretted her decision. The young master Han she was faced with when she entered the Han mansion was much different from the man she had in her head.
He never spoke to her, never asked about her wellbeing, all he did was come every night like a thief and dump his frustration and semen in her -and he did it in the most painful way possible too!
A week after entering the Han home, Lu Wenjia decided enough was enough.
That morning, as they all had breakfast, she walked in with her luggage. “I’m leaving!”
The eyes of every widened and Fu Lan stood up. “What do you mean by you’re leaving? It’s only been a week!”
Luo Wenjia grit her teeth. When she looked to Han Tao’s spot and realized the man did not have any reaction,
BANG!
She angrily threw her luggage to the floor. “I can’t stand him anymore! I can see why his wife had chosen to run to another man!”
The dining hall fell silent and Han Tao trembled. That was his sore spot and this random woman had dared to poke it!
CRASH!
CLATTER!
The dishes around Han Tao fell to the ground as he angrily stood up. He was going to deal with her!
Watching Han Tao advance, Luo Wenjia’s momentum weakened and she ran to hide behind Han Yuanjun. “He’s clearly a raging beast and you all expect me to remain?!”
Min Yanyu looked at her son and her heart ached. When did Han Tao become like this? If she’d known then she wouldn’t have supported his marriage to Chen Meili. Her mind trailed to Xu Lifen.
Although Xu Lifen had caused trouble, all her troubles had never really caused any harm to the Han family. Now though… The Chen Meili they had all loved had singlehandedly brought them to ruins..
With a sorrowful sigh, Min Yanyu stood up. “A’Tao stop.” Then she turned to Luo Wenjia. “We’ll allow you to leave but first why don’t we check if you’re pregnant first?”
Fu Lan nodded eagerly. “True, true. Let’s check.” After all, Luo Wenjia had been in her fertile period when they brought her in.
Luo Wenjia contemplated. She really wanted to leave but it was best to check if she was pregnant or not first.
.

.
At the hospital, Luo Wenjia’s blood sample was taken and they all sat in the doctor’s office awaiting the results. The Han Madam was also present.
She’d found out from a clueless nurse that her family was present and thinking that Luo Wenjia was pregnant, she’d gingerly ordered them to being her here on a wheelchair.
The others tried to persuade her to leave but she refused. After weighing the pros and cons, they decided to let her stay. If Luo Wenjia wasn’t pregnant then they would not say anything.
They would only let the young lady leave the mansion and look for a different woman behind the Han Madam’s back. That way, the old lady would not be stressed over the issue.
30 minutes later, the doctor walked in. The middle aged man had seen so much with this family over the years that he didn’t even hesitate and went straight to the point. “Here are the results. The young lady isn’t pregnant.”
The Han Madam sighed sadly whilst disappointment appeared on the faces of Min Yanyu, Fu Lan and Han Yuanjun.
Han Yi and Han Jiao, on the other hand, sneered at Luo Wenjia and said under their breaths, “…Isn’t even fertile but dared to act like we need her.”
Luo Wenjia’s head exploded. “Who isn’t fertile? Your mother is the one who isn’t fertile!” She turned to Min Yanyu and Fu Lan. “The both of you had clearly seen my test results before I went into your home. My records are clean and I was clearly very fertile. Rather than doubt me..”
She eyed Han Tao from head to toe in disdain. “Why not have him checked? Afterall somebody else had to get his wife pregnant for him!”
“SHUT UP!” Han Tao roared in anger. What was with this woman?! How wasn’t he fertile?! He’d had kids before with Xu Lifen!
Luo Wenjia only rolled her eyes and sassily walked out.
In the office, Fu Lan looked around before weakly suggesting, “Why don’t we have A’Tao checked out, hm?” When the man in question looked at her incredulously, she quickly added, “I’m not doubting you or anything. You’ve had kids before.
-What I’m trying to say is a lot of things could hinder conception and you’ve been stressed lately. That could be a factor. Wouldn’t it be best to check out if there was any problem and fix it?”
Everyone thought she made sense and since they were all like this, Han Tao reluctantly agreed and went to have his samples collected.
Twenty minutes later, he returned to the office to await the results with the rest of them.
At that moment, the Han Madam tried to speak through her stroke, “I do.t li.e th.at gi..rl. Lo..ok for so…m…one.. else la..ter.”
With the Han Madam suggesting it herself, the minds of everyone settled.
Three hours later, the Hans were getting very impatient and the nurse was about to take the Han Madam back to her ward to rest when the doctor walked into the office.
He looked at everyone before looking down at the result in his hand. What really was with this family? Although he’d gone past coddling the feelings of the Hans, this news was still too difficult for him to break.
He sighed. “I think it’s best if the Han Madam is taken back to her ward. She must be very tired.”
The Han Madam glared at him and waved her left hand in disagreement. Just because she was in this state did not mean they were allowed to keep her in the dark! She was still very strong and capable!
Han Yuanjun spoke up. “Mother why don’t yo-” He froze when she eyed him angrily too. He looked to the doctor helplessly.
The doctor sighed again. If the family said it was alright then it wasn’t his place to interfere anymore. He cleared his throat. “I had personally carried out the test twice just to make sure and the result… Well the result…”
Han Tao frowned. “Speak up.”
The doctor let go of all inhibitions. “Mr. Han Tao is infertile.”
Not a single person registered words the doctor had just spoken.
Min Yanyu shook her head to clear her ears. “What did you say?”
The doctor repeated. “It is impossible for Mr. Han Tao to have children ever again.”
The Han Madam trembled fiercely. Han Tao was infertile. Infertile meant he was unable to have children. He was the only remaining son of the Han family beside Han Yuanjun…
In her panic, the Han Madam sprang up from her chair in the doctor’s direction using all of her strength but a second later, she slipped and fell to the ground.
Dead.
