Queen Kohra - 70 Episode 25
“I feel a very fierce spatial interruption here. It feels ancient” Kohra says after spreading her magix in the air.
“It might be my spell. It was a quite powerful one after all”
“No, I know the imprint of your magi. It’s not it. It’s almost like the space is marked. Maybe the gateway to the Heavenly Humans Kingdom is here”
“There are exactly 50 Heavenly Human Kingdoms in our realm. It is possible one could be here. However, I’m not sure if it is my clan”
“Well, why don’t we find out?”
Kohra shed her male skin and was back in her original form. She unsheathed the sword on her hip, built up about 50 percent of her chaos magi, and slashed the air in front of them. It seemed like reality cut into two and a loud crack sounded. A bright light flashed and blinded them both.
“WHO DARES DESTROY THE GATE OF MY KINGDOM?! SHOW YOURSELF!”
A loud voice boomed all around and the snowy skies above cleared to reveal a large golden gate with the symbol of the heavenly human on it. A giant bearded old man stood in front of the gate, wielding two flaming swords. When he saw Kohra with the sword brimming with chaos magix, he attacked.
“KOHRA!!” Lesker yelled and jumped in to save her but was pushed out by a sudden gust of wind.
“Do not interfere. I would handle this. Go look for your parents”
“But-”
“Go. Now!”
Lesker huffed and ran towards the gate. The old man threw a flaming sword towards Lesker but it was cut by Kohra’s Chaos magix before it could even reach him.
“Ho ho! You’re pretty good”
“Not many would dare to fight a deity. Not many get to. You’re pretty interesting”
“A deity? Don’t make me laugh. The Deity of Chaos has been dead for over ten centuries”
“Well, say hello to the new one”
Kohra slashed downwards with her sword causing the man to guard his legs. However, above him was a portal with a very sharp edge that almost cut his head off when he straightened up. Fortunately, he had a flame protection mechanism that activated his sacred flame to protect him. It burned the portal and protected him from the onslaught of chaos magix slashes she sent at him.
After deflecting the last one, he was breathing heavily. He touched his cheek and cleaned the blood that ran out of a thin but deep cut on his face. He looked at his opponent and saw she wasn’t in the least bit unruffled. Her dark gaze bore down on him like an empress looking at an insignificant ant.
“You bitch! Who the hell do you think you are?!”
“I already told you. I’m the Deity of Chaos”
Meanwhile, as Lesker reached the gate, he was troubled on how to open it. An idea wormed its way into his head and he smiled. He shed his mortal appearance and activated the emblem of the heavenly humans on his forehead. The large flame symbol touched the equally large emblem on the gate. A loud rumble was heard and the gate creaked open.
Fog flowed out of the gate and in the fog were a thousand soldier golems that guarded the door. Lesker’s unregistered flame emblem was interpreted as trespassing and he was attacked.
A book appeared in front of him and he calmly flips the pages. On the last page to settle in the book, there was a spell there. He cut his thumb with his nail and pressed it to the page.
“Copy Chaos Magix: Eternal dance of blades”
A dark mist arose from the book and condensed into small dagger sized blades. The blades flew forward and sliced into the golems which were charged at him, cutting them into pieces. He walked calmly between the fallen pieces and continued towards his goal. By the time he had sliced through the last golem, Kohra had wrapped up her fight and a beaten old man was in her grasp.
Settled in front of the couple were the elders of the heavenly human kingdom. Kohra threw the bearded old man at them.
“Who are you two?” One of the elders asked. He was the oldest of the bunch. Lesker looked at them and noticed there was one of them that looked familiar. He was the one who captured his parents. He sighed in relief. It turned out they were in the right place after all. He opened his mouth to speak but Kohra’s hand on his lip shut him up.
“Is this how Deities are treated nowadays by ordinary gods? Turly, the world has gone to shit”
“With all due respect, It is hard to believe the both of you are deities”
“How so?”
“You’re just a human with deviant magic and he’s a defective product”
“Defective you say?”
Rage burned in Kohra’s eyes.
“How dare you speak that way about my husband?”
“Kohra….”
“Do not dare interrupt me Lesker! I am still displeased with you”
“I’m sorry. Carry on”
“Do not say anything until we see your parents. Are we clear?”
“Yes ma’am”
Kohra nodded in satisfaction and faced the elders again. Lesker noticed he had been enveloped in a protective spell made by Chaos magix. He smiled. His dear wife usually forgot he wasn’t so weak anymore.
Kohra suddenly stabbed her sword into the misty floors of the kingdom and supplied about 80 percent of her normal magix input into the spell she was creating. The first magix circle formed under their legs, then the second, then the third until it encompassed the whole kingdom in the fifteenth.
“This spell I’m using is a very famous spell in the fairy tales my father used to tell me. He said the Heavenly humans used it to destroy many human kingdoms and even the kingdoms of the other races. You must be very familiar with it” she said with a sardonic smile.
“Don’t tell me…..You’re creating the demonic inferno spell just from fairy tales alone! How?!”
“It is simply because I’m the Deity of Chaos. Demonic Inferno!”
Like a volcanic eruption, chaos magix rushed up from the circles and engulfed everything in their path with the eternal flame. Nothing and no one was spared. Kohra’s hazed eyes held no emotion of empathy as she watched them wriggle and scream under her magic.
The spell engulfed everything; babies, children, pregnant women, innocent men. The only thing that kept them alive was their sacred flames, fighting against the spell desperately.
“Please, forgive us! We beg you! We would give you anything you want! Please!”
“Anything?”
“Anything!”
“Fine”
Kohra snapped her fingers, dispelling the spell in a single motion. The ragged elders looked at her with grave disbelief in their eyes.
“Then give me two people, Leira and Yoni”
