Rebirth Of Abium - Volume 2: Volume 2 Chapter 166 166: Sun Divinity
Chapter 166: Sun Divinity
Abium’s eyes soon landed on the white petal, and he grinned widely.
‘Mission success!’ He muttered to himself and picked up that thumb finger-sized petal with his right hand. He felt the presence of the mysterious energy hidden in the petal and carefully placed it on his palm.
After that, he sent his spiritual power into the petal-shaped divinity and soon widened his eyes.
‘It’s the Divinity of Sun!’ Abium became stunned.
‘Which one is stronger, Fire or Sun?’ Abium asked Azolla in curiosity while not minding Edith’s and Cedric’s presence, who now arrived at the battlefield.
‘Your question itself is strange, kid. Both producing heats don’t mean they are the same thing. Normal fire needs a type of water element to burn, but there is no such thing in the Sun. There is a strange elemental reaction that is occurring inside the Sun all the time. It is called combining elementary reactiona Sun form when a large cloud of gas comes together in space. When two same elements combined and form into a different element while releasing more energy, it’s called an Elemental combination reaction.
But there is another invisible energy inside the Sun. Ancient Gods call it Origin divine power while Mages call it Origin Law power. But no one, including those all-mighty gods, knew the answer. That Origin power is responsible for creating everything. It was a mysterious force that is capable of creating things out of nothing.
We are all created in the same way in the beginning. Every particle inside you and everything around you is a process of several eons of stars performing elemental combination reaction.’
Hearing Azolla’s words, Abium got fl.u.s.tered a bit.
Sensing Abium’s reaction, Azolla added,
‘Let’s come to the main topic. I know what is on your mind. Yes, you can learn the secrets of Sun Law using that method. Fire magic is different from normal fire. You use mana instead of water to conjure fire, so the whole thing is different here. Sun has both divine power and law power within it, and that is why Sun divinities appeared from the Sun’s outer layer. Well, Fire law is ones’ understanding of fire element. Light law, Sun Law, and other Fire laws related to hot temperature will come under fire law’s main domain. So, if you use Sun divinity, you will be able to comprehend the Sun Law easily. In the future, maybe you will find the origin of the mystical divine energy.’ Hearing Azolla’s word, Abium couldn’t help but take a deep breath.
‘It’s related to the temperature, huh.’ Abium thought to himself and quickly turned his attention towards the Sun divinity.
After giving a long look, Abium let his consciousness enter the mysterious throne hall and let his other soul pull this Sun divinity into the hall. Abium, in another soul form, stood up from the golden throne while holding the Sun Divinity using his foggy hand and then appeared in front of the mysterious fountain.
After that, Abium was about to place Sun divinity on one of the stems but stopped.
He then quietly moved back to the golden throne and opened his eyes in the real world while holding the Sun Divinity in his hand. After thinking for a moment, he directly stored it inside his spatial ring.
‘I have a vague feeling I could use this Sun divinity for another purpose. Damn, this strange feeling is making me more anxious. Hmm, if I need to understand the Sun law and more about Sun divinity, I need to improve my strength.’ Abium muttered to himself and let out a loud sigh.
After that, Abium turned his head towards Edith and Cedric and waved at them.
‘Although Cedric’s spirit is still low around 20, he is growing faster with the Dark God Ringer’s help. Hmm, he will be more useful in the future. Dark God will be my first weapon for killing Pope Philip. If he found out that Pope Philip has a ‘Mind’ Divinity, he will definitely storm over to take it back. But I can’t tell him yet. Cedric’s body is too weak to face even a Light Bishop.’ Abium shook his head and then turned his attention to Rilos.
“Mr.Rilos, I think it’s time for us to part away. You can take the golden brass crozier and other items. As for that cursed pendant, I will take that as a gift from you.” Abium said with a smile and walked into the woods while gesturing Edith and Cedric to follow him.
Although he was eager to get other rewards, he didn’t dare to take everything. One of the main reasons was that he didn’t want to offend the Demi-Lich. He wasn’t strong enough to face third-tier existences! He had to find a way and soothe that Demi-Lich’s current anger. Otherwise, that lunatic would come after his head and trouble him continuously in the future.
While he was in muse, Rilos looked at Abium with a stunned expression on his face and soon shook his head helplessly. After that, he heaved a heavy sigh and began to collect all those important materials, including the dead body of Nightmare shadow from the battlefield. It took him almost ten minutes to collect all the loots and got stunned by wealth in Arkos’s and other priests’ spatial rings. After he finished everything, he checked everything and began to walk in another direction.
…
A few minutes later, a gray-robed chubby guy with blonde-hair arrived at the destroyed entrance and muttered gravely,
“It seems few powerful peoples are hiding inside the Peral kingdom. Baron Abium, huh. I need to be more careful of this guy.”
Count Henricus had watched the whole battle and became shocked inside.
‘That Royal elf is the final winner of this battle. Hmm, I need to improve my spirit and became a First-rank devil. After that, I will find a way to resist the temptation of this ring.’ He looked at his emerald ring for a moment and let out a heavy sigh.
He then gave one last look at the surrounding areas and began to walk in a different direction.
…
Meanwhile, Abium and the other two arrived in front of a cavern and reunited Fennelis and others. Abium then told them what had happened inside the temple while skipping some information and then shifted the topic to Death Cane.
“Lady Fennelis, we can only able to break one person’s shackle per year using this ‘Death Cane’. Moreover, I made a promise to an acquaintance that I will use this artifact to break a seal that placed was on his soul.”
Upon hearing Abium’s solemn words, Fennel is waved her hand and replied casually,
“It’s not a problem, kid. Waiting one extra year won’t kill us anyway. We are also planning to return to the Beast kingdom and lay low for a while.”
