Quick Transmigration: Her Seduction Games - Chapter 29
“Hmm.”
Ingrid was checking herself out in front of the mirror. She saw a full grown woman with a loose shoulder-length ċhėstnut hair. Behind her thin framed eyeglasses, hides an amorous pair of eyes. She has a thin lips, the one that makes you want to lick at first glance. She’s quite tall for a woman, fair skinned, and most of all…
Ingrid turned around, her bosom bounced along with her rash movement. Ah, this was even bigger than hers in her original life, with its heaviness and fullness, it’s definitely a D cup brėȧsts!
In short, Clauen is an attractive woman.
Certainly, such a well endowed woman would definitely have a boyfriend–if none, admirers at her disposal.
“Knock… knock…”
Speaking of the devil.
Ingrid tied her hair into a messy bun. With a sarcastic smile, she greeted the man waiting for her behind the door.
“Laure…”
The man’s name was Laurent Soltaire; seeing the smiling eyes of the man made Ingrid’s eyes that was hidden behind her glasses and a few stray hairs darken for a split second; and is Clauen’s bastard of a boyfriend.
Laure hugged her then sniffed a strand her hair. Chills ran behind Ingrid’s back. Both of her hands were itching to push the man away. And she really did.
Right now, Ingrid felt nothing but remorse for this man. She wished to kick him out of her apartment if she may.
While she was job seeking, she met Laure. That moment, everything was like a scene ripped off from a manga. He confessed that it was a love at first sight, he heard about her situation and offered her some help–under the condition that she will become his girlfriend. At that time, Clauen was desperate. Her mother’s condition worsened, so without a choice she accepted his hand.
For a year, everything seems fine, Laure was a loving and attentive lover. However, the tranquility didn’t lasted for long as she found out the reason why she never landed herself a decent job when her resumé was not actually bad.
It was Laure’s work. That damn manipulator’s. He knew that Clauen didn’t love her, and was also aware that the only thing that binds them together is only money. Clauen was a smart woman with an amazing interpersonal skills, adding her beauty, she was definitely someone who can ride along smoothly with the turbulent waves of reality.
So as to cut off her wings and made her stay by his side, using his wide array of connections, he blocked all of her potential jobs under her nose.
Clauen was aware, but didn’t attempted to stop her toxic relationship with him. After all, she didn’t have a lower hand in this relationship. She was able to leech him some money, and that’s all that matters. However, her attitude towards him took a drastic change.
Visible cracks have already appeared, yet recently, the fragile glass which is their relationship finally broke into pieces.
He cheated, and that was the final straw.
And do you know what he said when Clauen confronted him?
“Men cheat, Clauen(1).”
“What are you doing here.” Ingrid folded her arms as she said those words with a grumpy face.
“I’m here to comfort my girlfriend of course. I heard that you were fired yesterday.”
Shameless!
“Do I look like someone who needs comforting?” Ingrid proudly lifted her chin, for him to see how fresh she looks, a face not exactly that of someone who succumbed to depression just yesterday.
Wait!
Laure’s brow started to scrunch at Clauen’s out of tune action. Of course, after knowing that Laure cheated on her, Clauen has been finding a way to reimburse him with the money that he used on her, so she can finally escape from his shackles. And now that she was jobless, and with Laure’s wickedness, would continue as such… it would be strange instead if she didn’t fall into depression for a long time, ah.
Well she cannot be blame on this, after all she’s Ingrid, not Clauen. She can feel pity towards the person, but she can’t ȧssume her sorrow right?
Ahh, she should start playing safe right now.
After all, OOC penalty is really merciless.
