After activation, I could physically feel my heart rate change from its resting 40 bpm (beats per minute) up to 100 bpm. This change in speed was insane for me because since arriving in this world no matter what I did, my heart rate wouldn’t change from 40 bpm. After a couple of minutes, I noticed my blood splitting into two parts. One part slowing back towards 40 bpm but staying perfectly in the centre of my veins and arteries whereas the second part stayed at 100 bpm and started to rotate around the circumference of my arteries and veins while leaving a thin gap approximately the size of three blood cells in-between them. Okay, due to the rather annoying fact that the system shop isn’t open unlocked I will need to create a body training technique on my own.

The first step is to combine my previous world knowledge along with chakra to efficiently train my body. According to my understanding, the body gets optimised by destroying the cells of the body, and once they are remade, they will be superior to the previous versions. Due to human limitations in my past life, there was no way to destroy and heal the entire body without creating permanent damage that will never recover. Also, there was no way to control the direction the improvement would go.

I went to the library every day and researched all of the effects of chakra and how to use and train all of the chakra natures while regularly using my Devouring bloodline to absorb all energy, sunlight, ambient sounds such as wind or animal sounds, etc.

After all of my research, I decided I would use Lighting nature to evenly destroy all of my cells at a constant rate while simultaneously healing them with Yang nature chakra. Granted I could, in theory, come up with better methods but they require access to confidential information, that I couldn’t come up with any reasons to access because I am still under suspicion as an outsider to the village. But this plan would take lots of effort and time to accomplish based on the information records in the library. To summarise my plan consists of three steps. Step 1: Improve my chakra control and capacity, I approximate I’ll require Level 12 chakra control, and a chakra capacity of 200. If I can complete the process with max efficiency. Step 2: Learn how to amplify my chakra with nature transformation. Step 3: Develop a method of concealing how powerful my body is as well as the method I used.

All of my stats increased once I reached 100 chakra for the reason of [100 points in Chakra has created the Passive Skill Chakra Enforcement (Level 2: 4%) {Uncommon}. Level zero increases all stats by 0.05, level 1 increases all by an additional 0.10, and level 2 increases by an additional 0.10 for a total of 0.25.

During this time I have mastered all of the necessary information required to complete all the years of the academy and am close to a High ranked Chuunin in terms of knowledge and have learnt non-lethal and lethal combat in the classes in the academy. I also have done research and learnt that Yang nature isn’t taught. Instead of using normal chakra to heal precisely is used instead, this method requires less effort and training but more chakra control instead. Although I am approaching the chakra control necessary for medical jutsus, it is a lot less effective than using yang nature chakra.