Abium got relieved when he heard her words and nodded his head. After that, he turned his gaze towards Umi, who was now sitting on her father Rizz’s shoulder and gave her a blue ring.
“Bind it with your soul, Umi. This ring will help you in the future.” Abium said with a smile.
Umi nodded her head while putting the blue ring in her right hand and sent her spirit power into it.
For a moment, she felt something was connected deep inside her soul and soon got puzzled. But she didn’t find anything odd and nodded her head.
“Thank you, Big Brother!” She said with a smile and began to stare at the blue ring as if it was some precious treasure.
‘Hehe, she will be the Blue Angel of Time from now on.’
Abium smiled softly, then took out the black Orb and started analyzing the information in it.
After that, he took two scrolls and wrote the summoning ritual method in those scrolls. He then gave one to Fennelis and another one to Cedric. Both of them caught the scroll and gave him a puzzled look.
“Use this method to contact me in the future.” He said with a smile and continued after a small deliberation.
“I think it’s time for us to get out of this dungeon. Adventuring next layer is very dangerous even for second-tier mages.”
Everyone nodded their heads when they heard his warning words. They knew the dangers hidden in the dungeons and didn’t object to his choice.
Meanwhile, Kate raised her eyebrows a bit and asked curiously,
“My lord, do we need to walk all the way back to the first layer to get out of this dungeon?”
Abium shook his head and responded with a chuckle,
“Nope. There is a special area called the Core room in every layer of the dungeon. All we have to find the core room and ask the dungeon guardian to send us to the surface.”
“What is dungeon guardian?” Kate became more bewildered by the new term and asked Abium with embarrassment.
“Even I know nothing about them.” Abium smiled bitterly and walked out of the cavern silently.
Others, including Kate, also followed after him and started their journey. They first chose a random direction and began to search for the core room. Although their group bumped into first-tier magical beasts and monsters several times, it didn’t affect their searching process.
By the end of the twelfth day, they finally found a hundred-meter tall circular building that stood under the summit of a conical mountain and got overjoyed. Abium also sent the information about the exit tower to Rilos and went towards the circular building. A few minutes later, everyone arrived in front of the building’s entrance gate and waited patiently.
Within ten seconds, the closed gate shone brightly and revealed an empty dark path.
Abium didn’t hesitate for a moment and walked inside while others followed after him with vigilant eyes.
In the center of the hall like room, everyone saw a head-sized bluish orb was floated in the air, illuminating the whole mysterious entryway.
All stared at the Orb for a second and turned their gazes towards the green pond. The pond appeared near the bluish Orb and gave an ethereal beauty to the building.
In the pond, they saw a blue-skinned female humanoid figure stood with her closed eyes. Her silver hairs were shining in green color, and her delicate oval face appeared more beautiful in the dim blue light.
She stood there n.a.k.e.d while revealing her two gorgeous mountains to others and appeared mysterious.
“Do you want to return to the surface?” She opened her pale green eyes and asked without minding others’ stunning gazes.
“Yes,” Abium said after a short pause and soon felt the space around him began to distort.
A second later, all seven of them found themselves standing in front of the entrance gate of Dark Tower!
Abium quickly scanned the surroundings and frowned as he saw the number of monster nests surrounding the tower became higher.
‘It seems Taiga sloth woods will become a dangerous zone soon like the past.’ He sighed deeply and let their group safely out of the woods. Whilst a few monsters attacked them on their way, they didn’t pose any threat to Abium’s group.
They traveled cautiously for the next three days and finally arrived at Silverland City on the third evening.
…
Commoner’s borough, Silverland city, September 7th,
Abium and their group entered Silverland city and went to their 32B single-storied house at Elm Street.
Once their group arrived at the house entrance, Cedric and Kate bid their farewell and went to the slum street.
Meanwhile, others walked into the house with tired faces and began to rest without any worry in their hearts. For the past three months, they didn’t have any proper rest and felt fatigued all over.
Abium, on the other hand, walked into the study room and tightly shut it from the inside. After that, he sat down on the wooden chair and let his consciousness enter the throne hall.
A second later, Abium opened his foggy eyes and stood up calmly in his other soul form. He then stepped down from the dais and moved towards the green throne.
Within a few seconds, he arrived in front of the green throne and silently sat on it.
A second later, his vision turned blurry, and soon he found himself in a reception hall. Abium then saw a few familiar faces and became utterly stunned!
‘Why am I standing in the Reception Hall of Amara town?’ He stood with a dumbfounded face and soon recovered from the shock.
‘What are they discussing?’ Abium got curious as he saw his friend Kuran was roaring while pointing his fingers in his direction. Meanwhile, Sara, Lily, Claude, and even Camilla, in her human form, were sitting on different types of chairs and seemed to be listening to his words quietly.
A moment later, he heard a soft yet pleasant voice above and got shocked.
‘Helena? What are you doing up there?’ He tried to look up but he couldn’t. He felt something was wrong with him and instantly realized that he was in Helena’s green ring.
‘Did my soul entered the Green ring?!’ He got fl.u.s.tered a bit and soon noticed that it was his consciousness.
‘My heart almost stopped for a second! Damn, this looks so cool.’ He felt that his connection with his main body was still there and became relaxed.
He turned his attention towards the table and saw a complex blueprint placed at the center.
After listening to their argument for a while, he already guessed what they were arguing about and sighed.
‘It seems they are arguing about building a castle.’ He smiled amusingly and soon stopped as he felt a gaze from above.
Meanwhile, Helena got startled as she saw her green ring suddenly started glowing and became confused.
As she was about to send her spirit power into it to check, she suddenly felt her vision began to go blurry. The next moment, Helena felt something pulled her soul and got scared. After a second, she opened her eyes while looking everywhere cautiously and soon noticed that she was surrounded by empty darkness.
