Rebirth of Chen An - Chapter 103
The sea was like a child with unpredictable mood. When angry, it brought appalling storm and surging waves, as if the next second was the end of the world.
When it was happy, the weather was clear and cloudless. Seagulls soared on the sea surface spreading their wings in groups to skim the sapphire-like sea surface and carving out traces of water lines.
Groups of colorful fish swam happily in the warm seawater, passing in groups under a white sailing ship sometimes. Last night’s storm seemed to be just an unreal fragment in the movie.
“Tik, tok -“
With his eyelashes quivering gently, Chen An slowly opened his eyes. Sparkling light and water drops made him subconsciously close his eyes again. He tried to move, only to find himself firmly embraced in the arms of a man.
His head turned slightly. For an instant, Chen An thought he saw an angel with golden hair. Then he took a closer look him. Geez, what kind of angel could be like this man. He was clearly a devil bear from hell.
Chen An tried to push the man lying on him like an octopus. Ivanov grunted twice and rubbed Chen An’s back with his eyes closed.
Just as Chen An was about to wake Ivanov up, he suddenly heard something jumping up and making a crash. After looking under the bed, Chen An immediately hit Ivanov in the face with a fist.
“Get up!”
“Um… babe…”
“Damn you, there’s water! The ship was going to sink!”
“Water… sink?!”
Without time to get dressed, the two naked men jumped out of bed in a hurry. As soon as their feet landed, they found that the water had soaked their ankles. There were even some fish swimming around in the cabin.
“Pump the water!”
“One of the pipes of the water pump is cracked, get me a new one!”
On that beautiful morning, a white sailing ship was wandering around the sea. Occasionally, two naked men could be seen running around the deck, either pumping water or checking for holes in the hull.
After more than an hour’s work, the ship’s hull patched up, the water pump fixed, and the two men were too tired to walk. Since the water in the cabin had not drained, they sat on the deck.
“Ah-” Ivanov lay directly on the deck with his hands and feet open. He tilted his head to look at the man leaning nearby.
Like him, Chen An did not have time to put on his clothes. His one leg stretched out and the other folded up. The background was blue sky and sea. Occasionally, white seagulls flew by. The black hair of the man was silky and clear in the sun and his skin was as shiny as white suet.
What satisfied him most was that the white suet-like skin had the hickey he left last night.
“One more stare and I’ll gouge your eyes.” Chen An glared at Ivanov. The bear’s sight was strong and direct, making it difficult for Chen An to ignore it.
“Then you can look at me, I don’t mind.” Ivanov immediately sat up from the deck to put up all kinds of posture exaggeratedly like Mr. Bodybuilding in front of Chen An.
Chen An couldn’t help laughing. He kicked Ivanov directly by one leg and looked at the man fell down, “Are you stupid? You even had the time to shower me last night when the ship was almost flooded?”
He didn’t pay much attention when he just got up. The moment he sat down, Chen An found his skin was dry, and didn’t have the sticky feeling that he hated.
The only explanation was that Ivanov showered him last night, but how could this guy remember to do this but fail to look after their ship.
There was so much water in the cabin, Ivanov should had noticed that last night. If he got up later today, the two of them would have sunk into the water to feed the fish.
